Предоставяне на топъл обяд на нуждаещи се лица от община Брезово от целеви групи:1.Лица без доходи или с ниски доходи под линията на бедност - хора в затруднение поради влошената икономическа обстановка в страната, хора, които поради възрастта си или налични увреждания са в по - висов риск от заразяване и неблагоприятно протичане на инфекцията. 3.Лица, обект на социално подпомагане, за които е установена нужда от допълнителна подкрепа и в условията на извънредна епидемична обстановка, са в невъзможност да задаволят основните си жизнени потребности. Установени от съответната дирекция "Социално подпомагане". По време на изпълнението му ще бъдат взети необходимите мерки за избягване на двойно финансиране и дублиране на обхванатите дейности. С административен капацитет на общината ще бъдат подбрани основните целеви групи-бенефициенти по проекта, въз основа на предоставени от ДСП - Раковски списъци за принадлежност към допустима целева група. За изпълнението на следващите две дейности по проекта - закупуване на хранителни продукти и осигуряване на топъл обяд е предвидено да бъде извършено от „Домашен социален патронаж“ към общината. Обядът ще се приготвя всеки работен ден от „Домашен социален патронаж“, който разполага с материална база и оборудване за приготвяне на храна, която отговаря на изискванията на чл.12 от Закона за храните. Предоставеният топъл обяд ще се приготвя под пряк контрол от страна на Община Брезово и при спазване на изискванията за безопасност на храните, националните стандарти и норми за хранене и изискването за принос към балансирания режим на хранене. Предвижда се предоставянето на топъл обяд да стартира от 01.01.2021 г. Ще бъдат обхванати 130 потребители от всички населени места на територията на общината, считано от 04.01.2021 г. до 30.09.2021 г. и 122 потребители, считано от 01.10.2021 г. до 10.12.2021г. Ein warmes Mittagessen für Bedürftige der Gemeinde Brezovo ab dem Ziel groups:1.Persons ohne Einkommen oder mit niedrigem Einkommen unterhalb der Armutsgrenze – Menschen in Schwierigkeiten aufgrund der sich verschlechternden wirtschaftlichen Lage im Land, Menschen, die aufgrund ihres Alters oder ihrer derzeitigen Behinderungen ein höheres Risiko von Infektionen und unerwünschten Infektionen haben. 3.Personen, die Sozialhilfe erhalten, für die ein Bedarf an zusätzlicher Unterstützung festgestellt wurde, und unter den Bedingungen einer außergewöhnlichen epidemiologischen Situation, sind nicht in der Lage, ihre grundlegenden Lebensbedürfnisse zu bestimmen. È previsto che l'erogazione di un pranzo caldo inizi dal 01.01.2021. 130 utenti di tutti gli insediamenti sul territorio del comune saranno coperti dal 04.01.2021 al 30.9.2021 e 122 utenti dal 01.10.2021 al 10.12.2021.
