За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптирането му към пазарните условия, фермерът ще увеличи площите с черешови градини, чрез наемане/арендуване на 7,325 дка градини през / ноември/ 2021. Новите черешови градини също ще се отглежда по метода на биологичното производство, като за целта ще бъде сключен анекс към договора през декември 2021. За намаляване на външните механизирани услуги и извършване на Р.З. мероприятията в кратки срокове и в най-подходящ момент ще бъде закупена пръскачка през месец май на 2019г., с която инвестиция ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана най-късно до девет месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ. В срок до 36 месеца от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ, но не по-късно от избраната крайна дата на периода за проверка на изпълнението на бизнес плана фермерът ще завърши курс на обучение с продължителност 150 часа, по възможност по подмярка 1.1 „Професионално обучение и придобиване на умения“. В случай, че завършването на образование и/или курс на обучение от 150 уч. часа, включва предмет и/или модул с продължителност от поне 15 часа по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор, кандидатът ще премине едновременно и това обучение, в противен случай ще участва в курс, или ще участва в информационна дейност относно тези проблеми с продължителност поне 8 учебни часа (2021). За да отговаря стопанството на Закона за защита на растенията, фермерът ще продължи стриктно да води записи в дневниците за приложение на продуктите за растителна защита, торове и подобрители на почвата. Afin que l’exploitation se conforme à la Loi sur la protection des végétaux, l’agriculteur continuera de tenir des registres stricts sur l’application de produits phytopharmaceutiques, d’engrais et d’amendements. Um den Betrieb umzustrukturieren und an die Marktbedingungen anzupassen, wird der Landwirt die Fläche mit Kirschgärten erhöhen, indem er 7,325 ha Gärten im November/2021 vermietet. Die neuen Kirschgärten werden auch nach der Methode der ökologischen/biologischen Produktion angebaut, wobei ein Anhang zum Vertrag im Dezember 2021 geschlossen wird. Um die externen mechanisierten Dienstleistungen zu reduzieren und die R.H.-Veranstaltungen durchzuführen, wird im Mai 2019 ein Sprühgerät gekauft, mit dem eine Investition innerhalb von neun Monaten nach Abschluss der Finanzhilfevereinbarung spätestens neun Monate nach Abschluss der Finanzhilfevereinbarung mit der Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans beginnt. Om het bedrijf te herstructureren en aan te passen aan de marktomstandigheden, zal de landbouwer het areaal met kersentuinen vergroten door in november 20 217,325 ha tuinen te huren/verhuurd. De nieuwe kersentuinen zullen ook worden geteeld volgens de biologische productiemethode, waarbij in december 2021 een bijlage bij het contract wordt gesloten. Om de externe gemechaniseerde diensten te verminderen en de R.H.-gebeurtenissen uit te voeren, zal in mei 2019 een sproeier worden aangekocht, waarmee een investering zal beginnen met de uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan binnen negen maanden na de datum van sluiting van de overeenkomst inzake financiële bijstand. Per ristrutturare l'azienda e adattarla alle condizioni di mercato, l'agricoltore aumenterà la superficie con i ciliegi affittando/affittando 7.325 ettari di giardini nel/novembre/2021.
