За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптипането му към пазарните условия, земеделският стопанин ще продължи да отглежда наличните трайни насаждения и ще увеличи площите с овощни насаждения чрез наемане/закупуване на 3,000 дка земя и създаване на прасковена градина (през март-април 2021г.) .Със създаването на градината ще изпълни изискванията на Цел 1.„Увеличаване икономическия размер на земеделското стопанство, с минимум с 2000 евро стандартен производиствен обем”и цел 6"Създадени нови трайни насаждения, ягодоплодни и лозя, включително винени - най-малко 2 дка" . Новата градина ще се отглежда по метода на конвенционалното земеделие. За намаляване на разходите за външни механизирани услуги и своевременно извършване на агротехническите мероприятия, фермерът предвижда да закупи култиватол (през март-май 2021г.). За да отговори стопанството на Стандартите на Общността по отношение на фитосанитарните изисквания и Закона за защита на растенията фермерът ще продължи стриктно да води дневниците и ще премине курс за работа с препарати за Р.З. (през април 2020г.). По този начин ще бъде изпълнена цел 4 "Достигане на съответствие със Стандартите на Общността по отношение на ветеринарните и фитосанитарните изисквания, хуманното отношение към животните, опазването на околната среда, хигиената, сигурността и безопасните условия на труд". Преминаването на курсът за работа с препарати за Р.З. ще е дейността с която ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана след подаване на проектното предложение, но не по-късно от девет месеца считано от датата на сключване на административния договор за предоставяне на финансова помощ . In order to restructure the holding and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will continue to cultivate existing permanent crops and will increase the area under orchards by renting/buying 3,000 decares of land and creating a peach garden (in March-April 2021).With the establishment of the garden, it will meet the requirements of Objective 1 ‘Increase the economic size of the agricultural holding, with a minimum of EUR 2 000 production volume’ and objective 6 ‘Created new permanent crops, berries and vineyards, including wine — at least 2 decares’. The new garden will be cultivated using the method of conventional agriculture. In order to reduce the cost of external mechanised services and to carry out agricultural activities in a timely manner, the farmer plans to purchase cultivatol (in March-May 2021). In order to meet the Community Standards on Phytosanitary Requirements and the Plant Protection Act, the farmer will continue to keep the logbooks strictly and undergo a course of handling preparations for R.H. (April 2020). In this way, Objective 4 “Reaching compliance with the Community Standards as regards veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, animal welfare, environmental protection, hygiene, safety and safety at work” will be met. The course for working with preparations for R.H. will be the activity with which the implementation of the business plan will start after the submission of the project proposal, but no later than nine months from the date of conclusion of the administrative contract for granting financial assistance. Afin de restructurer l’exploitation et de l’adapter aux conditions du marché, l’agriculteur continuera à cultiver des cultures permanentes existantes et augmentera la superficie des vergers en louant/achetant 3 000 gardes de terres et en créant un jardin de pêche (en mars-avril 2021).Avec l’établissement du jardin, il répondra aux exigences de l’objectif 1 «Accroître la taille économique de l’exploitation agricole, avec un volume de production minimal de 2 000 EUR» et l’objectif 6 «Création de nouvelles cultures permanentes, baies et vignobles, y compris le vin — au moins 2 décares». Le nouveau jardin sera cultivé selon la méthode de l’agriculture conventionnelle. Afin de réduire le coût des services mécanisés externes et de mener des activités agricoles en temps utile, l’agriculteur prévoit d’acheter du cultivatol (en mars-mai 2021). Afin de respecter les normes communautaires sur les exigences phytosanitaires et la loi sur la protection des végétaux, l’agriculteur continuera de tenir strictement les journaux de bord et de s’occuper des préparatifs de R.H. (avril 2020). De cette manière, l’objectif no 4 «Atteindre le respect des normes communautaires en ce qui concerne les exigences vétérinaires et phytosanitaires, le bien-être des animaux, la protection de l’environnement, l’hygiène, la sécurité et la sécurité au travail» sera atteint. Um den Betrieb neu zu strukturieren und an die Marktbedingungen anzupassen, wird der Landwirt weiterhin bestehende Dauerkulturen anbauen und die Fläche unter Obstgärten durch Anmietung/Kaufen von 3.000 Entsorgen und die Schaffung eines Pfirsichgartens (März-April 2021) erhöhen.Mit der Errichtung des Gartens wird er die Anforderungen von Ziel 1 „Erhöhung der wirtschaftlichen Größe des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs mit einem Mindestproduktionsvolumen von 2 000 EUR“ und Ziel 6 „Neue neue Dauerkulturen, Beeren und Weinberge einschließlich Wein – mindestens 2 Decares“ erfüllen. Der neue Garten wird mit der Methode der konventionellen Landwirtschaft angebaut. Um die Kosten externer mechanisierter Dienstleistungen zu senken und rechtzeitig landwirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten durchzuführen, plant der Landwirt den Kauf von Kultivatol (März-Mai 2021). Um die Gemeinschaftsnormen für pflanzengesundheitliche Anforderungen und das Pflanzenschutzgesetz zu erfüllen, wird der Landwirt die Logbücher weiterhin streng halten und sich einer Behandlung der Vorbereitungen für R.H. (April 2020) unterziehen. Ziel 4 „Die Einhaltung der Gemeinschaftsnormen in Bezug auf veterinär- und pflanzenschutzrechtliche Anforderungen, Tierschutz, Umweltschutz, Hygiene, Sicherheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz“ wird auf diese Weise erfüllt. Om het bedrijf te herstructureren en aan te passen aan de marktomstandigheden, zal de landbouwer de bestaande meerjarige teelten blijven verbouwen en het areaal in boomgaarden blijven verbouwen door 3.000 grondverzorging te huren/kopen en een perziktuin te creëren (in maart-april 2021).Met de aanleg van de tuin zal het voldoen aan de vereisten van doelstelling 1 „Verhoging van de economische omvang van het landbouwbedrijf, met een minimum van 2 000 EUR productievolume” en doelstelling 6 „Gebouwde nieuwe meerjarige teelten, bessen en wijngaarden, waaronder wijn — ten minste 2 zorg”. De nieuwe tuin zal worden gecultiveerd met behulp van de methode van de conventionele landbouw. Om de kosten van externe gemechaniseerde diensten te verlagen en landbouwactiviteiten tijdig uit te voeren, is de landbouwer van plan cultivatol aan te kopen (in maart-mei 2021). Om te voldoen aan de communautaire normen inzake fytosanitaire voorschriften en de Wet gewasbescherming zal de landbouwer de logboeken strikt blijven bijhouden en een behandelingscursus voor R.H. (april 2020) ondergaan. Al fine di ristrutturare l'azienda e adattarla alle condizioni di mercato, l'agricoltore continuerà a coltivare le colture permanenti esistenti e aumenterà la superficie dei frutteti affittando/acquistando 3.000 decari di terreno e creando un orto di pesca (marzo-aprile 2021). Con l'istituzione dell'orto risponderà ai requisiti dell'obiettivo 1 "Aumentare le dimensioni economiche dell'azienda agricola, con un minimo di 2 000 EUR di volume di produzione" e l'obiettivo 6 "Nuove colture permanenti, bacche e vigneti creati, compreso il vino — almeno 2 decare". Il nuovo giardino sarà coltivato con il metodo dell'agricoltura convenzionale. Al fine di ridurre il costo dei servizi meccanizzati esterni e di svolgere tempestivamente le attività agricole, l'agricoltore prevede di acquistare cultivatolo (marzo-maggio 2021). Al fine di rispettare le norme comunitarie sui requisiti fitosanitari e la legge sulla protezione dei vegetali, l'agricoltore continuerà a tenere rigorosamente i giornali di bordo e a sottoporsi a un corso di trattamento dei preparativi per la salute e la salute (aprile 2020). Con el fin de reestructurar la explotación y adaptarla a las condiciones del mercado, el agricultor seguirá cultivando cultivos permanentes existentes y aumentará la superficie de los huertos alquilando/comprando 3.000 decares de tierras y creando un huerto de melocotón (marzo-abril de 2021). Con el establecimiento del jardín, cumplirá los requisitos del objetivo n.º 1 «Aumentar el tamaño económico de la explotación agrícola, con un volumen de producción mínimo de 2 000 EUR» y el objetivo n.º 6 «Creación de nuevos cultivos permanentes, bayas y viñedos, incluido el vino — al menos dos decares». El nuevo jardín se cultivará utilizando el método de la agricultura convencional. Con el fin de reducir el coste de los servicios mecanizados externos y de llevar a cabo actividades agrícolas de manera oportuna, el agricultor tiene previsto comprar cultivatol (marzo-mayo de 2021). Con el fin de cumplir las normas comunitarias sobre requisitos fitosanitarios y la Ley de protección fitosanitaria, el agricultor seguirá manteniendo estrictamente los cuadernos diarios de pesca y se someterá a un curso de preparación para la manipulación de R.H. (abril de 2020).
