Настоящият проект цели намаляване броя на живеещите в бедност лица, чрез подпомагането им с храни с оглед преодоляване на основно материално лишение като се осигури безплатен топъл обяд за нуждаещи се лица, засегнати в най-висока степен от пандемията COVID-19 и последиците от нея. Топъл обяд ще се раздава на пункта на ДСП гр. Нова Загора, както и в част от населените места на общината ще се разкрият такива. Ще бъдат обхванати 190 лица, които поради бедност и продължителна социална изолация, в условия на криза, произтичаща от разпространението на COVID-19 са в затруднение да осигурят сами прехраната си. Лицата ще бъдат определяни в сътрудничество с Дирекция «Социално подпомагане» .Приготвянето на топъл обяд ще се извършва от избран изпълнител и ще се превозва в специализирани превозни средства до всеки пункт в общината. Раздаването на храната се осъществява в определено време, след полагане на подпис от потребителите в предварително изготвени списъци. Ще се изготвят и формуляри за обратна връзка, които ще бъдат на разположение на потребителите. В допълнение към разпределянето на храна ще се предлагат и съпътстващи мерки с цел намаляване на социалното изключване и/или справяне с извънредни социални ситуации по еманципиращ и устойчив начин, които се изразяват в индивидуално консултиране и съдействие за ползване на социални и/или административни услуги, за подпомагане на достъпа до здравни и образователни услуги, за управление на семейния бюджет, за здравословно и балансирано хранене, както и за индивидуално консултиране в отговор на установени конкретни нужди и проблеми на потребителите. This project aims to reduce the number of people living in poverty by helping them with food to overcome a basic material deprivation by providing a free warm lunch for deprived persons most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences. A warm lunch will be given at the NSP station in Nova Zagora, as well as in some of the settlements of the municipality will be opened. 190 people who, due to poverty and prolonged social exclusion, will be targeted in a crisis resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak, who are struggling to provide their own livelihoods. The persons will be appointed in cooperation with the Social Assistance Directorate.The preparation of a warm lunch will be carried out by a selected contractor and will be transported in specialised vehicles to each point in the municipality. The distribution of the food takes place at a certain time, after the consumer has signed a pre-established list. Feedback forms will also be prepared and made available to users. In addition to food distribution, accompanying measures will be proposed to reduce social exclusion and/or address social emergencies in an emancipatory and sustainable way, consisting of individual counselling and assistance for the use of social and/or administrative services, support for access to health and education services, management of the family budget, healthy and balanced diets, as well as individual counselling in response to identified specific needs and problems of consumers. Ce projet vise à réduire le nombre de personnes vivant dans la pauvreté en les aidant avec de la nourriture à surmonter une privation matérielle de base en offrant un déjeuner chaud gratuit aux personnes démunies les plus touchées par la pandémie de COVID-19 et ses conséquences. Un déjeuner chaud sera donné à la station NSP de Nova Zagora, ainsi que dans certains des villages de la municipalité seront ouverts. 190 personnes qui, en raison de la pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale prolongée, seront ciblées dans une crise résultant de la pandémie de COVID-19, qui luttent pour assurer leurs propres moyens de subsistance. Les personnes seront nommées en coopération avec la Direction de l’assistance sociale. La préparation d’un déjeuner chaud sera effectuée par un contractant sélectionné et sera transportée dans des véhicules spécialisés jusqu’à chaque point de la commune. La distribution de l’aliment a lieu à un certain moment, après que le consommateur a signé une liste préétablie. Des formulaires de rétroaction seront également préparés et mis à la disposition des utilisateurs. Outre la distribution de denrées alimentaires, des mesures d’accompagnement seront proposées pour réduire l’exclusion sociale et/ou traiter les urgences sociales d’une manière émancipatrice et durable, consistant en des conseils et une assistance individuels pour l’utilisation des services sociaux et/ou administratifs, un soutien à l’accès aux services de santé et d’éducation, la gestion du budget familial, une alimentation saine et équilibrée, ainsi que des conseils individuels en réponse aux besoins et problèmes spécifiques identifiés des consommateurs. Dieses Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Zahl der Menschen, die in Armut leben, zu verringern, indem sie ihnen mit Nahrungsmitteln helfen, eine grundlegende materielle Entbehrung zu überwinden, indem ein kostenloses warmes Mittagessen für Bedürftige angeboten wird, die am stärksten von der COVID-19-Pandemie und ihren Folgen betroffen sind. Ein warmes Mittagessen wird an der NSP-Station in Nova Zagora sowie in einigen Siedlungen der Gemeinde eröffnet. 190 Menschen, die aufgrund von Armut und anhaltender sozialer Ausgrenzung in einer Krise infolge des COVID-19-Ausbruchs anvisiert werden, die sich darum bemühen, ihren eigenen Lebensunterhalt zu sichern. Die Personen werden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Direktion Sozialhilfe benannt.Die Vorbereitung eines warmen Mittagessens wird von einem ausgewählten Auftragnehmer durchgeführt und in spezialisierten Fahrzeugen zu jedem Punkt in der Gemeinde transportiert. Die Verteilung des Lebensmittels erfolgt zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt, nachdem der Verbraucher eine vorab festgelegte Liste unterzeichnet hat. Feedback-Formulare werden ebenfalls erstellt und den Nutzern zur Verfügung gestellt. Neben der Verteilung von Nahrungsmitteln werden flankierende Maßnahmen vorgeschlagen, um soziale Ausgrenzung zu verringern und/oder soziale Notlagen emanzipatorisch und nachhaltig anzugehen, darunter individuelle Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Nutzung sozialer und/oder administrativer Dienstleistungen, Unterstützung beim Zugang zu Gesundheits- und Bildungsdiensten, Verwaltung des Familienhaushalts, gesunde und ausgewogene Ernährung sowie individuelle Beratung zur Bewältigung der spezifischen Bedürfnisse und Probleme der Verbraucher. Dit project heeft tot doel het aantal mensen dat in armoede leeft te verminderen door hen te helpen met voedsel een fundamentele materiële deprivatie te boven te komen door te voorzien in een gratis warme lunch voor behoeftigen die het zwaarst door de COVID-19-pandemie zijn getroffen en de gevolgen daarvan. Een warme lunch wordt gegeven in het NSP station in Nova Zagora, evenals in een aantal van de nederzettingen van de gemeente zal worden geopend. 190 mensen die als gevolg van armoede en langdurige sociale uitsluiting het doelwit zullen worden van een crisis als gevolg van de COVID-19-uitbraak, die moeite hebben om hun eigen bestaansmiddelen te bieden. De personen worden benoemd in samenwerking met het directoraat Sociale Hulp. De voorbereiding van een warme lunch wordt uitgevoerd door een geselecteerde contractant en wordt in gespecialiseerde voertuigen naar elk punt in de gemeente vervoerd. Naast voedseldistributie zullen begeleidende maatregelen worden voorgesteld om sociale uitsluiting terug te dringen en/of sociale noodsituaties op een emanciperende en duurzame manier aan te pakken, bestaande uit individuele begeleiding en bijstand voor het gebruik van sociale en/of administratieve diensten, steun voor de toegang tot gezondheidszorg en onderwijs, beheer van het gezinsbudget, gezonde en evenwichtige voeding en individuele begeleiding in antwoord op specifieke behoeften en problemen van consumenten. Il progetto mira a ridurre il numero di persone che vivono in condizioni di povertà aiutandole con il cibo a superare una deprivazione materiale di base fornendo un pranzo caldo gratuito alle persone indigenti più colpite dalla pandemia di COVID-19 e dalle sue conseguenze. Un pranzo caldo sarà dato alla stazione NSP di Nova Zagora, così come in alcuni degli insediamenti del comune saranno aperti. 190 persone che, a causa della povertà e dell'esclusione sociale prolungata, saranno colpite da una crisi dovuta all'epidemia di COVID-19, che lottano per fornire i propri mezzi di sussistenza. Le persone saranno nominate in collaborazione con la Direzione Assistenza Sociale.La preparazione di un pranzo caldo sarà effettuata da un contraente selezionato e sarà trasportata in veicoli specializzati in ogni punto del comune. La distribuzione dell'alimento avviene in un determinato momento, dopo che il consumatore ha firmato un elenco prestabilito. Saranno inoltre preparati e messi a disposizione degli utenti moduli di feedback. Oltre alla distribuzione di generi alimentari, saranno proposte misure di accompagnamento per ridurre l'esclusione sociale e/o affrontare le emergenze sociali in modo emancipativo e sostenibile, consistenti in consulenza e assistenza individuali per l'uso di servizi sociali e/o amministrativi, sostegno all'accesso ai servizi sanitari e educativi, gestione del bilancio familiare, regimi alimentari sani ed equilibrati, nonché consulenza individuale in risposta alle esigenze specifiche e ai problemi dei consumatori individuati. Este proyecto tiene por objeto reducir el número de personas que viven en la pobreza ayudándoles con alimentos a superar una privación material básica proporcionando un almuerzo caliente gratuito a las personas más afectadas por la pandemia de COVID-19 y sus consecuencias. Se dará un almuerzo caliente en la estación NSP en Nova Zagora, así como en algunos de los asentamientos del municipio se abrirá. 190 personas que, debido a la pobreza y a la prolongada exclusión social, serán objeto de una crisis resultante del brote de COVID-19, que luchan por proporcionar sus propios medios de vida. Las personas serán designadas en cooperación con la Dirección de Asistencia Social. La preparación de un almuerzo caliente será realizada por un contratista seleccionado y será transportada en vehículos especializados a cada punto del municipio. La distribución de los alimentos se realiza en un momento determinado, después de que el consumidor haya firmado una lista preestablecida. También se prepararán formularios de retroalimentación y se pondrán a disposición de los usuarios. Además de la distribución de alimentos, se propondrán medidas de acompañamiento para reducir la exclusión social o abordar las emergencias sociales de manera emancipadora y sostenible, consistentes en asesoramiento y asistencia individuales para el uso de servicios sociales o administrativos, apoyo al acceso a los servicios de salud y educación, gestión del presupuesto familiar, dietas sanas y equilibradas, así como asesoramiento individual en respuesta a las necesidades y problemas específicos de los consumidores.
