Реализирането на проекта "Топъл обяд в община Бойчиновци" е част от Приоритетите и целите на община Бойчиновци. Като институция подкрепяща хората нуждаещи се от социални грижи и хора живеещи в материални лишения, общината винаги е отворена за нови проекти в социалната сфера. В основната целева група, съгласно разпоредбата на чл. 5, ал.1, т.3 от Наредбата за реда и условията за определяне на целевите групи по ОПХ ФЕПНЛ ще включим лица, които не могат да се издържат чрез имуществото си или труда си и получават минимален размер на пенсия за съответната категория. В допълнение ще включим и крайно нуждаещи се лица и/или семейства, които получават месечни помощи на основание чл. 9 от Правилника за прилагане на Закона за социално подпомагане /ППЗСП/. В рамките на предвидените осем месеца за реализиране на проектното предложение ще бъдат обхванати лица и семейства от горе описаните целеви групи от всички населени места на територията на община Бойчиновци. The implementation of the project “Wall Lunch in Boychinovtsi Municipality” is part of the Priorities and objectives of Boychinovtsi Municipality. As an institution supporting people in need of social care and people living in material deprivation, the municipality is always open to new social projects. In the main target group, in accordance with Article 5(1)(3) of the Regulation on the rules and conditions for determining the target groups under OPH FEAD, we will include persons who cannot support themselves through their assets or work and receive a minimum pension for the respective category. In addition, we will also include persons in extreme need and/or families who receive monthly benefits on the basis of Article 9 of the Rules for the Implementation of the Social Assistance Act (SPPA). Within the eight months foreseen for the implementation of the project proposal, persons and families from the above described target groups from all settlements on the territory of the municipality of Boychinovtsi will be covered. La mise en œuvre du projet «Déjeuner dans la municipalité de Boychinovtsi» fait partie des priorités et des objectifs de la municipalité de Boychinovtsi. En tant qu’institution qui soutient les personnes ayant besoin de soins sociaux et les personnes vivant dans des privations matérielles, la municipalité est toujours ouverte à de nouveaux projets sociaux. Dans le groupe cible principal, conformément à l’article 5, paragraphe 1, point 3, du règlement relatif aux règles et conditions de détermination des groupes cibles dans le cadre du FEAD OPH, nous inclurons les personnes qui ne peuvent pas subvenir à leurs besoins par l’intermédiaire de leurs actifs ou de leur travail et bénéficier d’une pension minimale pour la catégorie concernée. En outre, nous inclurons également les personnes dans l’extrême besoin et/ou les familles qui perçoivent des prestations mensuelles sur la base de l’article 9 des Règles d’application de la loi sur l’assistance sociale (SPPA). Dans les huit mois prévus pour la mise en œuvre de la proposition de projet, des personnes et des familles appartenant aux groupes cibles susmentionnés de toutes les colonies sur le territoire de la municipalité de Boychinovtsi seront couvertes. Die Umsetzung des Projekts „Wall Lunch in Boychinovtsi Municipality“ ist Teil der Prioritäten und Ziele der Gemeinde Boychinovtsi. Als Einrichtung zur Unterstützung von Menschen, die soziale Betreuung benötigen und Menschen, die in materieller Entbehrung leben, ist die Gemeinde immer offen für neue soziale Projekte. In der Hauptzielgruppe werden wir gemäß Artikel 5 Absatz 1 Absatz 3 der Verordnung über die Regeln und Bedingungen für die Bestimmung der Zielgruppen im Rahmen des OPH FEAD Personen einschließen, die sich nicht selbst durch ihr Vermögen oder ihre Arbeit unterstützen und eine Mindestrente für die jeweilige Kategorie erhalten können. Darüber hinaus werden wir auch Personen in extremer Not und/oder Familien einbeziehen, die monatliche Leistungen auf der Grundlage von Artikel 9 der Durchführungsbestimmungen zum Sozialhilfegesetz (SPPA) erhalten. Innerhalb der für die Umsetzung des Projektvorschlags vorgesehenen acht Monate werden Personen und Familien der oben beschriebenen Zielgruppen aus allen Siedlungen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Boychinovtsi abgedeckt. De uitvoering van het project „Wall Lunch in de gemeente Boychinovtsi” maakt deel uit van de prioriteiten en doelstellingen van de gemeente Boychinovtsi. Als instelling ter ondersteuning van mensen die sociale zorg nodig hebben en mensen die in materiële deprivatie leven, staat de gemeente altijd open voor nieuwe sociale projecten. Overeenkomstig artikel 5, lid 1, punt 3, van de verordening inzake de regels en voorwaarden voor het bepalen van de doelgroepen in het kader van het OPH FEAD, zullen wij in de belangrijkste doelgroep personen omvatten die niet in staat zijn zichzelf te onderhouden door middel van hun vermogen of werk en die een minimumpensioen ontvangen voor de desbetreffende categorie. Daarnaast zullen we ook personen in extreme nood en/of gezinnen die maandelijkse uitkeringen ontvangen op grond van artikel 9 van de Regels voor de Uitvoering van de Wet sociale bijstand (SPPA). Binnen de acht maanden die voor de uitvoering van het projectvoorstel zijn voorzien, zullen personen en gezinnen van de hierboven beschreven doelgroepen uit alle nederzettingen op het grondgebied van de gemeente Boychinovtsi worden gedekt. L'attuazione del progetto "Wall Lunch in Boychinovtsi Comune" fa parte delle Priorità e degli obiettivi del Comune di Boychinovtsi. In quanto istituzione che sostiene le persone bisognose di assistenza sociale e le persone che vivono in condizioni di deprivazione materiale, il comune è sempre aperto a nuovi progetti sociali. Nel principale gruppo destinatario, ai sensi dell'articolo 5, paragrafo 1, punto 3, del regolamento relativo alle norme e alle condizioni per la determinazione dei gruppi destinatari nell'ambito dell'OPH FEAD, saranno incluse le persone che non possono sostenersi attraverso il loro patrimonio o lavoro e percepiscono una pensione minima per la rispettiva categoria. Inoltre, includeremo anche le persone in estrema necessità e/o le famiglie che ricevono prestazioni mensili sulla base dell'articolo 9 delle norme per l'attuazione della legge sull'assistenza sociale (SPPA). Entro gli otto mesi previsti per l'attuazione della proposta di progetto saranno coperti persone e famiglie dei gruppi destinatari sopra descritti provenienti da tutti gli insediamenti sul territorio del comune di Boychinovtsi. La ejecución del proyecto «Almuerzo de pared en el municipio de Boychinovtsi» forma parte de las prioridades y objetivos del municipio de Boychinovtsi. Como institución de apoyo a las personas necesitadas de asistencia social y a las personas que viven en privación material, el municipio siempre está abierto a nuevos proyectos sociales. En el grupo destinatario principal, de conformidad con el artículo 5, apartado 1, punto 3, del Reglamento sobre las normas y condiciones para la determinación de los grupos destinatarios en el marco del FEAD OPH, incluiremos a personas que no pueden mantenerse a sí mismas a través de sus activos o su trabajo y recibir una pensión mínima para la categoría respectiva. Además, incluiremos también a las personas en extrema necesidad o a las familias que reciben prestaciones mensuales en virtud del artículo 9 de las Normas para la Aplicación de la Ley de Asistencia Social (SPPA). Dentro de los ocho meses previstos para la aplicación de la propuesta de proyecto, se cubrirá a las personas y familias de los grupos destinatarios descritos de todos los asentamientos en el territorio del municipio de Boychinovtsi.
