Предвидената инвестиция ще има за цел да построи сграда – дом за възрастни хора, да извърши свързаните с това строително-монтажни работи с вертикална планировка с площадкови мрежи и ажурна ограда, да закупи отоплително и климатично обзавеждане, обзавеждане за дома, както и басейн, джакузи и сауна, също така да закупи система за отдалечен мониторинг и комуникация, защитена с полезен модел. Предвидени са още и озеленително и облагородителни мероприятия.Инвестиционното намерение има за цел да построи дом за стари хора – тип пасивна къща. Пасивна къща е енергоспестяваща къща, с висока степен на жилищен комфорт при изключително ниска консумация на енергия. Името „пасивна“ се дължи на факта, че сградата няма нужда от активни отоплителни и охладителни системи. Тези сгради не се отличават по нищо от останалите, всяка една вече построена къща, може да бъде превърната в пасивна.Концепцията за пасивни сгради е разработена за първи път през 1991 г. в Дармщат, Германия. Там е построена първата пасивна къща, която е била и експериментална и доказа чрез наблюдения, измервания и научни анализи, че пасивната къща може да се изгради с напълно достъпни средства. В Дармщат, Германия се намира и Институтът за пасивни къщи „Passivehause Institut“ PHI.Системата, която ще бъде закупена от фирмата, представлява система за отдалечен мониторинг и комуникация, която в реално време осигурява двустранна връзка между потребител (пациент) и служба за консултация (лекар или друг персонал) в съответствие с предварително дефинирани приоритети. Такъв е необходим, тъй като в съществуващите социални домове и хосписи отсъства взаимодействието между социалните и здравните услуги, включително и развитието на иновативни услуги. (Bulgarian)
