Реализирането на този проект е част от целенасочената социална политика, която Община Годеч развива в подкрепа на уязвимите групи от населението, живеещо в риск от социална изолация и материално лишение. Целевата група по проекта е определена в съответствие с изискванията на Наредба № РД- 07- 1/ 04.04.2016г. за реда и условията за определяне на целевите групи по Оперативна програма за храни и/или основно материално подпомагане, съфинансирана от Фонда за европейско подпомагане на нуждаещите се лица. Със средства по Оперативна програма, Операция тип 3: "Осигуряване на топъл обяд" BG05FMOP001-03.02 ще се даде възможност на тези лица да получат топъл обяд през месеците от октомври 2016 г. до април 2020 г. Чрез реализацията на проекта ще се постигне общата цел на Оперативната програма, свързана с намаляване на броя на живеещите в бедност лица чрез подпомагането им с храна, с оглед преодоляване на основното материално лишение. Обществената трапезария ще предостави "Топъл обяд" на общо 30 лица, до 30.04.2017 г. и 35 лица от 01.03.2018 г., в работните дни от седмицата, в периода 1 октомври 2016 г. до 30 април 2020 г. Гарантирано ще бъде предоставянето на разнообразно седмично меню, с което се осигури балансирано хранене на целевата група, при спазване на изискванията за безопасност на храните и националните стандарти и норми за хранене. The implementation of this project is part of the targeted social policy that the Municipality of Godech develops in support of vulnerable groups of the population living at risk of social exclusion and material deprivation. The target group for the project has been defined in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No RD-07-1/04.04.2016 on the terms and conditions for determining the target groups under the Operational Programme for Food and/or Basic Material Assistance, co-financed by the Fund for European Aid to the Persons in Needs. With funds under the Operational Programme, Operation type 3: BG05FMOP001-03.02 will enable these people to receive a warm lunch in the months from October 2016 to April 2020. The implementation of the project will achieve the overall objective of the Operational Programme, which is to reduce the number of people living in poverty by helping them with food, in order to overcome the basic material deprivation. The public dining room will provide a “Wall Lunch” to a total of 30 persons, by 30 April 2017 and 35 persons from 01.03.2018, on working days of the week, from 1 October 2016 to 30 April 2020. The provision of a varied weekly menu will be guaranteed to ensure a balanced diet of the target group, while respecting food safety requirements and national nutrition standards and standards. La mise en œuvre de ce projet s’inscrit dans le cadre de la politique sociale ciblée que la municipalité de Godech développe pour soutenir les groupes vulnérables de la population vivant à risque d’exclusion sociale et de privation matérielle. Le groupe cible du projet a été défini conformément aux exigences de l’ordonnance no RD-07-1/04.04.2016 relative aux modalités et conditions de détermination des groupes cibles dans le cadre du programme opérationnel d’assistance alimentaire et/ou matérielle de base, cofinancé par le Fonds européen d’aide aux personnes dans le besoin. Avec des fonds au titre du programme opérationnel, opération de type 3: BG05FMOP001-03.02 permettra à ces personnes de recevoir un déjeuner chaud dans les mois d’octobre 2016 à avril 2020. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra d’atteindre l’objectif général du programme opérationnel, qui est de réduire le nombre de personnes vivant dans la pauvreté en les aidant à se nourrir, afin de surmonter la privation matérielle de base. La salle à manger publique fournira un «Déjeuner Wall» à 30 personnes au total, d’ici le 30 avril 2017 et à 35 personnes à partir du 01.03.2018, les jours ouvrables de la semaine, du 1er octobre 2016 au 30 avril 2020. La fourniture d’un menu hebdomadaire varié sera garantie afin d’assurer une alimentation équilibrée du groupe cible, tout en respectant les exigences en matière de sécurité alimentaire et les normes et normes nutritionnelles nationales. Die Umsetzung dieses Projekts ist Teil der gezielten Sozialpolitik, die die Gemeinde Godech zur Unterstützung schutzbedürftiger Bevölkerungsgruppen entwickelt, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung und materieller Entbehrung bedroht sind. Die Zielgruppe für das Projekt wurde gemäß den Anforderungen der Verordnung Nr. RD-07-1/04.04.2016 über die Bedingungen und Bedingungen für die Bestimmung der Zielgruppen im Rahmen des operationellen Programms für Nahrungsmittel und/oder materielle Basishilfe festgelegt, die aus dem Europäischen Hilfsfonds für die Menschen in Not kofinanziert werden. Mit Mitteln aus dem operationellen Programm, Operationstyp 3: BG05FMOP001-03.02 wird es diesen Menschen ermöglichen, in den Monaten Oktober 2016 bis April 2020 ein warmes Mittagessen zu erhalten. Mit der Durchführung des Projekts wird das übergeordnete Ziel des operationellen Programms erreicht, das darin besteht, die Zahl der Menschen, die in Armut leben, durch Nahrungsmittelhilfe zu verringern, um die materielle Grundversorgung zu überwinden. Der öffentliche Speisesaal bietet bis zum 30. April 2017 ein „Wall Lunch“ für insgesamt 30 Personen und 35 Personen ab 01.03.2018 an Arbeitstagen der Woche vom 1. Oktober 2016 bis zum 30. April 2020. Die Bereitstellung eines abwechslungsreichen wöchentlichen Menüs wird gewährleistet, um eine ausgewogene Ernährung der Zielgruppe zu gewährleisten, wobei die Anforderungen an die Lebensmittelsicherheit und die nationalen Ernährungsstandards und -standards eingehalten werden. De uitvoering van dit project maakt deel uit van het gerichte sociale beleid dat de gemeente Godech ontwikkelt ter ondersteuning van kwetsbare bevolkingsgroepen die het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting en materiële deprivatie. De doelgroep van het project is vastgesteld overeenkomstig Verordening nr. RD-07-1/04.04.2016 betreffende de voorwaarden voor het bepalen van de doelgroepen in het kader van het operationele programma voor voedselhulp en/of fundamentele materiële bijstand, medegefinancierd door het Fonds voor Europese hulp aan personen in nood. Met middelen in het kader van het operationele programma, type 3: BG05FMOP001-03.02 zal deze mensen in staat stellen een warme lunch te ontvangen in de maanden oktober 2016 tot april 2020. De uitvoering van het project zal de algemene doelstelling van het operationele programma bereiken, namelijk het verminderen van het aantal mensen dat in armoede leeft door hen te helpen met voedsel, om de fundamentele materiële deprivatie te overwinnen. De openbare eetzaal zorgt voor een „Wall Lunch” voor in totaal 30 personen, tegen 30 april 2017 en 35 personen vanaf 01.3.2018, op werkdagen van de week, van 1 oktober 2016 tot 30 april 2020. De levering van een gevarieerd weekmenu zal gegarandeerd zijn om een evenwichtige voeding van de doelgroep te garanderen, met inachtneming van de voedselveiligheidseisen en nationale voedingsnormen en -normen. L'attuazione di questo progetto fa parte della politica sociale mirata che il Comune di Godech sviluppa a sostegno dei gruppi vulnerabili della popolazione che vivono a rischio di esclusione sociale e di deprivazione materiale. Il gruppo destinatario del progetto è stato definito conformemente ai requisiti dell'ordinanza n. RD-07-1/04.04.2016 sui termini e le condizioni per la determinazione dei gruppi destinatari nell'ambito del programma operativo per l'alimentazione e/o l'assistenza ai materiali di base, cofinanziato dal Fondo di aiuti europei alle persone bisognose. Con fondi nell'ambito del programma operativo, tipo di operazione 3: BG05FMOP001-03.02 permetterà a queste persone di ricevere un pranzo caldo nei mesi da ottobre 2016 ad aprile 2020. L'attuazione del progetto raggiungerà l'obiettivo generale del programma operativo, che è quello di ridurre il numero di persone che vivono in povertà aiutandole con il cibo, al fine di superare la deprivazione materiale di base. La sala da pranzo pubblica fornirà un "pranzo a parete" per un totale di 30 persone, entro il 30 aprile 2017 e 35 persone dal 01.03.2018, nei giorni lavorativi della settimana, dal 1º ottobre 2016 al 30 aprile 2020. L'offerta di un menù settimanale variegato sarà garantita per garantire una dieta equilibrata del gruppo destinatario, nel rispetto dei requisiti di sicurezza alimentare e degli standard nutrizionali nazionali. La ejecución de este proyecto forma parte de la política social específica que la Municipalidad de Godech desarrolla en apoyo de los grupos vulnerables de la población que viven en riesgo de exclusión social y privación material. El grupo destinatario del proyecto se ha definido de conformidad con los requisitos de la Orden n.º RD-07-1/04.04.2016 sobre las condiciones para la determinación de los grupos destinatarios en el marco del Programa Operativo de Asistencia Alimentaria o Material Básico, cofinanciado por el Fondo de Ayuda Europea a las Personas Necesitadas. Con fondos en el marco del programa operativo, operación tipo 3: BG05FMOP001-03.02 permitirá a estas personas recibir un almuerzo caluroso en los meses de octubre de 2016 a abril de 2020. La ejecución del proyecto alcanzará el objetivo global del Programa Operativo, que es reducir el número de personas que viven en la pobreza ayudándoles con alimentos, con el fin de superar las privaciones materiales básicas. El comedor público proporcionará un «almuerzo de pared» a un total de 30 personas, a más tardar el 30 de abril de 2017 y a 35 personas a partir del 1.3.2018, los días laborables de la semana, del 1 de octubre de 2016 al 30 de abril de 2020. Se garantizará la disponibilidad de un menú semanal variado para garantizar una dieta equilibrada del grupo destinatario, respetando al mismo tiempo los requisitos de seguridad alimentaria y las normas y normas nacionales de nutrición.
