Устойчивото социално-икономическо развитие на общината е неразривно свързано със съществуващата инфраструктура и качеството на предлаганите услуги за населението. Проектът „Обновяване на „Гробищен парк” в гр. Харманли“ цели да се повиши качеството на живот и да се създаде естетическа жизнена среда в Община Харманли, чрез облагородяване на терена, изграждане на алейна мрежа и създаване на равни условия за достъп на лицата в неравностойно положение на територията на гробищен парк в град Харманли, така че да отговарят на съвременните екологични изисквания и да дават възможност за устойчиво развитие на обществото. В рамките на проекта се предвиждат на база на одобрен инвестиционен проект, изпълнение на дейности за изграждане на пешеходни алеи, вертикална планировка, озеленяване на терена и създаване на достъпна среда за лицата в неравностойно положение. В резултат от изпълнението на проекта ще се подобри жизнена среда в гр. Харманли като предпоставка за осигуряване на устойчива и екологична среда и по-високо качество на живот. Ще се подобри привлекателността на населеното място, както и ще се осигури достъп за 19 989 жители на общината до безопасна, устойчива и с високо екологично и естетическо качество физическа и жизнена среда. Предвидените дейности съответстват на целите, залегнали в Програмата за развитие на селските райони 2014 – 2020 г., а по този начин и на стратегическите цели на ЕС.В рамките на проекта ще бъдат изпълнени дейности по строителен надзор, авторски надзор, информация и публичност и консултантски услуги, свързани с управлението на проекта. The sustainable socio-economic development of the municipality is inextricably linked to the existing infrastructure and the quality of the services offered to the population. The project “Renewal of Cemetery Park in Harmanli” aims to improve the quality of life and create an aesthetic living environment in Harmanli Municipality, through the improvement of the terrain, the construction of an alley network and the creation of a level playing field for the access of disadvantaged persons in the territory of a cemetery in the town of Harmanli, so as to meet the modern environmental requirements and enable sustainable development of society. The project is planned on the basis of an approved investment project, implementation of activities for construction of pedestrian paths, vertical planning, landscaping of the terrain and creating an accessible environment for disadvantaged people. As a result of the implementation of the project will improve the living environment in the town of Harmanli as a prerequisite for ensuring a sustainable and ecological environment and a higher quality of life. It will improve the attractiveness of the settlement as well as provide access for 19 989 inhabitants of the municipality to a safe, sustainable and high ecological and aesthetic quality physical and living environment. The activities envisaged are in line with the objectives set out in the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 and thus the strategic objectives of the EU.The project will implement activities related to construction supervision, author’s supervision, information and publicity and consultancy services related to the management of the project. Le développement socio-économique durable de la commune est indissociable des infrastructures existantes et de la qualité des services offerts à la population. Le projet «Renouvellement du parc du cimetière à Harmanli» vise à améliorer la qualité de vie et à créer un environnement de vie esthétique dans la municipalité de Harmanli, par l’amélioration du terrain, la construction d’un réseau de ruelles et la création de conditions de concurrence équitables pour l’accès des personnes défavorisées sur le territoire d’un cimetière de la ville de Harmanli, afin de répondre aux exigences environnementales modernes et de permettre le développement durable de la société. Le projet est prévu sur la base d’un projet d’investissement approuvé, la mise en œuvre d’activités de construction de sentiers piétonniers, la planification verticale, l’aménagement paysager du terrain et la création d’un environnement accessible aux personnes défavorisées. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra d’améliorer le cadre de vie de la ville de Harmanli, condition préalable à la mise en place d’un environnement durable et écologique et d’une meilleure qualité de vie. Il améliorera l’attractivité de l’établissement et permettra à 19 989 habitants de la municipalité d’accéder à un environnement physique et de vie sûr, durable et de haute qualité écologique et esthétique. Les activités envisagées sont conformes aux objectifs définis dans le programme de développement rural 2014-2020 et donc aux objectifs stratégiques de l’UE. Le projet mettra en œuvre des activités liées à la supervision de la construction, à la supervision de l’auteur, aux services d’information et de publicité et de conseil liés à la gestion du projet. Die nachhaltige sozioökonomische Entwicklung der Gemeinde ist untrennbar mit der bestehenden Infrastruktur und der Qualität der der Bevölkerung angebotenen Dienstleistungen verbunden. Das Projekt „Erneuerung des Friedhofsparks in Harmanli“ zielt darauf ab, die Lebensqualität zu verbessern und ein ästhetisches Wohnumfeld in der Gemeinde Harmanli zu schaffen, durch die Verbesserung des Geländes, den Bau eines Gassennetzes und die Schaffung gleicher Wettbewerbsbedingungen für den Zugang benachteiligter Personen auf dem Territorium eines Friedhofs in der Stadt Harmanli, um den modernen Umweltanforderungen gerecht zu werden und eine nachhaltige Entwicklung der Gesellschaft zu ermöglichen. Das Projekt ist auf der Grundlage eines genehmigten Investitionsvorhabens, der Durchführung von Aktivitäten für den Bau von Fußgängerwegen, vertikale Planung, Landschaftsgestaltung des Geländes und Schaffung eines barrierefreien Umfelds für benachteiligte Menschen geplant. Durch die Umsetzung des Projekts wird die Lebensumwelt in der Stadt Harmanli als Voraussetzung für eine nachhaltige und ökologische Umwelt und eine höhere Lebensqualität verbessert. Sie wird die Attraktivität der Siedlung verbessern und 19 989 Einwohner der Gemeinde Zugang zu einem sicheren, nachhaltigen und hochwertigen physischen und ästhetischen Umfeld bieten. Die geplanten Maßnahmen stehen im Einklang mit den Zielen des Programms zur Entwicklung des ländlichen Raums 2014-2020 und damit den strategischen Zielen der EU.Das Projekt wird Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Bauaufsicht, der Aufsicht des Urhebers, der Informations- und Publizitäts- und Beratungsleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Projektverwaltung durchführen. De duurzame sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de gemeente is onlosmakelijk verbonden met de bestaande infrastructuur en de kwaliteit van de aan de bevolking aangeboden diensten. Het project „Renewal of Cemetery Park in Harmanli” heeft tot doel de kwaliteit van leven te verbeteren en een esthetische leefomgeving te creëren in de gemeente Harmanli, door de verbetering van het terrein, de aanleg van een steegnetwerk en de totstandbrenging van een gelijk speelveld voor de toegang van kansarmen tot het grondgebied van een begraafplaats in de stad Harmanli, teneinde te voldoen aan de moderne milieueisen en duurzame ontwikkeling van de samenleving mogelijk te maken. Het project is gepland op basis van een goedgekeurd investeringsproject, de uitvoering van activiteiten voor de aanleg van voetgangerspaden, verticale planning, landschapsarchitectuur van het terrein en het creëren van een toegankelijke omgeving voor kansarmen. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project zal de leefomgeving in de stad Harmanli worden verbeterd als voorwaarde voor een duurzaam en ecologisch milieu en een hogere levenskwaliteit. Het zal de aantrekkelijkheid van de nederzetting verbeteren en 19 989 inwoners van de gemeente toegang bieden tot een veilige, duurzame en hoge ecologische en esthetische leefomgeving. De beoogde activiteiten zijn in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen van het plattelandsontwikkelingsprogramma 2014-2020 en dus met de strategische doelstellingen van de EU. Lo sviluppo socioeconomico sostenibile del comune è indissolubilmente legato alle infrastrutture esistenti e alla qualità dei servizi offerti alla popolazione. Il progetto "Rinnovamento del Cimitero Parco di Harmanli" mira a migliorare la qualità della vita e creare un ambiente di vita estetico nel comune di Harmanli, attraverso il miglioramento del terreno, la costruzione di una rete di vicoli e la creazione di condizioni di parità per l'accesso delle persone svantaggiate nel territorio di un cimitero nella città di Harmanli, in modo da soddisfare le esigenze ambientali moderne e consentire lo sviluppo sostenibile della società. Il progetto è pianificato sulla base di un progetto di investimento approvato, realizzazione di attività per la costruzione di percorsi pedonali, pianificazione verticale, paesaggistica del terreno e creazione di un ambiente accessibile per le persone svantaggiate. L'attuazione del progetto migliorerà l'ambiente di vita nella città di Harmanli come prerequisito per garantire un ambiente sostenibile ed ecologico e una migliore qualità della vita. Esso migliorerà l'attrattiva dell'insediamento e fornirà l'accesso per 19 989 abitanti del comune a un ambiente fisico e di vita sicuro, sostenibile e di alta qualità ecologica ed estetica. Le attività previste sono in linea con gli obiettivi stabiliti nel programma di sviluppo rurale 2014-2020 e quindi con gli obiettivi strategici dell'UE. El desarrollo socioeconómico sostenible del municipio está inextricablemente vinculado a la infraestructura existente y a la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos a la población. El proyecto «Renovación del Parque Cementerio en Harmanli» tiene como objetivo mejorar la calidad de vida y crear un entorno de vida estético en el municipio de Harmanli, a través de la mejora del terreno, la construcción de una red de callejones y la creación de unas condiciones de juego equitativas para el acceso de las personas desfavorecidas en el territorio de un cementerio en la ciudad de Harmanli, a fin de satisfacer las exigencias ambientales modernas y permitir el desarrollo sostenible de la sociedad. El proyecto se planifica sobre la base de un proyecto de inversión aprobado, la realización de actividades para la construcción de senderos peatonales, la planificación vertical, el paisajismo del terreno y la creación de un entorno accesible para las personas desfavorecidas. Como resultado de la ejecución del proyecto mejorará el entorno de vida en la ciudad de Harmanli como requisito previo para garantizar un medio ambiente sostenible y ecológico y una mayor calidad de vida. Mejorará el atractivo del asentamiento, además de proporcionar acceso a 19 989 habitantes del municipio a un entorno físico y de vida seguro, sostenible y de alta calidad ecológica y estética. Las actividades previstas están en consonancia con los objetivos establecidos en el Programa de Desarrollo Rural 2014-2020 y, por tanto, con los objetivos estratégicos de la UE.
