От 2009 г. община Долна баня предоставя безплатен топъл обяд по проект Обществена трапезария, финансиран в момента от фонд Социална закрила. Храната се предоставя на най-бедните жители на Долна баня с цел подпомагането им в най-трудния зимен период - от месец октомври до месец април. Настоящото проектно предложение допълва, надгражда и разширява обхвата на действащата обществена трапезария на територията на нашата община чрез предоставяне на възможност за функциониране в останалия период на годината, за който не е осигурено национално финансиране. Храната се приготвя в кухненската база на Домашен социален патронаж - Долна баня. За осигуряването на топъл обяд на хората със затруднения в придвижването, община Долна баня ще реализира доставки по домовете им. Целевите групи по проекта са:1. Лица и семейства на месечно подпомагане по реда и условията на чл. 9 от Правилника за прилагане на Закона за социално подпомагане; 2. Лица с доказана липса на доходи и близки, които да се грижат за тях, установено от съответната дирекция „Социално подпомагане“; 3. Самотно живеещи лица и семейства, получаващи минимални пенсии - за осигурителен стаж и възраст; за инвалидност; наследствени пенсии; пенсии, несвързани с трудова дейност.Очаквани резултати: Подпомогнати с топъл обяд 150 жители на община Долна баня през месеците, в които не се предоставя топъл обяд по проект Обществена трапезария.Основните дейности по проекта са: 1. Определяне на целевите групи. 2. Закупуване на хранителните продукти. 3. Осигуряване на топъл обяд. 4. Предоставяне на съпътстващи мерки. (Bulgarian)

Since 2009 Dolna Banya Municipality has been providing a free warm lunch under the project Public Dining Room, currently funded by the Social Protection Fund. The food is provided to the poorest inhabitants of Dolna Banya in order to assist them in the most difficult winter period — from October to April. This project proposal complements, builds on and expands the scope of the current public dining room on the territory of our municipality by providing the possibility of operating in the remaining period of the year for which no national funding is provided. The food is prepared in the kitchen base of Domestic Social Patronage — Dolna Banya. For the provision of a warm lunch for people with mobility difficulties, Dolna Banya Municipality will make deliveries at their homes. The target groups of the project are:1. Persons and families receiving monthly assistance under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the Rules for the Implementation of the Social Assistance Act; 2. Persons with a proven lack of income and relatives to care for them, identified by the relevant Social Assistance Directorate; 3. Lonely living persons and families in receipt of minimum retirement pensions; for invalidity; survivors’ pensions; non-work-related pensions.Expected results: 150 residents of Dolna Banya municipality supported with a warm lunch during the months in which no warm lunch is provided under the Public Dining Room project.The main activities of the project are: 1. Depuis 2009, la municipalité de Dolna Banya offre un déjeuner chaud gratuit dans le cadre du projet Salle à manger publique, actuellement financé par le Fonds de protection sociale. La nourriture est fournie aux habitants les plus pauvres de Dolna Banya afin de les aider dans la période hivernale la plus difficile — d’octobre à avril. Cette proposition de projet complète, renforce et élargit la portée de la salle à manger publique actuelle sur le territoire de notre municipalité en offrant la possibilité de fonctionner pendant la période restante de l’année pour laquelle aucun financement national n’est fourni. La nourriture est préparée dans la base de cuisine du Patronage social domestique — Dolna Banya. Pour la fourniture d’un déjeuner chaud pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité, la municipalité de Dolna Banya effectuera des livraisons à domicile. Les groupes cibles du projet sont:1. B) Les personnes et les familles bénéficiant d ‘une aide mensuelle aux termes et conditions de l’ article 9 des règles d ‘application de la loi sur l’ assistance sociale; 2. Les personnes ayant un manque de revenus avérés et les proches pour s’occuper d’elles, identifiées par la direction de l’assistance sociale compétente; 3. Les personnes vivant seules et les familles bénéficiant d’une pension minimale de retraite; en cas d’invalidité; les pensions de survie; pensions non liées au travail.Résultats attendus: 150 résidents de la municipalité de Dolna Banya ont bénéficié d’un déjeuner chaud pendant les mois au cours desquels aucun déjeuner chaud n’est fourni dans le cadre du projet Salle à manger publique.Les principales activités du projet sont: 1. Seit 2009 bietet die Gemeinde Dolna Banya ein kostenloses warmes Mittagessen im Rahmen des Projekts Public Dining Room, das derzeit aus dem Sozialschutzfonds finanziert wird. Die Nahrung wird den ärmsten Bewohnern von Dolna Banya zur Verfügung gestellt, um sie in der schwierigsten Winterperiode – von Oktober bis April – zu unterstützen. Dieser Projektvorschlag ergänzt, baut auf und erweitert den Umfang des derzeitigen öffentlichen Speisesaals auf dem Gebiet unserer Gemeinde, indem er die Möglichkeit bietet, in dem verbleibenden Zeitraum des Jahres zu arbeiten, für den keine nationale Finanzierung bereitgestellt wird. Das Essen wird in der Küche der häuslichen sozialen Patronat – Dolna Banya zubereitet. Für die Bereitstellung eines warmen Mittagessens für Menschen mit Mobilitätsschwierigkeiten wird die Gemeinde Dolna Banya in ihren Häusern Lieferungen vornehmen. Die Zielgruppen des Projekts sind:1. Personen und Familien, die monatlich Hilfe gemäß Artikel 9 der Durchführungsbestimmungen zum Sozialhilfegesetz erhalten; 2. Personen mit nachweislichem Mangel an Einkommen und Angehörigen, die von der zuständigen Direktion für soziale Hilfe ermittelt wurden; 3. Einsam lebende Personen und Familien, die Mindestrenten beziehen; bei Invalidität; Hinterbliebenenrenten; nicht erwerbsbezogene Renten.Erwartete Ergebnisse: 150 Einwohner der Gemeinde Dolna Banya unterstützten während der Monate, in denen kein warmes Mittagessen im Rahmen des Public Dining Room-Projekts angeboten wird, ein warmes Mittagessen.Die Hauptaktivitäten des Projekts sind: 1. Sinds 2009 verzorgt de gemeente Dolna Banya een gratis warme lunch in het kader van het project Openbare Eetkamer, dat momenteel wordt gefinancierd door het Fonds voor sociale bescherming. Het voedsel wordt geleverd aan de armste inwoners van Dolna Banya om hen te helpen in de moeilijkste winterperiode — van oktober tot april. Dit projectvoorstel vormt een aanvulling op, bouwt voort op en breidt het toepassingsgebied van de huidige openbare eetzaal op het grondgebied van onze gemeente uit door de mogelijkheid te bieden om te opereren in de resterende periode van het jaar waarvoor geen nationale financiering wordt verstrekt. Het eten wordt bereid in de keukenbasis van Domestic Social Patronage — Dolna Banya. Voor het verzorgen van een warme lunch voor mensen met mobiliteitsproblemen, zal de gemeente Dolna Banya thuis leveringen doen. De doelgroepen van het project zijn:1. Personen en gezinnen die maandelijkse bijstand ontvangen onder de voorwaarden van artikel 9 van de Regels ter uitvoering van de Wet sociale bijstand; 2. Personen met een aantoonbaar gebrek aan inkomen en familieleden die voor hen zorgen, geïdentificeerd door het desbetreffende directoraat sociale bijstand; 3. Eenzame levende personen en gezinnen die een minimumpensioen ontvangen; voor invaliditeit; nabestaandenpensioenen; niet-werkgerelateerde pensioenen.Verwachte resultaten: 150 inwoners van Dolna Banya gemeente ondersteund met een warme lunch tijdens de maanden waarin geen warme lunch wordt verzorgd in het kader van de openbare eetkamer project.De belangrijkste activiteiten van het project zijn: 1. Dal 2009 il Comune di Dolna Banya offre un pranzo caldo gratuito nell'ambito del progetto Public Dining Room, attualmente finanziato dal Fondo di Protezione Sociale. Il cibo viene fornito agli abitanti più poveri di Dolna Banya per assisterli nel periodo invernale più difficile — da ottobre ad aprile. La presente proposta di progetto integra, sviluppa e amplia la portata dell'attuale sala da pranzo pubblica sul territorio del nostro comune, prevedendo la possibilità di operare nel restante periodo dell'anno per il quale non è previsto alcun finanziamento nazionale. Il cibo è preparato nella base della cucina di Patrocinio Sociale domestico — Dolna Banya. Per la fornitura di un pranzo caldo per le persone con difficoltà di mobilità, Dolna Banya Comune farà consegne a casa loro. I gruppi destinatari del progetto sono:1. Persone e famiglie che ricevono assistenza mensile ai sensi dell'articolo 9 delle norme di attuazione della legge sull'assistenza sociale; 2. Persone con una comprovata mancanza di reddito e parenti che si occupano di loro, individuati dalla direzione competente per l'assistenza sociale; 3. Persone solitarie e famiglie che percepiscono pensioni minime di anzianità; in caso di invalidità; pensioni di reversibilità; pensioni non professionali.Risultati attesi: 150 residenti del comune di Dolna Banya sostenuti con un pranzo caldo durante i mesi in cui non viene fornito pranzo caldo nell'ambito del progetto Sala da pranzo pubblica. Desde 2009, la municipalidad de Dolna Banya ha estado proporcionando un almuerzo caliente gratuito en el marco del proyecto de comedor público, actualmente financiado por el Fondo de Protección Social. Los alimentos se suministran a los habitantes más pobres de Dolna Banya para ayudarles en el período invernal más difícil, de octubre a abril. Esta propuesta de proyecto complementa, construye y amplía el alcance del actual comedor público en el territorio de nuestro municipio, proporcionando la posibilidad de operar en el período restante del año para el que no se proporciona financiación nacional. La comida se prepara en la base de cocina del Patronato Social Doméstico — Dolna Banya. Para la provisión de un almuerzo caliente para las personas con dificultades de movilidad, el municipio de Dolna Banya hará entregas en sus hogares. Los grupos destinatarios del proyecto son: 1. Las personas y familias que reciben asistencia mensual con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el artículo 9 del Reglamento de aplicación de la Ley de asistencia social; 2.
