В условията на извънредната пандемична ситуация, предоставянето на топъл обяд се оказа в голяма степен значима помощ, тъй като чрез нея има реална възможност, най-бедните и уязвими хора да продължават да имат храна, от една страна и от друга, да могат да я получат и в дома си, когато противоепидемичните мерки налагат това.В отговор на това и съгласно предоставените възможности, топъл обяд в условията на пандемията от COVID-19 ще се реализира като местна дейност на територията на Община Калояново, насочена към овладяване на извънредната ситуация в страната и подкрепа на уязвими граждани за 61дни с предоставяне на топъл обяд – супа, основно ястие, десерт/поне веднъж седмично/ и хляб на 170 крайни потребители от целевата група. Идеята на община Калояново е да предостави безплатен топъл обяд на уязвими граждани, които поради бедност и продължителна изолация, в условията на обявената извънредна ситуация, произтичаща от необходимостта от ограничаване на разпространението на COVID-19 са в затруднение да осигурят сами прехраната си. Тази дейност е продължение на ЦЕЛЕВА ПРОГРАМА „ ТОПЪЛ ОБЯД У ДОМА В УСЛОВИЯТА НА ИЗВЪНРЕДНА СИТУАЦИЯ – 2020 г.“ , действаща до 31.12.2020 г. Чрез нея, община Калояново ще допълни комплексните национални мерки,предприети в отговор на кризата, като се фокусира върху лицата, за които осигуряването на храна е затруднено или невъзможно в безпрецедентната ситуация. Паралелно с предоставянето на топъл обяд се предвижда и реализиране на съпътстващи мерки под формата на индивидуални и групови консултации относно здравословното и балансирано хранене; предоставяне на разнообразно седмично меню, което дава принос към балансираното хранене на целевата група, при спазване на изискванията за безопасност на храните и националните стандарти и норми на хранене. In the context of the pandemic emergency, the provision of a warm lunch has proved to be highly significant assistance, as it offers a real opportunity for the poorest and most vulnerable people to continue to have food on the one hand and, on the other hand, to be able to receive it at home when containment measures so require. In response to this and according to the possibilities provided, a warm lunch in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic will be implemented as a local activity on the territory of the Municipality of Kaloyanovo, aimed at dealing with the emergency situation in the country and supporting vulnerable citizens for 61 days with the provision of a warm lunch — soup, main course, dessert (at least once a week) and bread to 170 end-users in the target group. The idea of the municipality of Kaloyanovo is to provide a free warm lunch to vulnerable citizens who, due to poverty and prolonged isolation, in the context of the declared emergency situation resulting from the need to contain the spread of COVID-19, are struggling to provide their own livelihoods. This activity is a continuation of the ONLINE PROGRAMME “warm NOTE TO DOMAGE IN THE ASSESSMENT OF EXTERNAL SITHUATION — 2020”, operating until 31.12.2020. Through it, the municipality of Kaloyanovo will complement the complex national measures taken in response to the crisis, focusing on those for whom the provision of food is difficult or impossible in the unprecedented situation. In parallel with the provision of a warm lunch, accompanying measures are foreseen in the form of individual and group consultations on healthy and balanced diets; provision of a varied weekly menu that contributes to the balanced diet of the target group, in compliance with food safety requirements and national standards and nutrition standards. Dans le contexte de l’urgence liée à la pandémie, la fourniture d’un déjeuner chaud s’est avérée être une aide très importante, car elle offre aux personnes les plus pauvres et les plus vulnérables l’occasion réelle de continuer à avoir de la nourriture d’une part et, d’autre part, d’être en mesure de les recevoir à domicile lorsque des mesures de confinement l’exigent. En réponse à cela et selon les possibilités offertes, un déjeuner chaud dans le contexte de la pandémie de COVID-19 sera mis en œuvre en tant qu’activité locale sur le territoire de la municipalité de Kaloyanovo, visant à faire face à la situation d’urgence dans le pays et à soutenir les citoyens vulnérables pendant 61 jours par la fourniture d’un déjeuner chaud — soupe, plat principal, dessert (au moins une fois par semaine) et pain à 170 utilisateurs finaux du groupe cible. L’idée de la municipalité de Kaloyanovo est d’offrir un déjeuner chaud gratuit aux citoyens vulnérables qui, en raison de la pauvreté et de l’isolement prolongé, dans le contexte de la situation d’urgence déclarée résultant de la nécessité de contenir la propagation de la COVID-19, luttent pour assurer leurs propres moyens de subsistance. Cette activité s’inscrit dans la continuité du PROGRAMME EN LIGNE «Nota chaud au DOMAGE DANS L’ÉVALUATION DE LA SITHUATION EXTERNELLE — 2020», en vigueur jusqu’au 31.12.2020. Par son intermédiaire, la municipalité de Kaloyanovo complétera les mesures nationales complexes prises en réponse à la crise, en mettant l’accent sur ceux pour lesquels l’approvisionnement alimentaire est difficile ou impossible dans une situation sans précédent. Parallèlement à l’organisation d’un déjeuner chaud, des mesures d’accompagnement sont prévues sous la forme de consultations individuelles et collectives sur une alimentation saine et équilibrée; fourniture d’un menu hebdomadaire varié qui contribue à l’alimentation équilibrée du groupe cible, conformément aux exigences en matière de salubrité des aliments et aux normes nationales et aux normes nutritionnelles. Im Zusammenhang mit der Pandemie hat sich die Bereitstellung eines warmen Mittagessens als äußerst bedeutsame Hilfe erwiesen, da es den ärmsten und am stärksten gefährdeten Menschen eine echte Chance bietet, auf der einen Seite weiterhin Nahrung zu haben und zum anderen, wenn die Eindämmungsmaßnahmen dies erfordern, sie zu Hause empfangen zu können. Auf diese Weise und entsprechend den gebotenen Möglichkeiten wird ein warmes Mittagessen im Zusammenhang mit der COVID-19-Pandemie als lokale Aktivität auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Kaloyanovo durchgeführt. Ziel der Bewältigung der Notlage im Land und Unterstützung schutzbedürftiger Bürger für 61 Tage mit der Bereitstellung eines warmen Mittagessens – Suppe, Hauptgericht, Dessert (mindestens einmal pro Woche) und Brot für 170 Endnutzer in der Zielgruppe. Die Idee der Gemeinde Kaloyanovo besteht darin, schutzbedürftigen Bürgern ein kostenloses warmes Mittagessen zu bieten, die aufgrund der Armut und der anhaltenden Isolation im Zusammenhang mit der erklärten Notlage, die sich aus der Notwendigkeit ergibt, die Ausbreitung von COVID-19 einzudämmen, Schwierigkeiten haben, ihre eigenen Existenzgrundlagen zu sichern. Diese Tätigkeit ist eine Fortsetzung des ONLINE PROGRAMMS „warm NOTE TO DOMAGE IN DER ASSASSUNG DER EXTERNAL SITHUATION – 2020“, die bis zum 31.12.2020 läuft. Durch diese wird die Gemeinde Kaloyanovo die komplexen nationalen Maßnahmen ergänzen, die als Reaktion auf die Krise ergriffen wurden, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf diejenigen liegt, für die die Bereitstellung von Nahrungsmitteln in der beispiellosen Situation schwierig oder unmöglich ist. Parallel zur Bereitstellung eines warmen Mittagessens sind Begleitmaßnahmen in Form von Einzel- und Gruppenkonsultationen zu einer gesunden und ausgewogenen Ernährung vorgesehen; Bereitstellung eines abwechslungsreichen wöchentlichen Menüs, das zur ausgewogenen Ernährung der Zielgruppe beiträgt, und zwar unter Einhaltung der Anforderungen an die Lebensmittelsicherheit und der nationalen Normen und Ernährungsstandards. In de context van de noodtoestand van de pandemie is het verstrekken van een warme lunch zeer belangrijk gebleken, aangezien het een reële kans biedt voor de armste en meest kwetsbare mensen om enerzijds voedsel te blijven hebben en anderzijds om deze thuis te kunnen ontvangen wanneer inperkingsmaatregelen dat vereisen. In reactie hierop en volgens de geboden mogelijkheden zal een warme lunch in het kader van de COVID-19-pandemie worden uitgevoerd als lokale activiteit op het grondgebied van de gemeente Kaloyanovo, gericht op het aanpakken van de noodsituatie in het land en het ondersteunen van kwetsbare burgers gedurende 61 dagen met de levering van een warme lunch — soep, hoofdgerecht, dessert (minstens één keer per week) en brood aan 170 eindgebruikers in de doelgroep. Het idee van de gemeente Kaloyanovo is om een gratis warme lunch te bieden aan kwetsbare burgers die, als gevolg van armoede en langdurig isolement, in de context van de uitgeroepen noodsituatie als gevolg van de noodzaak om de verspreiding van COVID-19 tegen te gaan, moeite hebben om hun eigen bestaansmiddelen te bieden. Deze activiteit is een voortzetting van het ONLINE PROGRAMMA „warm NOTE TO DOMAGE IN THE ASSESSMENT OF EXTERNAL SITHUATION — 2020”, dat loopt tot 31.12.2020. Nel contesto dell'emergenza pandemica, la fornitura di un pranzo caldo si è rivelata un'assistenza estremamente significativa, in quanto offre una reale opportunità per le persone più povere e vulnerabili di continuare ad avere cibo da un lato e, dall'altro, di poterlo ricevere a casa quando le misure di contenimento lo richiedono. In risposta a ciò e in base alle possibilità offerte, un pranzo caldo nel contesto della pandemia di COVID-19 sarà attuato come attività locale sul territorio del comune di Kaloyanovo, volto ad affrontare la situazione di emergenza nel paese e a sostenere i cittadini vulnerabili per 61 giorni con la fornitura di un pranzo caldo — zuppa, portata principale, dessert (almeno una volta alla settimana) e pane a 170 utenti finali nel gruppo destinatario. L'idea del comune di Kaloyanovo è quella di fornire un pranzo caldo gratuito ai cittadini vulnerabili che, a causa della povertà e del prolungato isolamento, nel contesto della situazione di emergenza dichiarata derivante dalla necessità di contenere la diffusione della COVID-19, stanno lottando per fornire i propri mezzi di sussistenza. Questa attività è una continuazione del PROGRAMMA ONLINE "WOMME NOTE DA DOMAGARE NEL VALUTAZIONE DELLA SITHUAZIONE ESTERNA — 2020", operativo fino al 31.12.2020. Attraverso di esso, il comune di Kaloyanovo completerà le complesse misure nazionali adottate in risposta alla crisi, concentrandosi su coloro per i quali la fornitura di cibo è difficile o impossibile in una situazione senza precedenti. Parallelamente alla fornitura di un pranzo caldo, sono previste misure di accompagnamento sotto forma di consultazioni individuali e di gruppo su un'alimentazione sana ed equilibrata; fornitura di un menù settimanale variato che contribuisca all'alimentazione equilibrata del gruppo destinatario, nel rispetto dei requisiti di sicurezza alimentare e delle norme nazionali e nutrizionali.
