Публичната инфраструктура е основен фактор за осигуряване на базови услуги на населението в град Баня и за осигуряване на достъпа до тях. Устойчивото социално-икономическо развитие на града е неразривно свързано със съществуващата инфраструктура и качеството на предлаганите услуги за населението. Недостига на инвестиции за обновяване на съществуващата инфраструктура и неадекватното качество на предлаганите услуги е основният елемент, който продължава да разширява границите на развитие между общинския център - гр. Карлово и балнеокурорта - гр. Баня. Освен това е пречка за създаването на равни възможности в социално-икономическото развитие.Чрез реализирането на проектното предложение ще се реконструират 4 улици в гр.Баня - ул."Карловска", ул."Стара планина" ул."Липите" и ул."Байкал", както и прилежащите им тротоари.Дейностите по проекта включват: - изграждане на нова пътна асфалтобетонова настилка за ул. „Стара планина" и улица „Карловска" - пренареждане на паважна настилка за ул. „Липите" и ул. „Байкал" - подмяна на бордюрите и тротоарите по съществуващите улици. Съгласно изготвения работен проект ще бъдат реконстуирани и рехабилитирани 10 125 кв.м съществуващи улици и съоръжения и принадлежностите към тях в гр. Баня, както и 4350 кв.м. рехабилитирани тротоари и съоръжения и принадлежностите към тях. Обща цел на настоящото проектно предложение е да се подобри качеството на живот в община Карлово и по-конкретно в гр. Баня чрез реконструкция и рехабилитация на съществуващата общинска пътна инфраструктура, за да се подобри достъпа до основни услуги за населението, повишаване на икономическата активност и стимулиране устойчивото развитие на общината и града. Public infrastructure is a key factor in providing basic services to the population in the city of Banya and ensuring access to them. The sustainable socio-economic development of the city is inextricably linked to the existing infrastructure and the quality of the services offered to the population. The lack of investment for the renovation of the existing infrastructure and the inadequate quality of the services offered is the main element that continues to expand the development boundaries between the municipal center — Karlovo and spa resort — Banya. In addition, it is an obstacle to the creation of equal opportunities in the socio-economic development. Through the implementation of the project proposal will be reconstructed 4 streets in Banya — Karlovska Str., Stara Planina Str. “Lipite” and “Baikal” Str., as well as their adjacent sidewalks.The project activities include: — construction of a new road asphalt concrete pavement for Stara Planina Street and Karlovska Street — rearrangement of pavement for Lipite Street and Baykal Street — replacement of curbs and pavements on existing streets. According to the prepared work project, 10 125 sq.m of existing streets and facilities and accessories will be reconstructed and rehabilitated in the town of Banya, as well as 4350 sq.m. rehabilitated pavements and facilities and accessories thereto. The general objective of this project proposal is to improve the quality of life in the municipality of Karlovo and in particular in Banya through reconstruction and rehabilitation of the existing municipal road infrastructure in order to improve access to basic services for the population, increase economic activity and stimulate the sustainable development of the municipality and the city. L’infrastructure publique est un facteur clé de la fourniture de services de base à la population de la ville de Banya et de l’accès à ces services. Le développement socio-économique durable de la ville est indissociable des infrastructures existantes et de la qualité des services offerts à la population. Le manque d’investissement pour la rénovation de l’infrastructure existante et la qualité insuffisante des services offerts est l’élément principal qui continue d’élargir les frontières de développement entre le centre municipal — Karlovo et station thermale — Banya. En outre, c’est un obstacle à la création de l’égalité des chances dans le développement socio-économique. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de la proposition de projet sera reconstruit 4 rues à Banya — Karlovska Str., Stara Planina Str. «Lipite» et «Baikal» Str., ainsi que leurs trottoirs adjacents.Les activités du projet comprennent: — construction d’un nouveau trottoir en béton bitumineux pour la rue Stara Planina et la rue Karlovska — réaménagement du trottoir pour les rues Lipite et Baykal — remplacement des trottoirs et des trottoirs sur les rues existantes. Die öffentliche Infrastruktur ist ein wichtiger Faktor für die Bereitstellung grundlegender Dienstleistungen für die Bevölkerung in der Stadt Banya und für den Zugang zu ihnen. Die nachhaltige sozioökonomische Entwicklung der Stadt ist untrennbar mit der bestehenden Infrastruktur und der Qualität der der Bevölkerung angebotenen Dienstleistungen verbunden. Der Mangel an Investitionen für die Renovierung der bestehenden Infrastruktur und die unzureichende Qualität der angebotenen Dienstleistungen ist das Hauptelement, das die Entwicklungsgrenzen zwischen dem Gemeindezentrum Karlovo und dem Kurort Banya weiter ausdehnt. Darüber hinaus ist es ein Hindernis für die Schaffung von Chancengleichheit in der sozioökonomischen Entwicklung. Durch die Umsetzung des Projektvorschlags werden 4 Straßen in Banya – Karlovska Str., Stara Planina Str. „Lipite“ und „Baikal“ Str., sowie ihre angrenzenden Gehwege rekonstruiert.Die Projektaktivitäten umfassen: — Bau einer neuen Straße Asphaltbetonpflaster für die Stara Planina Straße und Karlovska Straße – Umgestaltung der Pflaster für Lipite Straße und Baykal Straße – Ersatz von Sperren und Pflaster auf bestehenden Straßen. Nach dem vorbereiteten Arbeitsprojekt werden in der Stadt Banya 10 125 qm bestehende Straßen und Einrichtungen und Zubehör rekonstruiert und saniert, sowie 4 350 m² sanierte Gehwege und Einrichtungen und Zubehör dazu. Das allgemeine Ziel dieses Projektvorschlags besteht darin, die Lebensqualität in der Gemeinde Karlovo und insbesondere in Banya durch den Wiederaufbau und die Sanierung der bestehenden kommunalen Straßeninfrastruktur zu verbessern, um den Zugang zu grundlegenden Dienstleistungen für die Bevölkerung zu verbessern, die Wirtschaftstätigkeit zu erhöhen und die nachhaltige Entwicklung der Gemeinde und der Stadt zu fördern. Openbare infrastructuur is een belangrijke factor bij het verlenen van basisdiensten aan de bevolking in de stad Banya en het waarborgen van de toegang tot deze diensten. De duurzame sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de stad is onlosmakelijk verbonden met de bestaande infrastructuur en de kwaliteit van de aan de bevolking aangeboden diensten. Het gebrek aan investeringen voor de renovatie van de bestaande infrastructuur en de ontoereikende kwaliteit van de aangeboden diensten is het belangrijkste element dat de ontwikkelingsgrenzen tussen het gemeentelijk centrum — Karlovo en kuuroord — Banya blijft uitbreiden. Daarnaast is het een obstakel voor het creëren van gelijke kansen in de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling. Door de uitvoering van het projectvoorstel zal worden gereconstrueerd 4 straten in Banya — Karlovska Str., Stara Planina Str. „Lipite” en „Baikal” Str., evenals hun aangrenzende trottoirs.De projectactiviteiten omvatten: — bouw van een nieuwe weg asfalt beton bestrating voor Stara Planina Street en Karlovska Street — herschikking van bestrating voor Lipite Street en Baykal Street — vervanging van stoepranden en trottoirs op bestaande straten. Le infrastrutture pubbliche sono un fattore chiave per fornire servizi di base alla popolazione della città di Banya e per garantirne l'accesso. Lo sviluppo socioeconomico sostenibile della città è indissolubilmente legato alle infrastrutture esistenti e alla qualità dei servizi offerti alla popolazione. La mancanza di investimenti per la ristrutturazione delle infrastrutture esistenti e l'inadeguata qualità dei servizi offerti è l'elemento principale che continua ad espandere i confini di sviluppo tra il centro comunale — Karlovo e località termale — Banya. Inoltre, è un ostacolo alla creazione di pari opportunità nello sviluppo socio-economico. Attraverso l'attuazione della proposta di progetto saranno ricostruite 4 strade a Banya — Karlovska Str., Stara Planina Str. "Lipite" e "Baikal" Str., così come i loro marciapiedi adiacenti.Le attività del progetto includono: — costruzione di una nuova strada asfalto pavimentazione di cemento per Stara Planina Street e Karlovska Street — riarrangiamento del marciapiede per Lipite Street e Baykal Street — sostituzione di marciapiedi e marciapiedi su strade esistenti. El desarrollo socioeconómico sostenible de la ciudad está inextricablemente vinculado a la infraestructura existente y a la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos a la población. La falta de inversión para la renovación de la infraestructura existente y la insuficiente calidad de los servicios ofrecidos es el elemento principal que continúa ampliando los límites de desarrollo entre el centro municipal — Karlovo y balneario — Banya. Además, es un obstáculo para la creación de igualdad de oportunidades en el desarrollo socioeconómico. A través de la ejecución de la propuesta de proyecto se reconstruirán 4 calles en Banya — Karlovska Str., Stara Planina Str. «Lipite» y «Baikal» Str., así como sus aceras adyacentes.
