Изпълнението на проекта ще бъде комплексна услуга за доставка, монтаж, въвеждане в експлоатация и гаранционна поддръжка на информационно LED табло с размери 2880/5120 съставено от 12 бр. кабинети с предно обслужване Р 10 в центъра на гр. Сливница. За успешното управление на информацията на LED таблото ще бъде закупен преносим компютър /лаптоп/ с лицензиран софтуер. С цел създаване на филми, които да се излъчват на LED таблото за популяризиране на местните туристически, исторически, културни и природни забележителности на територията на общината ще се закупи видео камера. Изработката и монтажа на информационно LED табло ще се реализира върху общински терен в центъра на гр. Сливница пред читалище „Съзнание 1907”. Изграждането ще се осъществи чрез фундиране на метална конструкция държаща информационното LED табло. В центъра на село Алдомировци ще бъдат поставени 3 информационни табели, на които ще бъдат отбелязани маршрутите на трите екопътеки, намиращи се на територията на село Алдомировци и съседните села с обозначени културни, исторически и туристически обекти. Близостта на общината до София е предпоставка за развитие на велотуризъм. С цел привличане на туристи и превръщане на община Сливница в туристическа дестинация и създаване на условия за развитие на туризма ще бъдат закупени 6 електрически велосипеди (3 дамски и 3 мъжки). Ще бъдат изработени еднодневни туристически пакети с три веломаршрута: Сливница – Алдомировско блато, Сливница – Алдомировци екопътека „Войнишка памет“ и Сливница – Гургулят „Пантеона“, които ще бъдат представени на информационното LED табло. Ползването на велосипедите ще бъде по предварителна заявка, без такса за ползване.Пакетите ще имат за цел да задоволят потребностите на туристи от България и чужбина с широк спектър от интереси, като предложат разнообразни атракции, представящи богатото културно, историческо, природно и духовно наследство на община Сливница и възможностите за активен отдих в региона. The implementation of the project will be a complex service for delivery, installation, commissioning and warranty maintenance of an informational LED panel with dimensions 2880/5120 composed of 12 cabinets with front service R 10 in the center of Slivnitsa. For the successful management of the information on the LED dashboard, a portable computer/laptop/with licensed software will be purchased. In order to create films to be broadcast on the LED dashboard to promote the local tourist, historical, cultural and natural landmarks on the territory of the municipality, a video camera will be purchased. The production and installation of the LED dashboard will be realised on a municipal site in the center of Slivnitsa in front of the Chitalishte “Saznanie 1907”. The construction will be accomplished by foundation of a metal structure holding the informational LED panel. Three information signs will be placed in the center of the village of Aldomirovtsi, marking the routes of the three eco-trails located on the territory of the village of Aldomirovtsi and the neighboring villages with designated cultural, historical and tourist sites. The proximity of the municipality to Sofia is a prerequisite for the development of cycling tourism. In order to attract tourists and make the municipality of Slivnitsa a tourist destination and create conditions for tourism development, 6 electric bicycles (3 women’s and 3 males) will be purchased. One-day travel packages with three bicycle routes will be produced: Slivnitsa — Aldomirovsk swamp, Slivnitsa — Aldomirovtsi eco-trail “Wojishka Memory” and Slivnitsa — Gurgulat “Panteona”, which will be presented on the LED dashboard. The use of the bicycles will be upon preliminary request, free of charge for use. The packages will aim to satisfy the needs of tourists from Bulgaria and abroad with a wide range of interests, offering various attractions, presenting the rich cultural, historical, natural and spiritual heritage of Slivnitsa Municipality and the opportunities for active recreation in the region. La mise en œuvre du projet sera un service complexe pour la livraison, l’installation, la mise en service et la maintenance de garantie d’un panneau LED informatif de dimensions 2880/5120 composé de 12 armoires avec service frontal R 10 dans le centre de Slivnitsa. Pour la gestion réussie de l’information sur le tableau de bord LED, un ordinateur portable/ordinateur portable/avec un logiciel sous licence sera acheté. Afin de créer des films à diffuser sur le tableau de bord LED pour promouvoir les sites touristiques, historiques, culturels et naturels locaux sur le territoire de la municipalité, une caméra vidéo sera achetée. La proximité de la municipalité de Sofia est une condition préalable au développement du tourisme cycliste. Afin d’attirer les touristes et de faire de la commune de Slivnitsa une destination touristique et de créer des conditions de développement touristique, 6 vélos électriques (3 femmes et 3 hommes) seront achetés. Des forfaits d’une journée comportant trois itinéraires cyclables seront produits: Slivnitsa — Aldomirovsk marais, Slivnitsa — Aldomirovtsi eco-trail «Wojishka Memory» et Slivnitsa — Gurgulat «Panteona», qui sera présenté sur le tableau de bord LED. Les forfaits viseront à satisfaire les besoins des touristes de Bulgarie et de l’étranger avec un large éventail d’intérêts, offrant diverses attractions, présentant le riche patrimoine culturel, historique, naturel et spirituel de la municipalité de Slivnitsa et les possibilités de loisirs actifs dans la région. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird ein komplexer Service für die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Garantiepflege eines Informations-LED-Panels mit den Abmessungen 2880/5120 sein, bestehend aus 12 Schränken mit Frontservice R 10 im Zentrum von Slivnitsa. Für die erfolgreiche Verwaltung der Informationen auf dem LED-Dashboard wird ein tragbarer Computer/Laptop/mit lizenzierter Software erworben. Um Filme zu erstellen, die auf dem LED-Dashboard ausgestrahlt werden, um die lokalen touristischen, historischen, kulturellen und natürlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde zu fördern, wird eine Videokamera gekauft. Die Produktion und Installation des LED-Dashboards wird auf einem kommunalen Standort im Zentrum von Slivnitsa vor dem Chitalishte „Saznanie 1907“ realisiert. Die Konstruktion wird durch die Gründung einer Metallstruktur durchgeführt, die die Informations-LED-Panel hält. Drei Informationsschilder werden im Zentrum des Dorfes von Aldomirovtsi platziert werden, markiert die Routen der drei Öko-Trails auf dem Gebiet des Dorfes Aldomirovtsi und die benachbarten Dörfer mit ausgewiesenen kulturellen, historischen und touristischen Stätten. Die Nähe der Gemeinde zu Sofia ist eine Voraussetzung für die Entwicklung des Radtourismus. Um Touristen anzulocken und die Gemeinde Slivnitsa zu einem touristischen Ziel zu machen und Bedingungen für die Entwicklung des Tourismus zu schaffen, werden 6 Elektrofahrräder (3 Frauen und 3 Männer) gekauft. Eintägige Reisepakete mit drei Fahrradrouten werden produziert: Slivnitsa – Aldomirovsk Sumpf, Slivnitsa – Aldomirovtsi eco-trail „Wojishka Memory“ und Slivnitsa – Gurgulat „Panteona“, die auf dem LED-Dashboard vorgestellt werden. Die Nutzung der Fahrräder wird auf Voranfrage, kostenlos zur Nutzung. Die Pakete zielen darauf ab, die Bedürfnisse von Touristen aus Bulgarien und im Ausland mit einer breiten Palette von Interessen zu befriedigen, bieten verschiedene Attraktionen, präsentiert das reiche kulturelle, historische, natürliche und spirituelle Erbe der Gemeinde Slivnitsa und die Möglichkeiten für aktive Erholung in der Region. De uitvoering van het project zal een complexe service zijn voor levering, installatie, inbedrijfstelling en garantieonderhoud van een informatief LED-paneel met afmetingen 2880/5120, bestaande uit 12 kasten met frontservice R 10 in het centrum van Slivnitsa. Voor het succesvolle beheer van de informatie op het LED-dashboard wordt een draagbare computer/laptop/met gelicentieerde software gekocht. Om films te creëren die op het LED-dashboard moeten worden uitgezonden om de lokale toeristische, historische, culturele en natuurlijke bezienswaardigheden op het grondgebied van de gemeente te promoten, zal een videocamera worden gekocht. De productie en installatie van het LED dashboard zal worden gerealiseerd op een gemeentelijke site in het centrum van Slivnitsa voor de Chitalishte „Saznanie 1907”. De constructie zal worden bereikt door de fundering van een metalen structuur met het informatieve LED-paneel. Drie informatieborden worden geplaatst in het centrum van het dorp Aldomirovtsi, het markeren van de routes van de drie eco-trails gelegen op het grondgebied van het dorp Aldomirovtsi en de naburige dorpen met aangewezen culturele, historische en toeristische sites. De nabijheid van de gemeente Sofia is een voorwaarde voor de ontwikkeling van het fietstoerisme. La realizzazione del progetto sarà un servizio complesso per la consegna, l'installazione, la messa in servizio e la manutenzione della garanzia di un pannello LED informativo con dimensioni 2880/5120 composto da 12 armadi con servizio frontale R 10 nel centro di Slivnitsa. Per la corretta gestione delle informazioni sul cruscotto LED, verrà acquistato un computer portatile/laptop/con licenza software. Al fine di creare film da trasmettere sul cruscotto LED per promuovere i monumenti turistici, storici, culturali e naturali locali sul territorio del comune, verrà acquistata una videocamera. La produzione e l'installazione del cruscotto LED sarà realizzata in un sito comunale nel centro di Slivnitsa di fronte alla Chitalishte "Saznanie 1907". La costruzione sarà realizzata da fondazione di una struttura metallica che tiene il pannello informativo LED. Tre segni informativi saranno posti nel centro del villaggio di Aldomirovtsi, segnando i percorsi dei tre eco-rimorchi situati sul territorio del villaggio di Aldomirovtsi e i villaggi vicini con siti culturali, storici e turistici designati. La vicinanza del comune a Sofia è un prerequisito per lo sviluppo del turismo ciclistico. Al fine di attrarre turisti e rendere il comune di Slivnitsa una destinazione turistica e creare le condizioni per lo sviluppo turistico, 6 biciclette elettriche (3 donne e 3 maschi) saranno acquistati. La implementación del proyecto será un servicio complejo para la entrega, instalación, puesta en marcha y mantenimiento de garantía de un panel led informativo con dimensiones 2880/5120 compuesto por 12 armarios con servicio frontal R 10 en el centro de Slivnitsa. Para la gestión exitosa de la información en el panel led, se comprará un ordenador portátil/ordenador portátil/con software licenciado.
