Проектното предложение „Осигуряване на топъл обяд в община Смядово-2016“ напълно отговаря на изискванията на Оперативна програма за храни и/или основно материално подпомагане 2014-2020 г.; Операция тип: 3 Осигуряване на топъл обяд. Проектното предложение отговаря и на заложените мерки за разширяване, развитие на съществуващите и създаване на нови, съобразени с потребностите на хората, нови социални услуги в Общинския план за развитие на община Смядово 2014-2020, а именно: Стр. цел 3: „Подобряване на качеството на живот чрез създаване на условия за ефективна заетост, социално включване, достъпно и качествено здравеопазване, култура и спорт“, Пр. 6: „Подобряване на качеството и достъпа до обществени услуги“, Спец. цел 3.5: „Изграждане и подобряване на социалната инфраструктура и разширяване обхвата и вида на социалните услуги“, М. 3.5.2: „Подобряване качеството и достъпа до социални услуги в общността“. Ще бъдат изпълнявани четири дейности по проекта: Определяне на целевите групи; Закупуване на хранителни продукти; Осигуряване на топъл обяд; Предоставяне на съпътстващи мерки. Храната за потребителите на обществената трапезария ще се приготвя в Домашен социален патронаж гр. Смядово, който е с дългогодишен опит и традиции в предоставянето на социалната услуга на възрастните хора, изразяваща се в ежедневна доставка на топла храна и хляб, съобразена с изискванията за рационално хранене на възрастни хора, осъществяване на социални контакти и подкрепа, наблюдение на здравното състояние на потребителите. Проекта ще се изпълнява 46 месеца. Топъл обяд, включващ супа, основно ястие и хляб на стойност 2,30 лв. за лице, ще се предоставя всеки работен ден от месеца до 30.04.2017 г. и 2,50 лв. за лице от 01.05.2017 г. В проекта ще бъдат включени 150 лица от целевите групи за периода от 01.07.2016 г. до 30.04.2017 г. и 250 лица от целевите групи за периода 01.05.2017 г. до 31.12.2017 г. и 350 лица от 01.01.2018 г. до 30.04.2020 г. The project proposal “Providing a warm lunch in the municipality of Smyadovo-2016” fully complies with the requirements of the Operational Programme for Food and/or Basic Material Assistance 2014-2020; Operation type: 3 Provide a warm lunch. The project proposal is also in line with the planned measures for expansion, development of existing ones and creation of new, tailored to the needs of the people, new social services in the Municipal Development Plan of Smyadovo Municipality 2014-2020, namely: Page 3: “Improving quality of life by creating conditions for effective employment, social inclusion, affordable and quality health, culture and sport”, E. 6: Improving quality and access to public services, Specific Objective 3.5: “Building and improving social infrastructure and broadening the scope and type of social services”, M. 3.5.2: “Improving quality and access to community-based social services”. Four project activities will be implemented: Identification of target groups; The purchase of food products; Providing a warm lunch; Provision of accompanying measures. The food for the consumers of the public dining room will be prepared in the Domestic Social Patronage in Smyadovo, which has many years of experience and traditions in providing the social service to the elderly, consisting of daily delivery of hot food and bread, complying with the requirements for rational nutrition of elderly people, social contacts and support, monitoring of the health status of consumers. The project will be implemented for 46 months. A warm lunch, including soup, main course and bread of BGN 2.30 per person, will be provided every working day of the month until 30.04.2017 and BGN 2.50 per person from 01.05.2017. The project will include 150 persons from the target groups for the period from 01.07.2016 to 30.04.2017 and 250 persons from the target groups for the period 01.05.2017 to 31.12.2017 and 350 persons from 01.01.2018 to 30.04.2020. La proposition de projet «Produire un déjeuner chaud dans la municipalité de Smyadovo-2016» est pleinement conforme aux exigences du programme opérationnel d’assistance alimentaire et/ou matérielle de base 2014-2020; Type d’opération: 3 Fournir un déjeuner chaud. La proposition de projet est également conforme aux mesures prévues pour l’expansion, le développement de celles existantes et la création de nouveaux, adaptés aux besoins de la population, de nouveaux services sociaux dans le plan de développement municipal de la municipalité de Smyadovo 2014-2020, à savoir: Page 3: «Améliorer la qualité de vie en créant les conditions d’un emploi effectif, de l’inclusion sociale, d’une santé, d’une culture et d’un sport abordables et de qualité», E. 6: Améliorer la qualité et l’accès aux services publics, objectif spécifique 3.5: «Construire et améliorer les infrastructures sociales et élargir le champ et le type de services sociaux», M. 3.5.2: «Améliorer la qualité et l’accès aux services sociaux communautaires». Quatre activités de projet seront mises en œuvre: Identification des groupes cibles; L’achat de produits alimentaires; Fournir un déjeuner chaud; Mise à disposition de mesures d’accompagnement. La nourriture pour les consommateurs de la salle à manger publique sera préparée dans le Patronage social domestique de Smyadovo, qui a de nombreuses années d’expérience et de traditions dans la fourniture de services sociaux aux personnes âgées, consistant en la livraison quotidienne d’aliments chauds et de pain, en respectant les exigences de nutrition rationnelle des personnes âgées, les contacts sociaux et le soutien, le suivi de l’état de santé des consommateurs. Le projet sera mis en œuvre pendant 46 mois. Un déjeuner chaud comprenant soupe, plat principal et pain de 2,30 BGN par personne sera fourni tous les jours ouvrables du mois jusqu’au 30.04.2017 et 2,50 BGN par personne du 01.05.2017. Le projet comprendra 150 personnes des groupes cibles pour la période allant du 01.07.2016 au 30.04.2017 et 250 personnes des groupes cibles pour la période allant du 01.05.2017 au 31.12.2017 et 350 personnes du 01.01.2018 au 30.04.2020. Der Projektvorschlag „Ein warmes Mittagessen in der Gemeinde Smyadovo-2016“ erfüllt vollständig die Anforderungen des operationellen Programms für Lebensmittel und/oder materielle Basisunterstützung 2014-2020; Betriebsart: 3 Geben Sie ein warmes Mittagessen. Der Projektvorschlag steht auch im Einklang mit den geplanten Maßnahmen für die Erweiterung, die Entwicklung bestehender und die Schaffung von neuen, auf die Bedürfnisse der Menschen zugeschnittenen neuen sozialen Dienstleistungen im Stadtentwicklungsplan der Gemeinde Smyadovo 2014-2020, nämlich: Seite 3: „Verbesserung der Lebensqualität durch Schaffung von Bedingungen für eine wirksame Beschäftigung, soziale Inklusion, erschwingliche und hochwertige Gesundheit, Kultur und Sport“, E. 6: Verbesserung der Qualität und des Zugangs zu öffentlichen Dienstleistungen, spezifisches Ziel 3.5: „Aufbau und Verbesserung der sozialen Infrastruktur und Erweiterung des Anwendungsbereichs und der Art der sozialen Dienstleistungen“, M. 3.5.2: „Verbesserung der Qualität und des Zugangs zu gemeindenahen sozialen Diensten“. Vier Projektaktivitäten werden durchgeführt: Identifizierung der Zielgruppen; Den Kauf von Lebensmitteln; Ein warmes Mittagessen; Bereitstellung von Begleitmaßnahmen. Das Essen für die Verbraucher des öffentlichen Speisesaals wird in der häuslichen Sozialpatronion in Smyadovo zubereitet, die über langjährige Erfahrung und Tradition bei der Erbringung des sozialen Dienstes für ältere Menschen verfügt, nämlich die tägliche Lieferung von warmem Essen und Brot, die Einhaltung der Anforderungen an rationelle Ernährung älterer Menschen, soziale Kontakte und Unterstützung, Überwachung des Gesundheitszustands der Verbraucher. Das Projekt wird für 46 Monate durchgeführt. Ein warmes Mittagessen inklusive Suppe, Hauptgericht und Brot von 2,30 BGN pro Person wird jeden Arbeitstag des Monats bis zum 30.04.2017 und 2,50 BGN pro Person vom 01.05.2017 bereitgestellt. Het projectvoorstel „Een warme lunch in de gemeente Smyadovo-2016” voldoet volledig aan de eisen van het operationele programma voor voedselhulp en/of basismateriaalbijstand 2014-2020; Soort verrichting: 3 Zorg voor een warme lunch. Het projectvoorstel is ook in overeenstemming met de geplande maatregelen voor uitbreiding, ontwikkeling van bestaande en creatie van nieuwe, afgestemd op de behoeften van de bevolking, nieuwe sociale diensten in het gemeentelijk ontwikkelingsplan van de gemeente Smyadovo 2014-2020, namelijk: Bladzijde 3: „Verbetering van de levenskwaliteit door het scheppen van voorwaarden voor effectieve werkgelegenheid, sociale inclusie, betaalbare en hoogwaardige gezondheid, cultuur en sport”, E. 6: Verbetering van de kwaliteit van en toegang tot openbare diensten, specifieke doelstelling 3.5: „Bouw en verbetering van de sociale infrastructuur en verbreding van het toepassingsgebied en type sociale dienstverlening”, M. 3.5.2: „Verbetering van de kwaliteit van en toegang tot maatschappelijke dienstverlening in de gemeenschap”. Er zullen vier projectactiviteiten worden uitgevoerd: Identificatie van doelgroepen; De aankoop van levensmiddelen; Het verzorgen van een warme lunch; Verstrekking van begeleidende maatregelen. Het voedsel voor de consumenten van de openbare eetzaal zal worden bereid in de Domestic Social Patronage in Smyadovo, die vele jaren ervaring en tradities heeft in het verlenen van de sociale dienstverlening aan ouderen, bestaande uit dagelijkse levering van warm voedsel en brood, het voldoen aan de vereisten voor rationele voeding van ouderen, sociale contacten en ondersteuning, toezicht op de gezondheidstoestand van consumenten. La proposta di progetto "Fornire un pranzo caldo nel comune di Smyadovo-2016" è pienamente conforme ai requisiti del programma operativo per l'alimentazione e/o l'assistenza ai materiali di base 2014-2020; Tipo di operazione: 3 Fornire un pranzo caldo. La proposta di progetto è inoltre in linea con le misure previste per l'espansione, lo sviluppo di quelle esistenti e la creazione di nuovi, adattati alle esigenze delle persone, nuovi servizi sociali nel Piano di Sviluppo Comunale del Comune di Smyadovo 2014-2020, vale a dire: Pagina 3: "Migliorare la qualità della vita creando le condizioni per un'occupazione efficace, l'inclusione sociale, la salute, la cultura e lo sport a prezzi accessibili e di qualità", E. 6: Miglioramento della qualità e dell'accesso ai servizi pubblici, obiettivo specifico 3.5: "Costruire e migliorare le infrastrutture sociali e ampliare l'ambito di applicazione e il tipo di servizi sociali", M. 3.5.2: "Migliorare la qualità e l'accesso ai servizi sociali basati sulla comunità". Saranno realizzate quattro attività di progetto: Identificazione dei gruppi destinatari; L'acquisto di prodotti alimentari; Fornire un pranzo caldo; Fornitura di misure di accompagnamento. Il cibo per i consumatori della sala da pranzo pubblica sarà preparato nel Patrocinio Sociale Domestico di Smyadovo, che ha molti anni di esperienza e tradizioni nel fornire il servizio sociale agli anziani, che consiste nella consegna quotidiana di cibi caldi e pane, nel rispetto delle esigenze di alimentazione razionale degli anziani, contatti sociali e sostegno, monitoraggio dello stato di salute dei consumatori. La propuesta de proyecto «Proporcionar un almuerzo caliente en el municipio de Smyadovo-2016» cumple plenamente los requisitos del Programa Operativo de Asistencia Alimentaria o de Materiales Básicos 2014-2020; Tipo de operación: 3 Proporcionar un almuerzo caliente. La propuesta de proyecto también está en consonancia con las medidas previstas para la ampliación, el desarrollo de las existentes y la creación de nuevos servicios sociales, adaptados a las necesidades de las personas, en el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal del municipio de Smyadovo 2014-2020, a saber: Página 3: «Mejorar la calidad de vida mediante la creación de condiciones para el empleo efectivo, la inclusión social, la salud, la cultura y el deporte asequibles y de calidad», E. 6: Mejorar la calidad y el acceso a los servicios públicos, objetivo específico 3.5: «Construir y mejorar la infraestructura social y ampliar el alcance y el tipo de servicios sociales», M. 3.5.2: «Mejorar la calidad y el acceso a los servicios sociales comunitarios».
