Проект - Въвеждане на ЕСМ за рехабилитация и модернизация на уличното осветление в район „Централен“ и район „Южен“ на Община Пловдив“, по ФМ на ЕИП 2014-2021, цели изграждането на модернизирана общинска система за изкуствено външно осветление (СУО) чрез въвеждане на мерки за ЕЕ в два района на град Пловдив – „Централен“ (между бул.„Копривщица“, бул.„Марица-юг“, бул. „Руски“ и бул.„Христо Ботев“) и „Южен“ (между ул.„Коматевско шосе“, ул. „Академик Петър Динеков“,бул.„Македония“ и бул.„Никола Вапцаров“). Специфичните цели на проекта ще бъдат реализирани чрез изпълнение на предвидените в него синергични дейности, а именно: 1. Организация и управление на проекта; 2. Осигуряване на информация и комуникация по проекта; 3. Извършване на инженеринг за изграждане на ЕЕ СУО; 4. Извършване на строителен надзор и оценка на съответствието; 5. Финансов одит; 6.Организиране и провеждане на дейности по обмен на опит и трансфер на знания в областта на ЕЕ. Предвиденият комплекс от дейности ще осигури качественото, прозрачно и ефективно реализиране на проекта, което ще доведе до: подмяната на 1913бр. осветителни тела със съвременни LED такива, част от СУО в двата пловдивски района; изграждане на система за автоматизирано управление и контрол и въвеждане на ВЕИ-базирано захранване за СУО. С настоящия проект, Община Пловдив ще има възможността да намали емисиите на CO2, енергийното потребление и финансовите разходи за ел.енергия, както и да подобри условията за живот на населението, пряко засегнато от проектните интервенции или - 165818д., както и, в дългосрочен план - на жителите и гостите на града. Проектът е в пълна кореспондентност на водещи стратегически планове в национален и европейски контекст, като допринася за намаляване на енергийното потребление, зависимост от внос на енергийни ресурси и замърсяване с вредни емисии; повишаването на ЕЕ и ползването на ВЕИ и др. Project — Introduction of the ESM for rehabilitation and modernisation of street lighting in the district “Central” and “South” region of Plovdiv Municipality, under the EEA FM 2014-2021, aims to build a modernised municipal system for artificial outdoor lighting (MSS) by introducing EE measures in two districts of Plovdiv — “Central” (between Koprivshtitsa Blvd., Maritsa-South), Ruski Blvd. and Hristo Botev Blvd. and Yuzhen (between Komatevsko shose Street, Academic Petar Dinekov Street, Macedonia blvd. and Nikola Vaptsarov Blvd.). The specific objectives of the project will be realised through the implementation of the synergistic activities provided for therein, namely: 1. Organisation and management of the project; 2. Providing information and communication on the project; 3. Carrying out engineering for the construction of ESCs; 4. Carrying out construction supervision and conformity assessment; 5. Financial audit; 6.Organisation and conduct of activities for exchange of experience and transfer of knowledge in the field of EE. The envisaged set of activities will ensure the qualitative, transparent and effective implementation of the project, which will lead to: the replacement of 1913 luminaires with modern LEDs, part of the SC in the two Plovdiv regions; construction of an automated management and control system and introduction of RES-based power supply for CMS. With this project, the Municipality of Plovdiv will have the opportunity to reduce CO2 emissions, energy consumption and the financial costs of electricity, as well as to improve the living conditions of the population directly affected by the project interventions or — 165818e. Projet — Introduction du MES pour la réhabilitation et la modernisation de l’éclairage public dans les districts «Central» et «Sud» de la municipalité de Plovdiv, dans le cadre de l’AEE FM 2014-2021, vise à construire un système municipal modernisé pour l’éclairage extérieur artificiel (MSS) en introduisant des mesures EE dans deux districts de Plovdiv — «Central» (entre Koprivshtitsa Blvd., Maritsa-Sud), Ruski Blvd. et Hristo Botev Blvd. et Yuzhen (entre la rue Komatevsko shose, rue académique Petar Dinekov, Macédoine blvd. et Nikola Vaptalvd.). Les objectifs spécifiques du projet seront atteints par la mise en œuvre des activités synergiques qui y sont prévues, à savoir: 1. Organisation et gestion du projet; 2. Fournir des informations et des communications sur le projet; 3. Réalisation de travaux d’ingénierie pour la construction d’ESC; 4. Effectuer la supervision de la construction et l’évaluation de la conformité; 5. Audit financier; 6. Organisation et conduite d’activités d’échange de données d’expérience et de transfert de connaissances dans le domaine de l’efficacité énergétique. L’ensemble d’activités envisagé garantira la mise en œuvre qualitative, transparente et efficace du projet, ce qui permettra: le remplacement des luminaires 1913 par des LED modernes, qui font partie du SC dans les deux régions de Plovdiv; construction d’un système de gestion et de contrôle automatisé et introduction d’une alimentation en énergie SER pour CMS. Avec ce projet, la municipalité de Plovdiv aura la possibilité de réduire les émissions de CO2, la consommation d’énergie et les coûts financiers de l’électricité, ainsi que d’améliorer les conditions de vie de la population directement touchée par les interventions du projet ou — 165818e. Projekt – Einführung des ESM für die Sanierung und Modernisierung der Straßenbeleuchtung im Bezirk „Central“ und „Süd“ der Gemeinde Plovdiv im Rahmen des EWR FM 2014-2021 zielt darauf ab, ein modernisiertes kommunales System für künstliche Außenbeleuchtung (MSS) durch Einführung von EE-Maßnahmen in zwei Bezirken von Plovdiv – „Central“ (zwischen Koprivshtitsa Blvd., Maritsa-Süd) zu errichten; Ruski Blvd. und Hristo Botev Blvd. und Yuzhen (zwischen Komatevsko shose Straße, akademische Petar Dinekov Straße, Mazedonien blvd. und Nikola Vaptsarov Blvd.). Die spezifischen Ziele des Projekts werden durch die Durchführung der darin vorgesehenen synergistischen Maßnahmen verwirklicht, nämlich: 1. Organisation und Verwaltung des Projekts; 2. Bereitstellung von Informationen und Kommunikation über das Projekt; 3. Durchführung von Ingenieuren für den Bau von WSR; 4. Durchführung der Bauaufsicht und Konformitätsbewertung; 5. Finanzprüfung; 6. Organisation und Durchführung von Aktivitäten für den Erfahrungsaustausch und den Wissenstransfer auf dem Gebiet der EE. Mit den geplanten Maßnahmen wird die qualitative, transparente und wirksame Durchführung des Projekts sichergestellt, die zu Folgendem führen wird: den Austausch von 1913 Leuchten durch moderne LEDs, die Teil des SC in den beiden Plovdiv-Regionen sind; Aufbau eines automatisierten Verwaltungs- und Kontrollsystems und Einführung einer RES-basierten Stromversorgung für CMS. Mit diesem Projekt wird die Gemeinde Plovdiv die Möglichkeit haben, die CO2-Emissionen, den Energieverbrauch und die finanziellen Kosten des Stroms zu reduzieren und die Lebensbedingungen der von den Projektinterventionen direkt betroffenen Bevölkerung zu verbessern oder – 165818e. Project — Invoering van het ESM voor de rehabilitatie en modernisering van straatverlichting in het district „Centrale” en „Zuid”-regio Plovdiv, in het kader van de EEA FM 2014-2021, heeft tot doel een gemoderniseerd gemeentelijk systeem voor kunstmatige buitenverlichting (MSS) te bouwen door EE-maatregelen in te voeren in twee districten van Plovdiv — „Centraal” (tussen Koprivshtitsa Blvd., Maritsa-Zuid), Ruski Blvd. en Hristo Botev Blvd. en Yuzhen (tussen Komatevsko shose Street, Academisch Petar Dinekov Street, Macedonië blvd. en Nikola Vaptsarov Blvd.). De specifieke doelstellingen van het project zullen worden verwezenlijkt door de uitvoering van de synergetische activiteiten waarin het project voorziet, namelijk: 1. Organisatie en beheer van het project; 2. Het verstrekken van informatie en communicatie over het project; 3. Het uitvoeren van engineering voor de bouw van ESC’s; 4. Het uitvoeren van bouwtoezicht en conformiteitsbeoordeling; 5. Financiële controle; 6.Organisatie en uitvoering van activiteiten voor de uitwisseling van ervaring en kennisoverdracht op het gebied van EE. De beoogde reeks activiteiten zal zorgen voor een kwalitatieve, transparante en doeltreffende uitvoering van het project, wat zal leiden tot: de vervanging van 1913 armaturen door moderne LED’s, onderdeel van de SC in de twee Plovdiv-regio’s; bouw van een geautomatiseerd beheer- en controlesysteem en invoering van op hernieuwbare energiebronnen gebaseerde stroomvoorziening voor CMS. Met dit project zal de gemeente Plovdiv de mogelijkheid hebben om de CO2-uitstoot, het energieverbruik en de financiële kosten van elektriciteit te verminderen, en om de levensomstandigheden van de bevolking die rechtstreeks door de projectinterventies wordt getroffen, te verbeteren of — 165818e. Progetto — Introduzione del MES per la riabilitazione e l'ammodernamento dell'illuminazione stradale nel distretto "Centrale" e "Sud" del comune di Plovdiv, nell'ambito della FM SEE 2014-2021, mira a costruire un sistema comunale modernizzato per l'illuminazione artificiale esterna (MSS) introducendo misure EE in due distretti di Plovdiv — "Central" (tra Koprivshtitsa Blvd., Maritsa-South), Ruski Blvd. e Hristo Botev Blvd. e Yuzhen (tra Komatevsko shose Street, Academic Petar Dinekov Street, Macedonia blvd. e Nikola Vaptsarov Blvd.). Gli obiettivi specifici del progetto saranno realizzati attraverso l'attuazione delle attività sinergiche ivi previste, vale a dire: 1. Organizzazione e gestione del progetto; 2. Fornire informazioni e comunicazioni sul progetto; 3. Realizzazione di ingegneria per la costruzione di ESC; 4. L'esecuzione della supervisione della costruzione e della valutazione della conformità; 5. Audit finanziario; 6.Organizzazione e svolgimento di attività per lo scambio di esperienze e il trasferimento di conoscenze nel campo dell'EE. L'insieme di attività previste garantirà l'attuazione qualitativa, trasparente ed efficace del progetto, che porterà a: la sostituzione di apparecchi di illuminazione 1913 con LED moderni, parte del SC nelle due regioni di Plovdiv; costruzione di un sistema automatizzato di gestione e controllo e introduzione di alimentatori basati su RES per il CMS. Con questo progetto, il Comune di Plovdiv avrà l'opportunità di ridurre le emissioni di CO2, il consumo energetico e i costi finanziari dell'energia elettrica, nonché di migliorare le condizioni di vita della popolazione direttamente interessata dagli interventi del progetto o — 165818e. Llevar a cabo la supervisión de la construcción y la evaluación de la conformidad; 5. Auditoría financiera; 6.Organización y realización de actividades para el intercambio de experiencias y la transferencia de conocimientos en la esfera de la EE. El conjunto de actividades previstas garantizará la ejecución cualitativa, transparente y eficaz del proyecto, lo que dará lugar a: la sustitución de las luminarias de 1913 por ledes modernos, parte del SC en las dos regiones de Plovdiv; construcción de un sistema automatizado de gestión y control e introducción de fuentes de alimentación basadas en fuentes de energía renovables para CMS. Con este proyecto, el Ayuntamiento de Plovdiv tendrá la oportunidad de reducir las emisiones de CO2, el consumo de energía y los costos financieros de la electricidad, así como mejorar las condiciones de vida de la población directamente afectada por las intervenciones del proyecto o — 165818e.
