За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптирането му към пазарните условия, земеделският стопанин ще увеличи площите чрез наемане на 4,907 дка черешова градина и 3,661 дка сливова градина / януари/ 2020 година. Новонаетите градини ще се отглежда по метода на биологичното производство, като за целта ще бъде сключен договор за контрол и сертификация по метода на биологично производство. За намаляване на ръчния труд при поливане на растенията ще бъде закупена водна помпа през месец май 2019 година, с която инвестиция ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана най-късно до девет месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ. В срок до 36 месеца от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ, но не по-късно от избраната крайна дата на периода за проверка на изпълнението на бизнес плана фермерът ще отговори на изискванията за професионални умения и компетентности, чрез завършване на курс на обучение с продължителност 150 часа по възможност по подмярка 1.1 „Професионално обучение и придобиване на умения“. В случай, че завършването на курс на обучение от 150 часа, включва предмет/ модул с продължителност от поне 15 часа по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор, кандидатът ще премине едновременно и това обучение, в противен случай ще участва в обучение /информационна дейност относно тези проблеми с продължителност поне 8 учебни часа (ноември-декември 2020 година). За да отговаря стопанството на Закона за защита на растенията, фермерът ще продължи редовно да води дневник за приложение на продуктите за растителна защита, торове и подобрители на почвата.Във връзка с увеличаване на производството, се предвижда да бъде открито 1 работно място в стопанството най-късно една година преди подаване на документите за окончателно плащане (най-късно от 1. 03. 2020 година). To restructure the holding and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will increase the area by renting 4,907 decares of cherry garden and 3.661 ha of plum garden/January/2020. The newly recruited gardens will be cultivated using the organic production method and a contract for organic control and certification will be concluded for this purpose. To reduce manual labor in watering plants, a water pump will be purchased in May 2019, with which an investment will start implementation of the business plan within nine months of the date of conclusion of the financial assistance contract. Within 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract for granting financial aid, but no later than the selected end date of the period for verifying the implementation of the business plan, the farmer will meet the requirements for professional skills and competences by completing a training course of 150 hours if possible under sub-measure 1.1 “Professional training and acquisition of skills”. In the event that the completion of a 150-hour training course includes a subject/module of at least 15 hours on major environmental issues in the agricultural sector, the applicant will also receive this training at the same time, otherwise he/she will participate in a training/information activity on these issues of at least 8 hours (November-December 2020). In order for the farm to comply with the Plant Protection Act, the farmer will continue to keep a regular logbook on the application of plant protection products, fertilisers and soil improvers.In connection with the increase in production, it is envisaged that 1 job on the holding will be opened at the latest one year before the submission of the final payment documents (at the latest by 1. 03. Afin de restructurer l’exploitation et de l’adapter aux conditions du marché, l’agriculteur va augmenter la superficie en louant 4 907 gardes de cerisiers et 3 661 ha de pruneraie/janvier/2020. Les jardins nouvellement recrutés seront cultivés selon la méthode de production biologique et un contrat de contrôle et de certification biologiques sera conclu à cet effet. Afin de réduire le travail manuel dans les usines d’arrosage, une pompe à eau sera achetée en mai 2019, avec laquelle un investissement commencera la mise en œuvre du plan d’affaires dans les neuf mois suivant la date de conclusion du contrat d’assistance financière. Dans un délai de 36 mois à compter de la date de conclusion du contrat d’octroi d’un concours financier, mais au plus tard à la date de fin choisie de la période de vérification de la mise en œuvre du plan d’entreprise, l’agriculteur répondra aux exigences en matière d’aptitudes et de compétences professionnelles en suivant, si possible, une formation de 150 heures au titre de la sous-mesure 1.1 «Formation professionnelle et acquisition de compétences». Dans le cas où l’achèvement d’une formation de 150 heures comprend un sujet/module d’au moins 15 heures sur des questions environnementales majeures dans le secteur agricole, le demandeur recevra également cette formation en même temps, sinon il participera à une activité de formation/information sur ces questions d’au moins 8 heures (novembre-décembre 2020). Afin que l’exploitation se conforme à la loi sur la protection des végétaux, l’agriculteur continuera à tenir régulièrement un journal de bord sur l’application de produits phytopharmaceutiques, d’engrais et d’amendements.Dans le cadre de l’augmentation de la production, il est prévu qu’un emploi dans l’exploitation soit ouvert au plus tard un an avant la présentation des documents de paiement final (au plus tard par 1. 03. Um den Betrieb umzustrukturieren und ihn an die Marktbedingungen anzupassen, wird der Landwirt die Fläche erhöhen, indem er 4.907 Entsorgen von Kirschgarten und 3,661 ha Pflaumengarten/Januar/2020 anmietet. Die neu eingestellten Gärten werden nach der Methode der ökologischen/biologischen Produktion angebaut, und zu diesem Zweck wird ein Vertrag über die ökologische Kontrolle und Zertifizierung geschlossen. Um die manuelle Arbeit in Bewässerungsanlagen zu reduzieren, wird im Mai 2019 eine Wasserpumpe gekauft, mit der eine Investition innerhalb von neun Monaten nach Abschluss des Finanzhilfevertrags mit der Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans beginnen wird. Innerhalb von 36 Monaten nach Abschluss des Vertrags über die Gewährung einer Finanzhilfe, spätestens jedoch am ausgewählten Endtermin des Zeitraums für die Überprüfung der Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans, erfüllt der Landwirt die Anforderungen an berufliche Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen, indem er im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 1.1 „Berufsausbildung und Erwerb von Kompetenzen“ nach Möglichkeit einen Ausbildungskurs von 150 Stunden absolviert. Für den Fall, dass der Abschluss eines 150-stündigen Ausbildungskurses ein Fach/Modul von mindestens 15 Stunden zu wichtigen Umweltfragen im Agrarsektor umfasst, wird der Antragsteller diese Ausbildung gleichzeitig erhalten, andernfalls wird er an einer Schulung/Informationsmaßnahme zu diesen Themen von mindestens 8 Stunden (November-Dezember 2020) teilnehmen. Damit der Betrieb dem Pflanzenschutzgesetz entspricht, wird der Landwirt weiterhin ein regelmäßiges Logbuch über die Anwendung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln, Düngemitteln und Bodenverbesserungsmitteln führen.Im Zusammenhang mit der Steigerung der Produktion ist vorgesehen, dass spätestens ein Jahr vor Vorlage der Abschlusszahlungsbelege eine Stelle im Betrieb eröffnet wird (spätestens bis 1.) 03. Om het bedrijf te herstructureren en aan te passen aan de marktomstandigheden, zal de landbouwer het areaal vergroten door 4,907 zorg voor kersentuin en 3,661 ha pruimentuin/januari/2020 te huren. De nieuw aangeworven tuinen zullen worden gecultiveerd volgens de biologische productiemethode en hiervoor zal een contract voor biologische controle en certificering worden gesloten. Om handmatige arbeid in waterplanten te verminderen, zal in mei 2019 een waterpomp worden gekocht, waarmee een investering zal beginnen met de uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan binnen negen maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor financiële bijstand. Binnen 36 maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor de toekenning van financiële steun, maar uiterlijk op de geselecteerde einddatum van de periode voor de verificatie van de uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan, voldoet de landbouwer aan de vereisten inzake beroepsvaardigheden en -competenties door, indien mogelijk, een opleiding van 150 uur te volgen in het kader van submaatregel 1.1 „Professionele opleiding en verwerving van vaardigheden”. In het geval dat de voltooiing van een 150 uur durende opleiding een onderwerp/module van ten minste 15 uur over belangrijke milieukwesties in de landbouwsector omvat, zal de aanvrager deze opleiding tegelijkertijd ook ontvangen, anders zal hij/zij deelnemen aan een opleiding/informatieactiviteit over deze onderwerpen van ten minste 8 uur (november-december 2020). Per ristrutturare l'azienda e adattarla alle condizioni di mercato, l'agricoltore aumenterà la superficie affittando 4,907 decare di ciliegio e 3,661 ha di giardino di prugne/gennaio/2020. I giardini di nuova assunzione saranno coltivati secondo il metodo di produzione biologica e a tal fine sarà concluso un contratto per il controllo e la certificazione biologici. Per ridurre il lavoro manuale negli impianti di irrigazione, una pompa dell'acqua sarà acquistata a maggio 2019, con la quale un investimento inizierà l'attuazione del piano aziendale entro nove mesi dalla data di conclusione del contratto di assistenza finanziaria. Entro 36 mesi dalla data di conclusione del contratto di concessione del contributo finanziario, ma non oltre la data di fine prescelta del periodo di verifica dell'attuazione del piano aziendale, l'agricoltore soddisferà i requisiti per le capacità e le competenze professionali completando un corso di formazione di 150 ore, se possibile nell'ambito della sottomisura 1.1 "Formazione professionale e acquisizione di competenze". Nel caso in cui il completamento di un corso di formazione di 150 ore comprenda una materia/modulo di almeno 15 ore su importanti questioni ambientali nel settore agricolo, il richiedente riceverà contemporaneamente tale formazione, altrimenti parteciperà a un'attività di formazione/informazione su tali questioni di almeno 8 ore (novembre-dicembre 2020). Affinché l'azienda possa conformarsi alla legge sulla protezione delle piante, l'agricoltore continuerà a tenere regolarmente un giornale di bordo sull'applicazione di prodotti fitosanitari, fertilizzanti e ammendanti.In relazione all'aumento della produzione, si prevede che un posto di lavoro nell'azienda sarà aperto al più tardi un anno prima della presentazione dei documenti di pagamento finale (al più tardi entro il 1. 03. Para reestructurar la explotación y adaptarla a las condiciones del mercado, el agricultor aumentará la superficie alquilando 4.907 decares de cerezo y 3,661 ha de ciruela/enero/2020. Los jardines recién contratados se cultivarán utilizando el método de producción ecológica y se celebrará un contrato de control y certificación ecológicos a tal efecto. Para reducir la mano de obra manual en las plantas de riego, se comprará una bomba de agua en mayo de 2019, con la que una inversión comenzará a implementar el plan de negocio dentro de los nueve meses siguientes a la fecha de celebración del contrato de asistencia financiera. En un plazo de treinta y seis meses a partir de la fecha de celebración del contrato de concesión de la ayuda financiera, pero a más tardar en la fecha de finalización seleccionada del período de verificación de la ejecución del plan empresarial, el agricultor cumplirá los requisitos de capacidades y competencias profesionales completando un curso de formación de 150 horas, si es posible, en el marco de la submedida 1.1 «Formación profesional y adquisición de competencias». En caso de que la realización de un curso de formación de 150 horas incluya una asignatura/módulo de al menos 15 horas sobre cuestiones medioambientales importantes en el sector agrícola, el solicitante también recibirá esta formación al mismo tiempo, de lo contrario participará en una actividad de formación/información sobre estas cuestiones de al menos 8 horas (noviembre-diciembre de 2020). Para que la explotación cumpla lo dispuesto en la Ley de protección fitosanitaria, el agricultor seguirá llevando un cuaderno diario de pesca regular sobre la aplicación de productos fitosanitarios, fertilizantes y enmiendas del suelo. En relación con el aumento de la producción, se prevé abrir un puesto de trabajo en la explotación a más tardar un año antes de la presentación de los documentos de pago final (a más tardar en 1. 03.
