Проектното предложение отговаря на заложените мерки за разширяване и създаване на нови, съобразени с потребностите на хората, социални услуги в Общинския план за развитие на община Върбица 2014-2020. Храната за потребителите ще се приготвя в Домашен социален патронаж /ДСП/ гр.Върбица, който е с дългогодишен опит в предоставянето на социалната услуга на възрастни хора, изразяваща се в ежедневна доставка на топла храна по домовете, съобразена с изискванията за рационално хранене. ДСП гр. Върбица се помещава в материална база – публична общинска собственост, и се състои от основна кухня с подготвително отделение, миялна, два коридора, съблекалня, склад и гараж. ДСП разполага с необходимия човешки ресурс за изпълнение на проекта – 2 главни готвачи, 2 помощник готвачи, 2 шофьор-разносвачи, социален работник, домакин, с необходимото оборудване за приготвяне на храната и с 2 автомобила, с които ще се осъществява разноса.Община Върбица има опит и успешно изпълнени проекти със социална насоченост, финансирани по Оперативна програма "Развитие на човешките ресурси" и национални програми:* В партньорство с Агенцията за социално подпомагане Община Върбица по проект по ОП РЧР 2007-2013, Схема „Алтернативи“ от 2010 до 31.12.2014 г. предоставяше услугата „личен асистент“ на 35 лица.Община Върбица е изпълнявала проекти по националните програми "От социални помощи към осигуряване на заетост" и "Асистенти на хора с увреждания". Приготвянето на топъл обяд от 01.11.2017г. за 825 лица ще се осъществява в Трапезарията на Домашен социален патронаж в кухненската част на ,,Дом за отдих” - КК ,,Върбица”, кв.6, УПИ III, съгласно действащ устройствен план на КК,,Върбица” - Решение 2-1/23.02.2004г. на Общински съвет Върбица. Действащите екипи на двете кухни ще се обединят, като ще се оказва и съдействие от страна на Кметове по населените места. За лицата с нарушено здравословно състояние и възрастни в невъзможност да си получат храната, ще им бъде предоставяна по домовете. (Bulgarian)

The NSP has the necessary human resources for the implementation of the project — 2 chefs, 2 assistant chefs, 2 delivery drivers, a social worker, a host, with the necessary equipment for preparing the food and with 2 cars with which the variety will be carried out. Varbitsa Municipality has experience and successfully implemented projects with social focus, funded under Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” and national programs:* In partnership with the Agency for Social Assistance Municipality Varbitsa under OP HRD 2007-2013, scheme “Alternatives” from 2010 to 31.12.2014 provided the service “personal assistant” to 35 persons. La proposition de projet correspond aux mesures prévues pour l’expansion et la création de nouveaux services sociaux adaptés aux besoins de la population dans le plan de développement municipal de la municipalité de Varbitsa 2014-2020. Les aliments destinés aux consommateurs seront préparés en Patronage social domestique/DSP/Varbitsa, qui a de nombreuses années d’expérience dans la fourniture de services sociaux aux personnes âgées, consistant à livrer quotidiennement des aliments chauds à domicile, conformément aux exigences d’une nutrition rationnelle. La ville de Varbitsa est logée dans une propriété municipale publique et se compose d’une cuisine principale avec un département préparatoire, un lave-vaisselle, deux couloirs, un vestiaire, un entrepôt et un garage. Le NSP dispose des ressources humaines nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du projet — 2 chefs, 2 chefs adjoints, 2 chauffeurs de livraison, un travailleur social, un hôte, avec l’équipement nécessaire pour préparer la nourriture et avec 2 voitures avec lesquelles la variété sera réalisée. La municipalité de Varbitsa a l’expérience et a mis en œuvre avec succès des projets axés sur le social, financés dans le cadre du programme opérationnel «Développement des ressources humaines» et des programmes nationaux:* En partenariat avec l’Agence pour l’assistance sociale de Varbitsa dans le cadre du PO HRD 2007-2013, le programme «Alternatives» de 2010 au 31.12.2014 a fourni le service «assistant personnel» à 35 personnes. La municipalité de Varbitsa a mis en œuvre des projets dans le cadre des programmes nationaux «De prestations sociales à l’emploi» et «Assistants des personnes handicapées». La préparation d’un déjeuner chaud à partir du 01.11.2017 pour 825 personnes sera effectuée dans la salle à manger de la maison patronage social dans l’espace cuisine de «Recreation House» — «Varbitsa» KC, Quarter.6, UPI III, conformément au plan de développement efficace du conseil municipal de Varbitsa — Décision 2-1/23.02.2004 du Conseil Municipal de Varbitsa. Der Projektvorschlag entspricht den geplanten Maßnahmen zur Erweiterung und Schaffung neuer sozialer Dienstleistungen, die auf die Bedürfnisse der Menschen im Stadtentwicklungsplan der Gemeinde Varbitsa 2014-2020 zugeschnitten sind. Lebensmittel für die Verbraucher werden in häuslicher sozialer Schirmherrschaft/DSP/Varbitsa zubereitet, die über langjährige Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung des sozialen Dienstes für ältere Menschen verfügt, die in der täglichen Lieferung von warmen Lebensmitteln zu Hause bestehen, entsprechend den Anforderungen an rationelle Ernährung. Die Stadt Varbitsa befindet sich im öffentlichen kommunalen Eigentum und besteht aus einer Hauptküche mit einer Vorbereitungsabteilung, einem Geschirrspüler, zwei Fluren, einem Ankleideraum, einem Lagerhaus und einer Garage. Das NSP verfügt über die notwendigen personellen Ressourcen für die Durchführung des Projekts – 2 Köche, 2 Assistenzköche, 2 Lieferfahrer, ein Sozialarbeiter, ein Gastgeber, mit der notwendigen Ausrüstung für die Vorbereitung der Lebensmittel und mit 2 Autos, mit denen die Sorte durchgeführt werden wird. Varbitsa Gemeinde verfügt über Erfahrung und erfolgreich umgesetzt Projekte mit sozialem Schwerpunkt, finanziert im Rahmen des operationellen Programms „Human Resources Development“ und nationale Programme:* In Partnerschaft mit der Agentur für Sozialhilfe Gemeinde Varbitsa im Rahmen der OP HRD 2007-2013, das Programm „Alternative“ von 2010 bis 31.12.2014 stellte den Dienst „persönlicher Assistent“ für 35 Personen zur Verfügung. Die Gemeinde Varbitsa hat Projekte im Rahmen der nationalen Programme „Von Sozialleistungen zur Beschäftigung“ und „Assistenten von Menschen mit Behinderungen“ durchgeführt. Die Vorbereitung eines warmen Mittagessens vom 01.11.2017 für 825 Personen wird im Speisesaal der Home Social Patronage im Küchenbereich „Recreation House“ – „Varbitsa“ KC, Quarter.6, UPI III, gemäß dem effektiven Entwicklungsplan des Gemeinderates von Varbitsa durchgeführt – Beschluss 2-1/23.02.2004 des Gemeinderates von Varbitsa. Die aktiven Teams der beiden Küchen vereinen sich und werden von den Bürgermeistern in den Siedlungen unterstützt. Het projectvoorstel stemt overeen met de geplande maatregelen voor de uitbreiding en oprichting van nieuwe sociale diensten die zijn afgestemd op de behoeften van de bevolking in het gemeentelijk ontwikkelingsplan Varbitsa 2014-2020. Voedsel voor consumenten zal worden bereid in binnenlandse sociale Patronage/DSP/Varbitsa, die vele jaren ervaring heeft in het verlenen van de sociale dienstverlening aan ouderen, bestaande uit dagelijkse levering van warme voeding thuis, in overeenstemming met de vereisten voor rationele voeding. De stad Varbitsa is gehuisvest in openbaar gemeentelijk pand en bestaat uit een hoofdkeuken met een voorbereidende afdeling, een vaatwasser, twee gangen, een kleedkamer, een pakhuis en een garage. Het NSP beschikt over de nodige personele middelen voor de uitvoering van het project — 2 chef-koks, 2 assistent-koks, 2 bezorgers, een maatschappelijk werker, een gastheer, met de nodige apparatuur voor het bereiden van het voedsel en met 2 auto’s waarmee de variëteit zal worden uitgevoerd. Varbitsa gemeente heeft ervaring en succesvol uitgevoerde projecten met sociale focus, gefinancierd in het kader van het Operationeel Programma „Human Resources Development” en nationale programma’s:* In samenwerking met het Agentschap voor Sociale Hulp Gemeente Varbitsa in het kader van OP HRD 2007-2013, regeling „Alternatieven” van 2010 tot 31.12.2014 verleende de dienst „persoonlijke assistent” aan 35 personen. Varbitsa gemeente heeft projecten uitgevoerd in het kader van de nationale programma’s „Van sociale uitkeringen naar werkgelegenheid” en „Assistants van mensen met een handicap”. De voorbereiding van een warme lunch van 01.11.2017 voor 825 personen zal worden uitgevoerd in de eetkamer van Home Social Patronage in de keuken van „Recreatiehuis” — „Varbitsa” KC, Quarter.6, UPI III, in overeenstemming met het effectieve ontwikkelingsplan van de gemeenteraad van Varbitsa — Besluit 2-1/23.02.2004 van de gemeenteraad van Varbitsa. La proposta di progetto corrisponde alle misure previste per l'ampliamento e la creazione di nuovi servizi sociali adattati alle esigenze delle persone nel Piano di Sviluppo Comunale del Comune di Varbitsa 2014-2020. Il cibo per i consumatori sarà preparato in Patrocinio Sociale Domestico/DSP/Varbitsa, che ha pluriennale esperienza nel fornire il servizio sociale agli anziani, consistente nella consegna quotidiana di cibo caldo a casa, in conformità con i requisiti per una nutrizione razionale. La città di Varbitsa è ospitata in proprietà comunale pubblica ed è composta da una cucina principale con un reparto preparatorio, una lavastoviglie, due corridoi, uno spogliatoio, un magazzino e un garage. Il NSP dispone delle risorse umane necessarie per l'attuazione del progetto — 2 chef, 2 assistenti chef, 2 driver di consegna, un assistente sociale, un ospite, con le attrezzature necessarie per preparare il cibo e con 2 auto con cui la varietà sarà effettuata. Comune di Varbitsa ha esperienza e realizzato con successo progetti con focus sociale, finanziati nell'ambito del Programma Operativo "Sviluppo Risorse Umane" e programmi nazionali:* In collaborazione con l'Agenzia per l'Assistenza Sociale Comune Varbitsa nell'ambito del PO HRD 2007-2013, lo schema "Alternative" dal 2010 al 31.12,2014 ha fornito il servizio "assistente personale" a 35 persone. Il comune di Varbitsa ha attuato progetti nell'ambito dei programmi nazionali "Dalle prestazioni sociali all'occupazione" e "Assistants of people con disabilità". La preparazione di un pranzo caldo dal 01.11.2017 per 825 persone sarà effettuata nella Sala da pranzo di Home Social Patronage nella zona cucina di "Casa della Ricreazione" — "Varbitsa" KC, Quarter.6, UPI III, in conformità con il piano di sviluppo efficace del Consiglio Comunale di Varbitsa — Decisione 2-1/23.02.2004 del Consiglio Comunale di Varbitsa. Los alimentos para los consumidores se prepararán en el Patronato Social Nacional/DSP/Varbitsa, que tiene muchos años de experiencia en la prestación del servicio social a las personas mayores, consistente en la entrega diaria de alimentos calientes en el hogar, de acuerdo con los requisitos para una nutrición racional. El PEN cuenta con los recursos humanos necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto: 2 chefs, 2 cocineros asistentes, 2 conductores de reparto, un trabajador social, un anfitrión, con el equipo necesario para preparar la comida y con 2 coches con los que se llevará a cabo la variedad. el Plan «Alternativas» entre 2010 y el 31.12.2014 prestó el servicio de «asistente personal» a 35 personas. El municipio de Varbitsa ha ejecutado proyectos en el marco de los programas nacionales «De las prestaciones sociales al empleo» y «Asistentes de personas con discapacidad». La preparación de un almuerzo caliente a partir del 01.11.2017 para 825 personas se llevará a cabo en el Comedor del Patronato Social Hogar en la zona de cocina de «Casa de Recreación» — «Varbitsa» KC, Quarter.6, UPI III, de acuerdo con el plan de desarrollo efectivo del Ayuntamiento de Varbitsa — Decisión 2-1/23.02.2004 del Ayuntamiento de Varbitsa. Los equipos activos de las dos cocinas se unirán y contarán con la asistencia de los alcaldes en los asentamientos.
