Проектното предложение включва закупуване на музикално-сценично и друго оборудване, както и 15 броя носии за фолклорните състави към НЧ „ЙОРДАН ЙОВКОВ–1946” с.Малък Преславец, обезпечаващи провеждането на различни културно-информационни събития. Читалището, като културна институция, отделя особено внимание на любителското художествено творчество, с цел да съхрани всичко онова, което ни отличава от останалите народи – уникалността на традициите, богатството на песенното творчество, красотата на българските носии и ритъма на танците.Усилията на читалищното ръководство винаги са били насочени към опазването на културно - историческото наследство на селото. В тази връзка проектът предвижда закупуване на музикално-сценично и друго оборудване. Със закупеното оборудване в сградата на читалището ще бъде възможно провеждането на различни културни и информационни събития, по време на които подрастващите, жителите и гостите на селото, ще могат да почерпят от духа на миналото и затвърдят народностното си самосъзнание.Едно от най-значимите ежегодно провеждани културни мероприятия, на които НЧ „Йордан Йовков - 1946“ е домакин, е Празникът на водните лилии. За неговото популяризиране в проекта е предвидено изработването на различни видове информационни и рекламни материали.Проектните дейности ще допринесат за опазване и развитие на културното наследство, възраждане на местния фолклор и предаваните от векове история, традиции и бит. Това от своя страна ще способства за привличане на туристически поток и разнообразяване на възможностите за заетост, съответно и подобряване на качеството на живот. (Bulgarian)

The project proposal includes the purchase of musical, stage and other equipment, as well as 15 costumes for the folklore groups at the Chitalishte “Yordan Yovkov-1946” Malak Preslavets village, ensuring the holding of various cultural and information events. The Chitalishte, as a cultural institution, pays particular attention to amateur artistic creation in order to preserve everything that distinguishes us from other peoples — the uniqueness of traditions, the richness of song creation, the beauty of Bulgarian costumes and the rhythm of dances. The efforts of the Chitalishte management have always focused on the preservation of the cultural — historical heritage of the village. In this regard, the project envisages the purchase of musical and staged equipment and other equipment. With the equipment purchased in the Chitalishte building it will be possible to hold various cultural and informational events, during which the adolescents, residents and guests of the village will be able to draw from the spirit of the past and consolidate their national consciousness.One of the most significant cultural events held annually, to which Chitalishte “Yordan Yovkov — 1946” hosts, is the Festival of Water Lilies. The project activities will contribute to the preservation and development of cultural heritage, revival of local folklore and the history, traditions and lifestyle transmitted for centuries. This in turn will help attract tourism flow and diversify employment opportunities, and improve the quality of life. (English)

La proposition de projet comprend l’achat d’équipements musicaux, de scène et autres, ainsi que de 15 costumes pour les groupes folkloriques du village de Malak Preslavets «Yordan Yovkov-1946», assurant la tenue de diverses manifestations culturelles et d’information. Le Chitalishte, en tant qu’institution culturelle, accorde une attention particulière à la création artistique amateur afin de préserver tout ce qui nous distingue des autres peuples — l’unicité des traditions, la richesse de la création de chants, la beauté des costumes bulgares et le rythme des danses. À cet égard, le projet prévoit l’achat d’équipements musicaux et mis en scène et d’autres équipements. Avec l’équipement acheté dans le bâtiment de Chitalishte, il sera possible d’organiser divers événements culturels et d’information, au cours desquels les adolescents, les résidents et les invités du village pourront tirer de l’esprit du passé et consolider leur conscience nationale.L’un des événements culturels les plus importants qui se tiennent chaque année, auquel Chitalishte «Yordan Yovkov — 1946» accueille, est le Festival des Lys de l’eau. Les activités du projet contribueront à la préservation et au développement du patrimoine culturel, à la renaissance du folklore local et à l’histoire, aux traditions et au mode de vie transmis pendant des siècles. Der Projektvorschlag umfasst den Kauf von Musik, Bühne und anderen Geräten sowie 15 Kostüme für die Folkloregruppen im Chitalishte „Yordan Yovkov-1946“ Malak Preslavets Dorf, um die Durchführung verschiedener kultureller und Informationsveranstaltungen zu gewährleisten. Die Chitalishte, als kulturelle Institution, achtet besonders auf die Amateurkunst, um alles zu bewahren, was uns von anderen Völkern unterscheidet – die Einzigartigkeit der Traditionen, den Reichtum der Liederkreation, die Schönheit der bulgarischen Kostüme und den Rhythmus der Tänze. Die Bemühungen des Chitalishte-Managements haben sich stets auf die Erhaltung des kulturhistorischen Erbes des Dorfes konzentriert. In diesem Zusammenhang sieht das Projekt den Kauf von musikalischen und inszenierten Geräten und anderen Geräten vor. Het projectvoorstel omvat de aankoop van muziek, podium en andere apparatuur, evenals 15 kostuums voor de folklore groepen in de Chitalishte „Yordan Yovkov-1946” Malak Preslavets dorp, zorgen voor het houden van verschillende culturele en informatieve evenementen. De Chitalishte, als culturele instelling, besteedt bijzondere aandacht aan amateur artistieke creatie om alles te behouden dat ons onderscheidt van andere volkeren — de uniciteit van tradities, de rijkdom van de lied creatie, de schoonheid van Bulgaarse kostuums en het ritme van dansen. De inspanningen van de Chitalishte management hebben altijd gericht op het behoud van het culturele — historische erfgoed van het dorp. In dit verband voorziet het project in de aankoop van muziek- en geënsceneerde apparatuur en andere apparatuur. Met de apparatuur gekocht in het Chitalishte gebouw zal het mogelijk zijn om verschillende culturele en informatieve evenementen te houden, waarbij de adolescenten, bewoners en gasten van het dorp in staat zullen zijn om uit de geest van het verleden te putten en hun nationale bewustzijn te consolideren.Een van de belangrijkste culturele evenementen die jaarlijks worden gehouden, waar Chitalishte „Yordan Yovkov — 1946” gastheer is, is het Festival van Waterlelies. La proposta di progetto prevede l'acquisto di attrezzature musicali, teatrali e di altro tipo, nonché 15 costumi per i gruppi folcloristici al Chitalishte "Yordan Yovkov-1946" villaggio Malak Preslavets, garantendo lo svolgimento di vari eventi culturali e informativi. Il Chitalishte, come istituzione culturale, presta particolare attenzione alla creazione artistica amatoriale al fine di preservare tutto ciò che ci distingue dagli altri popoli — l'unicità delle tradizioni, la ricchezza della creazione di canzoni, la bellezza dei costumi bulgari e il ritmo delle danze. Gli sforzi della gestione Chitalishte si sono sempre concentrati sulla conservazione del patrimonio storico-culturale del villaggio. A questo proposito, il progetto prevede l'acquisto di attrezzature musicali e teatrali e di altre attrezzature. Con l'attrezzatura acquistata nell'edificio Chitalishte sarà possibile tenere vari eventi culturali e informativi, durante i quali gli adolescenti, i residenti e gli ospiti del villaggio potranno attingere dallo spirito del passato e consolidare la loro coscienza nazionale. Uno degli eventi culturali più significativi che si tengono annualmente, a cui Chitalishte "Yordan Yovkov — 1946" ospita, è il Festival dei gigli acquatici. Le attività del progetto contribuiranno alla conservazione e allo sviluppo del patrimonio culturale, alla rinascita del folklore locale e alla storia, alle tradizioni e allo stile di vita trasmessi per secoli. La propuesta del proyecto incluye la compra de equipo musical, escénico y de otro tipo, así como 15 trajes para los grupos folclóricos en la aldea de Malak Preslavets de Chitalishte «Yordan Yovkov-1946», asegurando la celebración de diversos eventos culturales e informativos. El Chitalishte, como institución cultural, presta especial atención a la creación artística amateur con el fin de preservar todo lo que nos distingue de otros pueblos — la singularidad de las tradiciones, la riqueza de la creación de canciones, la belleza de los trajes búlgaros y el ritmo de las danzas. Los esfuerzos de la gerencia de Chitalishte siempre se han centrado en la preservación del patrimonio cultural histórico del pueblo. A este respecto, el proyecto prevé la compra de equipos musicales y escenificados y otros equipos. Con el equipamiento adquirido en el edificio Chitalishte será posible celebrar diversos eventos culturales e informativos, durante los cuales los adolescentes, residentes e invitados del pueblo podrán sacar del espíritu del pasado y consolidar su conciencia nacional.Uno de los eventos culturales más importantes que se celebran anualmente, a los que Chitalishte «Yordan Yovkov — 1946» acoge, es el Festival de Lirios de Agua. Las actividades del proyecto contribuirán a la preservación y el desarrollo del patrimonio cultural, la reactivación del folclore local y la historia, las tradiciones y el estilo de vida transmitidos durante siglos.
