Проектното предложение предвижда да се изгради стандартен тренировъчен басейн с широчина 10 м (пет коридора ) и дължина 16,66м (6 дължини са 100 м ) . В басейна ще могат да тренират до 30 души . Съблекалните са проектирани да осигурят бързо преобличане на до 14 жени и още толкова мъже едновременно, което ще осигури безпрепятствена смяна на трениращата група. На кота ± 0,00м. - първи етаж са решени входно „фоайе“ , достъпна „тоалетна“, „съблекалня мъже“ и „съблекалня жени“ (всяка с 5 душа 28 гардеробчета и две тоалетни) „Зала басейн“ с изходи към двора където е предвидено място за игрище за плажен волейбол . На кота - 2,80м. Предвижда се основите на сградата да не се засипват с обратен насип , а полученото помещение да се ползва с функция по бъдещ проект.Проекта за спортен комплекс с покрит басейн в УПИ IX, кв.24 по плана за регулация на гр. Сливница е разработен за изпълнение на два етапа . Етапите са ясно описани и разграничени по отделните части . Първи етап (настоящия проект) е извадка и неразделна част от цялостния проект – разработва се за яснота . В първи етап се изпълнява в цялост стоманобетонната конструкция на сградата . Стоманената конструкция за покриване на басейна ,термопанелите , ограждащите стени и остъкляване на зала басейн и фоайе ще се изпълнят във втори етап . След приключване на първи етап басейна ще може да функционира като открит басейн със напълно завършени съблекални . В първи етап котелното и филтърното помещения ще се оборудват ще се изпълни облицовката на басейна ,с което ще се осигури лятно ползване на басейна за тренировки (Bulgarian)
