Идеята на проекта е Читалището да разшири още повече дейността си в областта на традициите и фолклора,която и досега е била акцент в работата му.Фолклорна танцова и певческа група е имало създадени отдавна от нашия съселянин ,кавалджията Никола Ганчев.Сега възраждаме тази дейност и отново имаме действащи женска фолклорна певческа група и танцов смесен състав към Читалището.С парите от проекта искаме да закупим народни носии,липсата на които много пречи на работата ни сега.Много необходимо ни е и собствено озвучаване.Красотата на тракийската носия с елементи от местния автентичен костюм и качественото озвучаване ще са стимул повече млади хора да се ентусиазират и приобщят към уникалните български традиции и фолклор.Ще наблегнем на местното песенно изкуство,завещано ни от предците.Ще зазвучат на сцената песни,които са пели в миналото нашите майки и баби,ще припомним ритуали от него.Ще привлечем нова публика и нови хора,търсещи сцена за самоизява на своите дарби и таланти.Ще осигурим по-добри условия за развитие на читалищните дейности.Ще увеличим като качество и количество мероприятията с такава родолюбива насоченост и ще оставим на поколенията след нас една възродена и доразвита от нас местна идентичност.След всяко по-значимо за селото събитие пък ще можем да поднесем като подарък и за спомен от селото на гостите ни по една книга с неговата история и настояще със заглавието ,,Шишманци в миналото и днес’’.Тя ще се превърне във визитната картичка на селото ни,заедно със видео клиповете,които ще запишем.Добро и родолюбиво дело е наличните материали за историята му да бъдат подредени ,събрани и обработени в една такава книга,която ще ги предаде на поколенията след нас.Всичко,което правим в посока опазване на местната идентичност е важно и защото при нас има внушителна малцинствена ромска общност,на която е по-чужда тази идея И е нужна по-усърдна работа,за да бъдат приобщени към нея.. The idea of the project is to expand even more its activities in the field of traditions and folklore, which has been an accent in its work. Folklore dance and singing group has been created long ago by our villager Nikola Ganchev. Now we are reviving this activity and we have again active female folklore singer group and dance mixed group at the Community center. With the money from the project we want to buy folk costumes, the beauty of the Thracian costume with elements of the local authentic costume and quality sounding will be an incentive for more young people to enthusiasm and join the unique Bulgarian traditions and folklore. We will emphasise the local song art, bequeathed by the ancestors. who have sang in the past our mothers and grandmothers, we will recall rituals from it. We will attract new audiences and new people looking for a scene for self-expression of their gifts and talents. We will provide better conditions for the development of the community center activities. We will increase in quality and quantity the events with such patriotic orientation and leave the generations after us a revived and further developed local identity. After each more significant event for the village, we will be able to present as a gift to our guests a book with its history and present with the title, Shishmantsi in the past and today". It will become the business card of our village, along with the videos that we will record. A good and patriotic work is that the available materials for its history should be arranged, collected and processed in a book that will pass them on to the generations after us. All we do in the direction of preserving the local identity is also important because we have an impressive minority Roma community, which is more alien to this idea, and more diligent work is needed in order to be associated with it. L’idée du projet est d’élargir encore plus ses activités dans le domaine des traditions et du folklore, ce qui a été un accent dans son travail. Le groupe de danse et de chant folklorique a été créé il y a longtemps par notre village Nikola Ganchev. Maintenant nous revivons cette activité et nous avons de nouveau le groupe de chanteuse féminine active et le groupe mixte de danse au centre communautaire. Avec l’argent du projet que nous voulons acheter des costumes folkloriques, la beauté du costume thracien avec des éléments du costume authentique local et de la qualité sonnera aussi le travail de la famille et de la danse avec plus d’intérêt de la communauté, nous avons plus d’importance dans l’ordre de nous. Het idee van het project is nog meer activiteiten op het gebied van tradities en folklore, die een accent in zijn werk is geweest. Folklore dans- en zanggroep is al lang geleden opgericht door onze dorpslid Nikola Ganchev. Nu herleven we deze activiteit en we hebben weer actieve vrouwelijke folklore zangersgroep en dansgroep in het gemeenschapscentrum. Met het geld van het project willen we volkskostuums kopen, de schoonheid van het Thracische kostuum met elementen van het lokale authentieke kostuum en de kwaliteit klinkend zal een stimulans zijn voor meer jonge mensen om te enthousiasmeren en zich aan te sluiten bij de unieke Bulgaarse tradities en folklore. We zullen de nadruk leggen op de lokale kunst, de schoonheid van de Thracische kostuums en het gezichtsvermogen van de grootmoeder. (Dutch)

L'idea del progetto è quella di ampliare ancora di più le sue attività nel campo delle tradizioni e del folklore, che è stato un accento nel suo lavoro. Il gruppo folklore di danza e canto è stato creato molto tempo fa dal nostro villaggio Nikola Ganchev. Ora stiamo rivitalizzando questa attività e abbiamo nuovamente attivo la comunità folklore cantante gruppo e danza gruppo misto presso il Centro Comunitario. Dopo i soldi del progetto vogliamo acquistare costumi folkloristici, la bellezza dell'idea romaiana con elementi del costume autentico locale e la qualità del nostro lavoro sarà oggi un'intensa attività di valorizzazione del nostro personale e della sua produzione che sarà un ulteriore stimolo per i lavori più giovani e le uniche tradizioni bulgare e folcloristiche. La idea de revivir hoy día a los gentiles del pueblo es ampliar aún más sus actividades en el campo de las tradiciones y el folklore, que ha sido un acento en su trabajo. El grupo de baile y canto folklore ha sido creado hace mucho tiempo por nuestro pueblo Nikola Ganchev. Ahora estamos reviviendo esta actividad y tenemos de nuevo la calidad femenina grupo cantante y grupo mixto de baile en el centro de la Comunidad. Con el dinero del proyecto queremos comprar trajes folclóricos, la belleza del traje tracio con elementos del local autentico con elementos del auténtico traje local y el sonido de la calidad, será un incentivo para que más jóvenes se entusiasmen y nos uniremos a las tradiciones búlgaras y folclóricas. Estaremos presentes con el arte de la canción local, estaremos presentes en el pasado y en la historia de los mismos, así como el recuerdo de los mismos, que será un regalo para los más jóvenes y que nos acompañen en las tradiciones búlgaras y folclóricas.
