Реализирането на проекта "Топъл обяд в община Бойчиновци" е част от Приоритетите и целите на община Бойчиновци. Като институция подкрепяща хората нуждаещи се от социални грижи и хора живеещи в материални лишения, общината винаги е отворена за нови проекти в социалната сфера. В дейнстите по проекта ще бъдат включени следните целеви групи:1.Лица без доходи или с ниски доходи под линията на бедност-хора в затруднение поради влошената икономическа обстановка в страната, хора които поради възрастта си или налични увреждания са в по-висок риск от заразяване и неблагоприятно протичане на инфекцията.2.- Лица поставени под карантина- без доходи или с ниски доходи под линията на бедност и нямат близки, които да им окажат подкрепа.3.Лица обект на социално подпомагане, за които е установена нужда от допълнителна подкрепа и в условията на извънредна епидемична обстанока, са в невъзможност да задоволят основните си жизнени потребности. В рамките на предвидените месеци за реализиране на проектното предложение ще бъдат обхванати лица и семейства от горе описаните целеви групи от всички населени места на територията на община Бойчиновци. The implementation of the project “Wall Lunch in Boychinovtsi Municipality” is part of the Priorities and objectives of Boychinovtsi Municipality. As an institution supporting people in need of social care and people living in material deprivation, the municipality is always open to new social projects. The project activities will include the following target groups:1.Persons with no income or low incomes below the poverty-people line due to the worsened economic situation in the country, people who, due to their age or present disabilities, are at higher risk of infection and unfavourable course of infection.2.- Persons placed in quarantine — without income or with low incomes below the poverty line and have no relatives to support them.3. Persons subject to social assistance, for whom there is a need for additional support and in the conditions of an emergency epidemic, are unable to meet their basic living needs. Within the foreseen months for the implementation of the project proposal will be covered persons and families from the above described target groups from all settlements on the territory of Boychinovtsi Municipality. La mise en œuvre du projet «Déjeuner dans la municipalité de Boychinovtsi» fait partie des priorités et des objectifs de la municipalité de Boychinovtsi. En tant qu’institution qui soutient les personnes ayant besoin de soins sociaux et les personnes vivant dans des privations matérielles, la municipalité est toujours ouverte à de nouveaux projets sociaux. Les activités du projet comprendront l’objectif suivant groups:1.Persons sans revenu ou faible revenu en dessous du seuil de pauvreté en raison de l’aggravation de la situation économique dans le pays, les personnes qui, en raison de leur âge ou de leur handicap actuel, sont plus exposées au risque d’infection et à un cours défavorable de l’infection.2.- Les personnes placées en quarantaine — sans revenu ou ayant de faibles revenus en dessous du seuil de pauvreté et n’ayant pas de proches pour les subvenir à leurs besoins 3) Les personnes bénéficiant d’une aide sociale, pour lesquelles il y a besoin d’un soutien supplémentaire et dans les conditions d’une épidémie d’urgence, sont incapables de répondre à leurs besoins essentiels de vie. Dans les mois prévus pour la mise en œuvre de la proposition de projet, les personnes et les familles des groupes cibles décrits ci-dessus de toutes les colonies situées sur le territoire de la municipalité de Boychinovtsi seront couvertes. Die Umsetzung des Projekts „Wall Lunch in Boychinovtsi Municipality“ ist Teil der Prioritäten und Ziele der Gemeinde Boychinovtsi. Als Einrichtung zur Unterstützung von Menschen, die soziale Betreuung benötigen und Menschen, die in materieller Entbehrung leben, ist die Gemeinde immer offen für neue soziale Projekte. Die Projektaktivitäten umfassen das folgende Ziel: groups:1.Persons ohne Einkommen oder niedrige Einkommen unterhalb der Armutsgrenze aufgrund der Verschlechterung der wirtschaftlichen Lage im Land, Menschen, die aufgrund ihres Alters oder ihrer derzeitigen Behinderung ein höheres Infektionsrisiko und ungünstige Infektionsgefahr haben.2.- Personen, die in Quarantäne gestellt werden – ohne Einkommen oder mit niedrigem Einkommen unterhalb der Armutsgrenze und keine Verwandten haben, um sie zu unterstützen.3. Personen, die Sozialhilfe erhalten, für die zusätzliche Unterstützung benötigt wird, und unter den Bedingungen einer Notepidemie, sind nicht in der Lage, ihren grundlegenden Lebensbedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. Innerhalb der für die Durchführung des Projektvorschlags vorgesehenen Monate werden Personen und Familien der oben beschriebenen Zielgruppen aus allen Siedlungen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Boychinovtsi abgedeckt. De uitvoering van het project „Wall Lunch in de gemeente Boychinovtsi” maakt deel uit van de prioriteiten en doelstellingen van de gemeente Boychinovtsi. Als instelling ter ondersteuning van mensen die sociale zorg nodig hebben en mensen die in materiële deprivatie leven, staat de gemeente altijd open voor nieuwe sociale projecten. De projectactiviteiten omvatten de volgende doelstelling: groups:1.Persons zonder inkomen of een laag inkomen onder de armoedegrens als gevolg van de verslechterende economische situatie in het land, personen die vanwege hun leeftijd of huidige handicap een hoger risico lopen op infectie en een ongunstig verloop van infecties.2.- Personen die in quarantaine zijn geplaatst — zonder inkomen of met een laag inkomen onder de armoedegrens en geen familieleden hebben om hen te ondersteunen.3. Personen die sociale bijstand genieten en die behoefte hebben aan aanvullende steun en in de omstandigheden van een noodepidemie, kunnen niet in hun elementaire levensbehoeften voorzien. Binnen de geplande maanden voor de uitvoering van het projectvoorstel zullen personen en gezinnen uit de hierboven beschreven doelgroepen uit alle nederzettingen op het grondgebied van de gemeente Boychinovtsi worden gedekt. L'attuazione del progetto "Wall Lunch in Boychinovtsi Comune" fa parte delle Priorità e degli obiettivi del Comune di Boychinovtsi. In quanto istituzione che sostiene le persone bisognose di assistenza sociale e le persone che vivono in condizioni di deprivazione materiale, il comune è sempre aperto a nuovi progetti sociali. Le attività del progetto comprenderanno il seguente obiettivo groups:1.Persons senza reddito o basso reddito al di sotto della soglia di povertà a causa del peggioramento della situazione economica nel paese, persone che, a causa della loro età o delle loro attuali disabilità, sono a più alto rischio di infezione e decorso sfavorevole dell'infezione.2.- Persone messe in quarantena — senza reddito o con redditi bassi al di sotto della soglia di povertà e non hanno parenti per sostenerle.3. Le persone soggette all'assistenza sociale, per le quali è necessario un sostegno supplementare e in condizioni di epidemia di emergenza, non sono in grado di soddisfare le loro esigenze di vita di base. Entro i mesi previsti per l'attuazione della proposta di progetto saranno coperti persone e famiglie dei gruppi destinatari sopra descritti provenienti da tutti gli insediamenti sul territorio del Comune di Boychinovtsi. La ejecución del proyecto «Almuerzo de pared en el municipio de Boychinovtsi» forma parte de las prioridades y objetivos del municipio de Boychinovtsi. Como institución de apoyo a las personas necesitadas de asistencia social y a las personas que viven en privación material, el municipio siempre está abierto a nuevos proyectos sociales. Las actividades del proyecto incluirán los siguientes objetivos: sin ingresos o bajos ingresos por debajo de la línea de pobreza debido al empeoramiento de la situación económica en el país, personas que, debido a su edad o discapacidad presente, están en mayor riesgo de infección y curso desfavorable de infección.2.- Las personas en cuarentena — sin ingresos o con bajos ingresos por debajo del umbral de pobreza y no tienen familiares que las apoyen.3. Las personas sujetas a asistencia social, para las que se necesita apoyo adicional y en condiciones de epidemia de emergencia, no pueden satisfacer sus necesidades básicas de vida. Dentro de los meses previstos para la aplicación de la propuesta de proyecto, se cubrirá a las personas y familias de los grupos destinatarios descritos anteriormente de todos los asentamientos del territorio del municipio de Boychinovtsi.
