На територията на община Горна Малина функционира социалната услуга в общността Домашен социален патронаж. Негови потребители са възрастни, самотни хора, хора с увреждания и невъзможност за самообслужване. Патронажът обслужва населените места на територията на общината. Дейностите предоставени от ДСП са в посока на задоволяване потребностите на хората от топла храна, социална работа и осигуряване на съдействие за получаване на временни здравни грижи. Домашен социален патронаж – Горна Малина е второстепенен разпоредител с бюджета към община Горна Малина. Има опит в предоставянето на социални услуги, тъй като в периода от юли 2013 год. до април 2015 г. изпълнява дейностите по проект „Развитие на социалната услуга „Обществена трапезария” финансиран от Фонд „Социална закрила”, от месец май до септември 2015 г. и след това от юни 2016 год. до края на април 2020 год. по проект "Осигуряване на топъл обяд в община Горна Малина", финансиран от Оперативна програма за храни и/или основно материално подпомагане.Осъществяването на дейностите по проекта ще намали социалната изолация на лицата, ще доведе до задоволяване нуждите им от разнообразно и здравословно хранене по време на пандемията от Covid - 19. Реализирането на проекта ще доведе до задоволяване потребностите на 104 лица, нуждаещи се от социалната услуга „топъл обяд”. Услугите в общността подобряват значително качеството на живот на самотните възрастни хора и хората с увреждания. Дирекция "Социално подпомагане" представи информация за одобрени потребители по целевата програма, които не ползват на друго основание услуги, включващи хранене, финансирани от европейски, национални и други програми, с цел недопускане на двойно финансиране. On the territory of the municipality of Gorna Malina operates the social service in the community of Domestic Social Patronage. The activities provided by the NGA are aimed at meeting people’s needs for warm food, social work and providing assistance in receiving temporary healthcare. Home Social Patronage — Gorna Malina is a secondary budget usher at the municipality of Gorna Malina. She has experience in the provision of social services, because in the period from July 2013 to April 2015 she implemented the activities of the project "Development of the social service "Public Dining" financed by the Social Protection Fund, from May to September 2015 and then from June 2016 until the end of April 2020 under the project "Providing a warm lunch in the municipality of Gorna Malina", financed by the Operational Programme for Food and/or Basic Material Assistance.The implementation of the project activities will reduce the social exclusion of individuals, will lead to meeting their needs for diverse and healthy eating during the Covid pandemic — 19. The implementation of the project will meet the needs of 104 people in need of the social service “warm lunch”. Community services significantly improve the quality of life of single elderly people and people with disabilities. The Social Assistance Directorate presented information about approved users under the targeted programme who do not otherwise use catering services funded by European, national and other programmes in order to avoid double funding. Sur le territoire de la municipalité de Gorna Malina gère le service social dans la communauté du Patronage social domestique. Ses utilisateurs sont les personnes âgées, les personnes seules, les personnes handicapées et l’incapacité de se rendre en libre-service. Le patronage sert les colonies sur le territoire de la municipalité. Les activités de la NGA visent à répondre aux besoins de la population en matière de nourriture chaude, de travail social et d’assistance pour recevoir des soins de santé temporaires. Accueil Patronage social — Gorna Malina est un huissier de budget secondaire de la municipalité de Gorna Malina. Elle a de l’expérience dans la fourniture de services sociaux, car au cours de la période allant de juillet 2013 à avril 2015, elle a mis en œuvre les activités du projet "Développement du service social "Dîner public" financé par le Fonds de protection sociale, de mai à septembre 2015, puis de juin 2016 à fin avril 2020 dans le cadre du projet "Produire un déjeuner chaud dans la municipalité de Gorna Malina", financé par le Programme opérationnel d’assistance alimentaire et/ou matérielle de base.La mise en œuvre des activités du projet réduira l’exclusion sociale des individus, conduira à répondre à leurs besoins en matière d’alimentation diversifiée et saine pendant la pandémie de Covid — 19. La mise en œuvre du projet répondra aux besoins de 104 personnes ayant besoin du service social «déjeuner chaud». Les services communautaires améliorent considérablement la qualité de vie des personnes âgées célibataires et des personnes handicapées. La direction de l’assistance sociale a présenté des informations sur les utilisateurs agréés dans le cadre du programme ciblé qui n’utilisent pas autrement les services de restauration financés par les programmes européens, nationaux et autres afin d’éviter un double financement. Auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Gorna Malina betreibt der soziale Dienst in der Gemeinde der inländischen Sozialpatronion. Ihre Nutzer sind ältere Menschen, alleinstehende Menschen, Menschen mit Behinderungen und Unfähigkeit zur Selbstbedienung. Die Schirmherrschaft dient den Siedlungen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde. Die Aktivitäten der NGA zielen darauf ab, den Bedürfnissen der Menschen nach warmer Nahrung, sozialer Arbeit und Unterstützung bei der Gewährung vorübergehender Gesundheitsversorgung gerecht zu werden. Home Soziale Schirmherrschaft – Gorna Malina ist eine sekundäre Budget-User in der Gemeinde Gorna Malina. Sie verfügt über Erfahrung in der Erbringung von Sozialdienstleistungen, da sie in der Zeit von Juli 2013 bis April 2015 die Aktivitäten des aus dem Fonds für Sozialschutz finanzierten Projekts "Entwicklung des sozialen Dienstes "Öffentliches Essen" von Mai bis September 2015 und dann von Juni 2016 bis Ende April 2020 im Rahmen des Projekts "Providing a warm Lunch in der Gemeinde Gorna Malina" durchgeführt hat, das durch das operationelle Programm für Lebensmittel und/oder materielle Grundhilfe finanziert wird.Die Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten wird die soziale Ausgrenzung von Einzelpersonen verringern und dazu führen, dass während der COVID-19-Pandemie ihre Bedürfnisse nach einer abwechslungsreichen und gesunden Ernährung gedeckt werden. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird den Bedürfnissen von 104 Menschen gerecht, die den Sozialdienst „warmes Mittagessen“ benötigen. Dienstleistungen der Gemeinschaft verbessern die Lebensqualität von alleinstehenden älteren Menschen und Menschen mit Behinderungen erheblich. Die Direktion „Sozialhilfe“ legte Informationen über zugelassene Nutzer im Rahmen des Zielprogramms vor, die keine anderweitig aus europäischen, nationalen und anderen Programmen finanzierten Catering-Dienstleistungen in Anspruch nehmen, um Doppelfinanzierungen zu vermeiden. Op het grondgebied van de gemeente Gorna Malina exploiteert de sociale dienst in de gemeenschap van Binnenlandse Sociale Patronage. De gebruikers zijn ouderen, alleenstaanden, mensen met een handicap en onvermogen tot zelfbediening. Beschermheerschap bedient nederzettingen op het grondgebied van de gemeente. De activiteiten van de NGA zijn bedoeld om tegemoet te komen aan de behoeften van mensen aan warm voedsel, maatschappelijk werk en hulp bij het ontvangen van tijdelijke gezondheidszorg. Home Social Patronage — Gorna Malina is een secundaire begroting in de gemeente Gorna Malina. Sul territorio del comune di Gorna Malina gestisce il servizio sociale nella comunità di Patrocinio Sociale Nazionale.
