Операция „3-1 -Топъл обяд в условия на пандемията от COVID-19“ се реализира чрез Процедура за директно предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ BG05FMOP001-5.001.Проект "Топъл обяд в условията на пандемията от COVID-19 в Община Своге“ е социална услуга планирана в отговор на създалата се пандемията от COVID-19 в страната и ще осигури подкрепа за задоволяване на базовата нужда от храна на хората, които се нуждаят от социална закрила в най - висока степен.Насочена към подобряване качеството на живот и осигуряване на храна на уязвими лица и семейства, които не могат да я осигурят сами, операция тип 3 се фокусира и върху лицата, засегнати в най-висока степен от последиците от кризата.Операция „3-1 - Топъл обяд в условия на пандемията от COVID-19“ ще надгради и разшири обхвата на операция "Осигуряване на топъл обяд в община Своге" по Оперативна програма за храни и/или основно материално подпомагане, която се реализираше от Община Своге до 30.04.2020 г. Операцията ще се реализира от Община Своге в периода 04.01.2021 г. - 10.12.2021 г. за период от 12 месеца през които топъл обяд ще се доставя ежедневно до дома на 100 потребители от общината. Желаещите да ползват услугата, ще подават заявление по образец и декларациите за съгласие за разкриване на данъчна и осигурителна информация.Принадлежността на идентифицираните лица към допустимите по Оперативната програма целеви групи ще се потвърди от дирекция "Социално подпомагане" - гр. Своге.Комисия, определена със заповед на кмета на общината, ще извършва подбор на конкретните представители на целевата група, на които ще им бъде предоставен топъл обяд, като подбора ще се извършва въз основа на разработената и утвърдена от кмета на община Своге процедура за подбор.Плакат във формат А3, който отговаря на изискванията на Единния наръчник за информация и комуникация ще бъде поставен на видни места на територията на Общината - кухнята-майка, информационни табла в града и прилежащите му населени места,официалния сайт на Общината. Wer den Dienst in Anspruch nehmen möchte, wird ein Antragsformular und die Zustimmungserklärungen für die Offenlegung von Steuer- und Versicherungsinformationen einreichen.Die Mitgliedschaft der identifizierten Personen zu den im Rahmen des operationellen Programms förderfähigen Zielgruppen wird von der Direktion Sozialhilfe – Svoge bestätigt.
