За преструктуриране на своето стопанство бенефициентът ще продължи с отглеждането на 19,000 дка сливови и 3,859 дка дюлеви градини, а до края на стопанската 2020 - 2021 г ще наеме 6,000 дка земя . До средата на месец декември 2021г ще закупи овощен посадъчен материал и ще създаде нови 6,000 дка сливова градина. Разстоянията на засаждане ще бъдат по схемата 5м. на 4м. или по 50 бр дръвчета в декар. По този начин ще изпълни цел 1 от бизнес плана си -" Увеличаване на икономическия размер на стопанството , измерен в СПО (минимум 4000 евро СПО) " Ще продължи договора си със сертифициращата организация и ще започне отглеждане и на новозасадената градина по биологичен начин. С цел повишаване на производителността и намаляване на разходите за външни механизирани услуги и извършване в подходящите срокове на всички агротехнически мероприятия, бенефициентът предвижда да закупи моторна коса - тример подходящ за нуждите на стопанството.Тази инвестиция предвижда да извърши до девет месеца след одобрението на проекта. За придобиване на професионални умения и компетентности до 36 месеца от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ, но не по-късно от избраната крайна дата на периода за проверка на изпълнението на бизнес плана, бенефициентът ще завърши курс от 150ч. по подмярка 1.1 „Професионално обучение и придобиване на умения“. В случай, че в този курс са включени и часове (модул) с продължителност от минимум 8 ч по опазване на компонентите на околната среда бенефициентът ще премине и него. В противен случай ще търси друга възможност да участва в обучение по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор или и/или ще участва в информационна дейност относно тези проблеми.С увеличаване обема на работа се увеличава и необходимостта от разкриване на едно работно място. За целта най- късно до началото на м.юли 2021.г ще бъде назначен 1бр. работник на постоянен трудов договор на пълно работно време. (Bulgarian)

Pour l’acquisition d’aptitudes et de compétences professionnelles dans un délai de 36 mois à compter de la date de conclusion du contrat d’aide financière, mais au plus tard à la date de fin choisie de la période de vérification de la mise en œuvre du plan d’entreprise, le bénéficiaire suivra un cours de 150 heures au titre de la sous-mesure 1.1 «Formation professionnelle et acquisition de compétences». Dans le cas où ce cours comprend également des heures (module) d’une durée minimale de 8 heures pour la protection de l’environnement, le bénéficiaire le réussira également. Dans le cas contraire, il cherchera une autre occasion de participer à une formation sur des questions environnementales majeures dans le secteur agricole ou à des travaux d’information sur ces questions. Avec une augmentation du volume de travail, la nécessité de créer un emploi augmente. Um seinen Betrieb umzustrukturieren, wird der Begünstigte weiterhin 19.000 Pflaumenentsorgen und 3.859 Entsorgen von Quittengärten anbauen, und bis zum Ende des Wirtschaftsjahres 2020-2021 wird er 6.000 Entsorgen von Grundstücken mieten. Bis Mitte Dezember 2021 wird es Fruchtvermehrungsmaterial kaufen und einen neuen 6.000 Pflaumengarten schaffen. Die Pflanzabstände werden nach dem Schema 5 m. pro 4 m. oder 50 Stück Bäume pro Decare sein. Dabei wird Ziel 1 seines Geschäftsplans – „Erhöhung der wirtschaftlichen Größe des Betriebes, gemessen im OSP (mindestens 4 000 EUR OSP)“ erreicht werden, seinen Vertrag mit der Zertifizierungsorganisation fortsetzen und den neu bepflanzten Garten ökologisch anbauen. Um die Produktivität zu steigern und die Kosten externer mechanisierter Dienstleistungen zu senken und alle agrotechnischen Ereignisse rechtzeitig durchzuführen, beabsichtigt der Begünstigte, Motorhaare zu kaufen – einen Trimmer, der für den Bedarf des Betriebes geeignet ist. Diese Investition plant die Durchführung innerhalb von neun Monaten nach Genehmigung des Projekts. Für den Erwerb von beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen innerhalb von 36 Monaten nach Abschluss des Finanzhilfevertrags, spätestens jedoch am ausgewählten Ende des Zeitraums für die Überprüfung der Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans, wird der Begünstigte einen Kurs von 150 Stunden im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 1.1 „Berufsbildung und Qualifikationserwerb“ absolvieren. Für den Fall, dass dieser Kurs auch Stunden (Modul) von einer Mindestdauer von 8 Stunden für den Umweltschutz umfasst, wird der Begünstigte ihn auch übergeben. Andernfalls wird er nach einer weiteren Möglichkeit suchen, an der Ausbildung zu wichtigen Umweltfragen im Agrarsektor teilzunehmen oder sich an der Informationsarbeit zu diesen Themen zu beteiligen. Mit einer Zunahme des Arbeitsvolumens steigt die Notwendigkeit, einen Arbeitsplatz zu schaffen. Zu diesem Zweck wird spätestens Anfang Juli 2021 ein 1-teiliger Vollzeitbeschäftigter eingestellt. Hiermee zal zij voldoen aan doelstelling 1 van haar bedrijfsplan — „Verhoging van de economische omvang van het bedrijf gemeten in de OSP (minimaal 4 000 EUR OSP)” zal haar contract met de certificeringsorganisatie voortzetten en de nieuw aangeplante tuin op een organische manier laten groeien. Om de productiviteit te verhogen en de kosten van externe gemechaniseerde diensten te verlagen en tijdig alle agrotechnische gebeurtenissen uit te voeren, is de begunstigde voornemens motorhaar te kopen — een trimmer die geschikt is voor de behoeften van het bedrijf. Deze investering is van plan om binnen negen maanden na de goedkeuring van het project uit te voeren. Voor het verwerven van professionele vaardigheden en competenties binnen 36 maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor financiële steun, maar uiterlijk op de geselecteerde einddatum van de periode voor de verificatie van de uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan, zal de begunstigde een cursus van 150 uur voltooien in het kader van submaatregel 1.1 „Vocationele opleiding en verwerving van vaardigheden”. In het geval dat deze cursus ook uren (module) van een minimumduur van 8 uur voor milieubescherming omvat, zal de begunstigde deze ook passeren. Anders zal hij op zoek gaan naar een nieuwe kans om deel te nemen aan opleidingen over belangrijke milieukwesties in de landbouwsector of/of deel te nemen aan voorlichtingswerkzaamheden over deze kwesties. Met een toename van het werkvolume neemt de noodzaak om een baan te creëren toe. Daartoe zal uiterlijk begin juli 2021 een 1-delige voltijdse werknemer in vaste dienst worden aangeworven. (Dutch)

Le distanze di impianto saranno secondo lo schema 5 m. per 4 m. o 50 pz di alberi per decare. In tal modo, raggiungerà l'obiettivo 1 del suo piano aziendale — "Aumentare la dimensione economica dell'azienda misurata nell'OSP (minimo EUR 4 000 OSP)" continuerà il suo contratto con l'organizzazione di certificazione e inizierà a coltivare il nuovo giardino in modo biologico. Al fine di aumentare la produttività e ridurre il costo dei servizi meccanizzati esterni e di svolgere nel tempo opportuno tutti gli eventi agrotecnici, il beneficiario intende acquistare capelli motore — un trimmer adatto alle esigenze dell'azienda. Questo investimento prevede di effettuare entro nove mesi dall'approvazione del progetto. Per l'acquisizione di capacità e competenze professionali entro 36 mesi dalla data di conclusione del contratto di aiuto finanziario, ma non oltre la data di fine prescelta del periodo di verifica dell'attuazione del piano aziendale, il beneficiario completerà un corso di 150 ore nell'ambito della sottomisura 1.1 "Formazione professionale e acquisizione di competenze". Nel caso in cui questo corso comprenda anche ore (modulo) di una durata minima di 8 ore per la tutela dell'ambiente, anche il beneficiario lo supererà. In caso contrario, egli cercherà un'altra opportunità per partecipare alla formazione sulle principali questioni ambientali nel settore agricolo o/o partecipare a lavori di informazione su questi temi. Con un aumento del volume di lavoro, la necessità di creare un posto di lavoro aumenta. De lo contrario, buscará otra oportunidad para participar en la formación sobre cuestiones ambientales importantes en el sector agrícola o participar en trabajos de información sobre estos temas.
