Проектното предложение е насочено към популяризиране на местната идентичност и съхраняване на местните традиции и културно наследство. Тази потребност е идентифицирана в СВОМР на МИГ. Въпреки, че местната общност полага усилия в посока на осигуряване на условия за съхраняване и популяризиране на живото културно наследство, все още са налице дефицити. Наличните традиционни носии в читалищата са недостатъчни, културните активи не са достатъчно проучени, описани и систематизирани. Целеви групи, които ще бъдат облагодетелствани от реализацията на проекта са местни културни творчески групи към читалищата на територията - танцови групи, певчески състави, инструментални състави и други групи самодейци, които ще имат възможност да представят местните културни традиции и идентичност, като я популяризират по време на празниците от празничния календар на територията. Целевата група обхваща както самодейци в младежка възраст, така и самодейци възрастни хора. Проектът ще обслужва потребностите на всички населени места на територията, които включват население с различен етнически състав.Основните дейности в настоящето предложение са свързани с изработване на автентични тракийски носии за младежи, мъже, момичета и жени (общо 50 броя), които ще бъдат използвани от всички фолклорни и танцови групи, сценични състави и всички в чиято дейност има представяне на местното културно наследство и необходимост то да бъде представено по автентичен начин. За популяризиране на местната идентичност ще бъде изработен и транспарант който ще се монтира зад сцената при провеждането на публични събития. Ще бъдат изработени и 200 брандирани тениски , които ще бъдат разпространени по време на провежданите събития. Ще се изработи лого и визуална идентификация, която да представя по унифициран начин културното наследство на територията.В резултат на изпълнението на проекта се очаква да се създадат условия за популяризиране на местната идентичност и на подхода ВОМР. The project proposal is aimed at promoting local identity and preserving local traditions and cultural heritage. This need is identified in the LAG’s CLLD. Although the local community is making efforts to ensure conditions for the preservation and promotion of the living cultural heritage, there are still deficits. The traditional costumes available in the Chitalishtes are insufficient, cultural assets are not sufficiently studied, described and systematised. Target groups that will benefit from the implementation of the project are local cultural creative groups to the Chitalishtes on the territory — dance groups, singers, instrumental groups and other groups of amateurs who will have the opportunity to present the local cultural traditions and identity, promoting it during the holidays of the holiday calendar on the territory. The target group covers both youth-aged amateurs and adult amateurs. The main activities in this proposal are related to the production of authentic Thracian costumes for young people, men, girls and women (50 pieces in total), which will be used by all folklore and dance groups, stage groups and all in whose activities there is a presentation of the local cultural heritage and the need to present it in an authentic way. To promote the local identity, a banner that will be installed behind the stage during public events will also be developed. 200 branded T-shirts will be made, which will be distributed during the events. A logo and visual identification will be developed to present the cultural heritage of the territory in a uniform way. As a result of the implementation of the project, conditions are expected to be created for the promotion of the local identity and the CLLD approach. (English)

La proposition de projet vise à promouvoir l’identité locale et à préserver les traditions et le patrimoine culturel locaux. Ce besoin est identifié dans le DAL du GAL. Bien que la communauté locale s’efforce d’assurer les conditions nécessaires à la préservation et à la promotion du patrimoine culturel vivant, des déficits subsistent. Les costumes traditionnels disponibles dans les Chitalishtes sont insuffisants, les biens culturels ne sont pas suffisamment étudiés, décrits et systématisés. Les groupes cibles qui bénéficieront de la mise en œuvre du projet sont des groupes culturels créatifs locaux aux Chitalishtes sur le territoire — groupes de danse, chanteurs, groupes instrumentals et autres groupes d’amateurs qui auront la possibilité de présenter les traditions culturelles locales et l’identité, en la promouvant pendant les fêtes du calendrier des fêtes sur le territoire. Le groupe cible couvre à la fois les amateurs d’âge jeune et les amateurs adultes. Les principales activités de la présente proposition concernent la production de costumes thraces authentiques pour les jeunes, les hommes, les filles et les femmes (50 pièces au total), qui seront utilisés par tous les groupes de folklore et de danse, les groupes de scène et toutes les activités dans lesquelles il y a une présentation du patrimoine culturel local et la nécessité de le présenter de manière authentique. Pour promouvoir l’identité locale, une bannière qui sera installée derrière la scène lors d’événements publics sera également développée. 200 T-shirts de marque seront fabriqués, qui seront distribués pendant les événements. Un logo et une identification visuelle seront mis au point pour présenter le patrimoine culturel du territoire de manière uniforme. Der Projektvorschlag zielt darauf ab, die lokale Identität zu fördern und lokale Traditionen und kulturelles Erbe zu erhalten. Dieser Bedarf wird in der CLLD der LAG festgestellt. Obwohl die lokale Gemeinschaft sich bemüht, die Voraussetzungen für die Erhaltung und Förderung des lebendigen kulturellen Erbes zu gewährleisten, gibt es nach wie vor Defizite. Die traditionellen Kostüme der Chitalishtes sind unzureichend, Kulturgüter werden nicht ausreichend untersucht, beschrieben und systematisiert. Zielgruppen, die von der Umsetzung des Projekts profitieren werden, sind lokale kulturelle Kreativgruppen für die Chitalishtes auf dem Territorium – Tanzgruppen, Sänger, Instrumentalgruppen und andere Gruppen von Amateuren, die die Möglichkeit haben, die lokalen kulturellen Traditionen und Identitäten zu präsentieren und sie während der Feiertage des Urlaubskalenders auf dem Territorium zu fördern. Die Zielgruppe umfasst sowohl Amateure im Jugendalter als auch erwachsene Amateure. Die wichtigsten Aktivitäten dieses Vorschlags betreffen die Herstellung von authentischen thrakischen Kostümen für Jugendliche, Männer, Mädchen und Frauen (insgesamt 50 Stück), die von allen Folklore- und Tanzgruppen, Bühnengruppen und allen, in deren Aktivitäten es eine Präsentation des lokalen Kulturerbes gibt, verwendet werden und die Notwendigkeit, es auf authentische Weise zu präsentieren. Um die lokale Identität zu fördern, wird auch ein Banner entwickelt, das bei öffentlichen Veranstaltungen hinter der Bühne installiert wird. 200 Marken-T-Shirts werden hergestellt, die während der Veranstaltungen verteilt werden. Es wird ein Logo und eine visuelle Identifikation entwickelt, um das kulturelle Erbe des Gebiets einheitlich darzustellen. Het projectvoorstel is gericht op het bevorderen van de lokale identiteit en het behoud van lokale tradities en cultureel erfgoed. Deze behoefte wordt vastgesteld in het CLLD van de LAG. Hoewel de lokale gemeenschap zich inspant om de voorwaarden voor het behoud en de bevordering van het levende culturele erfgoed te waarborgen, zijn er nog steeds tekorten. De traditionele kostuums die beschikbaar zijn in de Chitalishtes zijn ontoereikend, cultuurgoederen worden niet voldoende bestudeerd, beschreven en gesystematiseerd. Er worden 200 T-shirts van het merk gemaakt, die tijdens de evenementen worden gedistribueerd. Er zal een logo en visuele identificatie worden ontwikkeld om het culturele erfgoed van het grondgebied op uniforme wijze te presenteren. La proposta di progetto mira a promuovere l'identità locale e a preservare le tradizioni e il patrimonio culturale locali. Tale necessità è individuata nel CLLD del GAL. Anche se la comunità locale si sta adoperando per garantire le condizioni per la conservazione e la promozione del patrimonio culturale vivente, vi sono ancora carenze. I costumi tradizionali disponibili nei Chitalishtes sono insufficienti, i beni culturali non sono sufficientemente studiati, descritti e sistematizzati. I gruppi destinatari che beneficeranno dell'attuazione del progetto sono gruppi creativi culturali locali ai Chitalishtes sul territorio — gruppi di danza, cantanti, gruppi strumentali e altri gruppi di dilettanti che avranno l'opportunità di presentare le tradizioni culturali e l'identità locale, promuovendola durante le vacanze del calendario delle vacanze sul territorio. Il gruppo target comprende sia i dilettanti giovani-età che i dilettanti adulti. Aunque la comunidad local está haciendo esfuerzos para garantizar las condiciones para la preservación y promoción del patrimonio cultural vivo, sigue habiendo déficits. Los trajes tradicionales disponibles en los Chitalishtes son insuficientes, los bienes culturales no son suficientemente estudiados, descritos y sistematizados. Los grupos destinatarios que se beneficiarán de la ejecución del proyecto son grupos creativos culturales locales a los chitalishtes en el territorio — grupos de danza, cantantes, grupos instrumentales y otros grupos de aficionados que tendrán la oportunidad de presentar las tradiciones culturales locales y la identidad, promoviéndolas durante las vacaciones del calendario de vacaciones en el territorio. El grupo destinatario abarca tanto a los aficionados jóvenes como a los aficionados adultos.
