Настоящото проектно предложение е свързано с изграждане на комбинирани детски площадки в с. Коларово и в с. Зафирово, oбщина Главиница. Изграждането на нова развлекателна инфраструктура представлява ключов елемент за увеличаване социално – икономическото благосъстояние на населението, както и за развитие на спортната и туристическа привлекателност на общината. Ще бъдат създадени благоприятни условия за занимания на открито, игри, спорт и социални контакти, което ще допринесе за намаляване преждевременно напусналите общината лица. Проектът е с обхват на дейностите повече от едно населено място. Целта е диверсификация на селския регион и постигане на по – високо качество на социалните услуги в различни населени места. Основната дейност по изграждане на комбинирани детски площадки ще бъде съпътствана от дейности по строителен и авторски надзор, и консултантски услуги по управление на проекта.Ключовите дейности в проекта, които ще допринесат в най-висока степен за реализиране на основната цел, включват строително – монтажни работи по изграждането на комбинирани детски площадкиОсновните целеви групи в рамките на проекта са децата и всички жители и гости на Община Главиница, които ще се възползват от изградената инфраструктура за активни занимания, игри и развлечения.Основните резултати от проекта ще се изразят в изграждане на комбинирани детски площадки в с. Коларово и с. Зафирово и подобрена спортно – развлекателната среда за живот, като ключово условие за икономическо развитие, намаляване на бедността, задържане на населението и диверсификация на селския район. При изпълнението на проекта ще бъдат спазвани принципите на хоризонталните политики и ще бъде осигурено максимално участие на всички заинтересовани страни. Като важен ефект ще се постигне интеграция и достъп на изолирани социални групи и малцинства, включително на Ромското население. (Bulgarian)

This project proposal is related to the construction of combined playgrounds in the village of Kolarovo and the village of Zafirovo, municipality of Glavinitsa. The construction of a new recreational infrastructure is a key element for increasing the social and economic well-being of the population, as well as for the development of the sports and tourist attractiveness of the municipality. Favourable conditions will be created for outdoor activities, games, sports and social contacts, which will contribute to reducing early leavers. The project covers more than one locality. The aim is to diversify the rural region and achieve a higher quality of social services in different settlements. The main activity of construction of combined playgrounds will be accompanied by construction and copyright supervision activities and project management consulting services. The key activities in the project, which will contribute to the greatest extent to the achievement of the main objective, include construction and installation works for the construction of combined playgroundsThe main target groups within the project are children and all residents and guests of the Municipality of Glavinitsa. the main results of the project will be the construction of combined playgrounds in the villages of Kolarovo and Zafirovo and improved sports — entertainment environment for life as a key condition for economic development, poverty reduction, population retention and diversification of the rural area. The implementation of the project will respect horizontal policy principles and maximise the involvement of all stakeholders. As an important effect, integration and access for isolated social groups and minorities, including the Roma population, will be achieved. (English)

Cette proposition de projet est liée à la construction de terrains de jeux combinés dans le village de Kolarovo et le village de Zafirovo, municipalité de Glavinitsa. La construction d’une nouvelle infrastructure récréative est un élément clé pour accroître le bien-être social et économique de la population, ainsi que pour le développement du sport et de l’attrait touristique de la municipalité. Der Bau einer neuen Freizeitinfrastruktur ist ein Schlüsselelement für die Steigerung des sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Wohlergehens der Bevölkerung sowie für die Entwicklung der sportlichen und touristischen Attraktivität der Gemeinde. Es werden günstige Bedingungen für Outdoor-Aktivitäten, Spiele, Sport und soziale Kontakte geschaffen, die dazu beitragen werden, frühzeitige Abgänger zu reduzieren. Das Projekt umfasst mehr als einen Ort. Ziel ist es, die ländliche Region zu diversifizieren und eine höhere Qualität der sozialen Dienstleistungen in verschiedenen Siedlungen zu erreichen. Die Haupttätigkeit des Baus von kombinierten Spielplätzen wird mit Bau- und Urheberrechtsüberwachung und Projektmanagement-Beratung begleitet. Dit projectvoorstel heeft betrekking op de bouw van gecombineerde speeltuinen in het dorp Kolarovo en het dorp Zafirovo, gemeente Glavinitsa. De aanleg van een nieuwe recreatieve infrastructuur is van cruciaal belang voor het vergroten van het sociale en economische welzijn van de bevolking en voor de ontwikkeling van de sport- en toeristische aantrekkelijkheid van de gemeente. Er zullen gunstige voorwaarden worden gecreëerd voor buitenactiviteiten, spelletjes, sport en sociale contacten, die zullen bijdragen tot het terugdringen van voortijdige verlaters. Het project bestrijkt meer dan één locatie. Het doel is de plattelandsregio te diversifiëren en de kwaliteit van de sociale dienstverlening in verschillende nederzettingen te verbeteren. Questa proposta di progetto riguarda la costruzione di parchi giochi combinati nel villaggio di Kolarovo e il villaggio di Zafirovo, comune di Glavinitsa. La costruzione di una nuova infrastruttura ricreativa è un elemento chiave per aumentare il benessere sociale ed economico della popolazione, nonché per lo sviluppo dell'attrattiva sportiva e turistica del comune. Saranno create condizioni favorevoli per le attività all'aria aperta, i giochi, lo sport e i contatti sociali, che contribuiranno a ridurre l'abbandono precoce. Il progetto copre più di una località. L'obiettivo è diversificare la regione rurale e ottenere una migliore qualità dei servizi sociali in diversi insediamenti. L'attività principale della costruzione di parchi giochi combinati sarà accompagnata da attività di costruzione e supervisione del diritto d'autore e servizi di consulenza per la gestione del progetto. Le attività chiave del progetto, che contribuiranno in misura maggiore al raggiungimento dell'obiettivo principale, includono lavori di costruzione e installazione per la costruzione di parchi giochi combinatiI principali gruppi di destinatari all'interno del progetto sono i bambini e tutti i residenti e gli ospiti del Comune di Glavinitsa. I principali risultati del progetto saranno la costruzione di parchi giochi combinati nei villaggi di Kolarovo e Zafirovo e il miglioramento dello sport — ambiente di intrattenimento per la vita come condizione fondamentale per lo sviluppo economico, la riduzione della povertà, il mantenimento della popolazione e la diversificazione dell'area rurale. Las principales actividades del proyecto, que contribuirán en mayor medida a la consecución del objetivo principal, incluyen obras de construcción e instalación para la construcción de patios combinados.Los principales grupos destinatarios del proyecto son los niños y todos los residentes e invitados del municipio de Glavinitsa. Los principales resultados del proyecto serán la construcción de zonas de juegos combinados en las aldeas de Kolarovo y Zafirovo y la mejora de los deportes y el entorno de entretenimiento para la vida como condición clave para el desarrollo económico, la reducción de la pobreza, la retención de la población y la diversificación de la zona rural.
