Стопанството на Иван Зашев е растениевъдно, разположено в землището на с. Черньово, общ. Ихтиман, обл. София. Към настоящия момент, кандидата отглежда 13,301 дка сливи, 2,994 дка малини и 5,690 дка моркови. Насажденията са разположени върху четири имота, за които кандидатът има сключен договор за аренда със срок от 20 стопански години, считано от 15.12.2016 г.. Общият начален икономически размер на стопанството възлиза на 14285,35 евро СПО. Насажденията от сливи се отглеждат по методите на биологичното производство, а насажденията от малини и морковите - по конвенционален метод. В периода на изпълнение на бизнес плана, кандидатът ще засади нови 11,690 дка трайни насаждения от сливи и ще закупи селскостопанска техника. Currently, the applicant grows 13,301 decares of plums, 2,994 decares of raspberries and 5,690 decares of carrots. The plantations are located on four properties for which the applicant has concluded a lease contract for a period of 20 economic years from 15 December 2016. The total starting economic size of the holding amounts to EUR 14 285.35 OSPs. Plums are grown according to organic production methods, and raspberries and carrots are grown using a conventional method. In the period of implementation of the business plan, the applicant will plant new 11,690 decares of plum permanent crops and purchase agricultural machinery. The planned increase of the holding will be entirely organic. (English)

La ferme d’Ivan Zashev est un élevage de plantes, situé sur le terrain du village de Cherniovo, municipalité. Ihtiman, région. C’est Sophia. À l’heure actuelle, le demandeur cultive 13 301 décares de prunes, 2 994 décares de framboises et 5 690 carottes. Les plantations sont situées sur quatre propriétés pour lesquelles la requérante a conclu un contrat de location pour une période de 20 années économiques à compter du 15 décembre 2016. La taille économique totale de départ de l’exploitation s’élève à 14 285,35 EUR OSP. Les prunes sont cultivées selon des méthodes de production biologique, et les framboises et les carottes sont cultivées selon une méthode conventionnelle. Au cours de la période de mise en œuvre du plan d’affaires, le demandeur va planter 11 690 nouveaux frais d’entretien des cultures permanentes de prunes et acheter de la machinerie agricole. Derzeit wächst die Klägerin 13.301 Decares von Pflaumen, 2.994 Decares von Himbeeren und 5 590 Decares von Karotten. Die Plantagen befinden sich auf vier Grundstücken, für die die Klägerin einen Pachtvertrag für einen Zeitraum von 20 Wirtschaftsjahren ab dem 15. Dezember 2016 geschlossen hat. Die wirtschaftliche Anfangsgröße des Betriebs beläuft sich auf insgesamt 14 285,35 EUR OSP. Pflaumen werden nach ökologischen Produktionsmethoden angebaut, Himbeeren und Karotten werden nach einem konventionellen Verfahren angebaut. In der Zeit der Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans wird der Antragsteller neue 11.690 Pflaumenbehandlungen für Dauerkulturen anlegen und landwirtschaftliche Maschinen kaufen. De totale economische startomvang van het bedrijf bedraagt 14 285,35 EUR OSP’s. Pruimen worden geteeld volgens biologische productiemethoden en frambozen en wortelen worden volgens een conventionele methode geteeld. In de periode van uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan zal de aanvrager nieuwe 11.690 verzorgingen voor blijvende pruimenteelt en de aankoop van landbouwmachines aanleggen.
