С настоящият проект ЗК “Каряна” цели да реализира своето инвестиционно намерение за „Обособяване на обект за търговия на дребно с преработка на собствено козе мляко по изискванията на наредба 26/2010 на МЗХ“, като инвестира в ремонтни дейности на съществуваща стопанска сграда за обособяване на самостоятелни помещения за преработка на собствено произведеното козе мляко и закупуване на необходимото за целта ново и модерно оборудване. Инвестицията ще добави стойност към сега произвежданата суровина – сурово козе мляко, предлагайки крайни продукти – сирене, млечник и кисело мляко диретно на крайните потребители, следвайки концепцията за късите вериги на доставки и ще превърне кооперацията в икономически рентабилна и конкурентособна в сектора единица. Целта е да повиши ефективността, като се повиши стойността на суровината и се предложат местни продукти на крайните потребители, включително да се добави социално икономическа стойност към развитието на територията чрез разработване на иновативен продукт (сирене „качота“ и вторично произведен продукт от суроватката – млечник по безотпадна и екологично отговорна технология) и услуги – дегустации и възможности за посещения на място във фермата за закупуване на продуктите, с което респективно се увеличава печалбата, а оттам и икономическите показатели за рентабилност. След осъществяване на проекта, председателя на ЗК възнамерява да назначи 1 лице общ работник, който да помага при осъществяване на дейността. Oсновната цел на проектното предложение е свързана и с целта на процедура BG06RDNP001-19.086 - "МИГ - Берковица и Годеч" - мярка 19.2-4.2 "Инвестиции в преработка/маркетинг на селскостопански продукти", а именно: Създаване на добавена стойност за местните земеделски продукти като се подкрепи развитието на предприятия, преработващи земеделска продукция от територията на МИГ; Привеждане на хранително-преработвателните предприятия в съответствие със стандартите на Общността; Опазване на околната среда. The purpose of this project is to realise its investment intention for “Separation of a retail outlet with processing of own goat’s milk according to the requirements of Ordinance 26/2010 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food” by investing in renovation works of an existing business building for the establishment of separate premises for processing the own goat’s milk and the purchase of the new and modern equipment necessary for this purpose. The investment will add value to the raw raw material currently produced — raw goat’s milk, offering final products — cheese, milk and yogurt to end consumers, following the concept of short supply chains and transforming the cooperative into an economically viable and competitive unit in the sector. The aim is to increase efficiency by increasing the value of the raw material and offering local products to final consumers, including adding social economic value to the development of the territory through the development of an innovative product (cachota cheese and a secondary whey product — milk milk by waste-free and environmentally responsible technology) and services — tastings and opportunities for on-the-spot visits to the farm to purchase the products, thereby increasing profit and thus economic indicators of profitability. After the implementation of the project, the Chairman of the CA intends to appoint 1 person a common worker to assist in carrying out the activity. The main objective of the project proposal is also related to the objective of procedure BG06RDNP001-19.086 — “LAG — Berkovitsa and Godech” — measure 19.2-4.2 “Investments in processing/marketing of agricultural products”, namely: Creating added value for local agricultural products by supporting the development of enterprises processing agricultural produce from the territory of the LAG; Bringing food processing plants into line with Community standards; Environmental protection. L’objectif de ce projet est de réaliser son objectif d’investissement pour la «séparation d’un point de vente au détail avec la transformation du lait de chèvre propre conformément aux exigences de l’ordonnance 26/2010 du ministère de l’Agriculture et de l’Alimentation» en investissant dans les travaux de rénovation d’un bâtiment d’affaires existant pour l’établissement de locaux séparés pour la transformation du lait de chèvre propre et l’achat des équipements neufs et modernes nécessaires à cet effet. L’investissement apportera une valeur ajoutée aux matières premières actuellement produites — lait cru de chèvre, produits finaux — fromage, lait et yaourt aux consommateurs finaux, suivant le concept de courtes chaînes d’approvisionnement et transformant la coopérative en une unité économiquement viable et compétitive dans le secteur. L’objectif est d’accroître l’efficacité en augmentant la valeur de la matière première et en offrant des produits locaux aux consommateurs finals, y compris en ajoutant une valeur économique sociale au développement du territoire par le développement d’un produit innovant (fromage de cachota et produit secondaire de lactosérum — lait de lait par une technologie sans déchets et respectueuse de l’environnement) et de services — dégustations et possibilités de visites sur place à l’exploitation pour acheter les produits, augmentant ainsi les bénéfices et donc les indicateurs économiques de rentabilité. Après la mise en œuvre du projet, le président de l’AC a l’intention de nommer une personne pour aider à la réalisation de l’activité. L’objectif principal de la proposition de projet est également lié à l’objectif de la procédure BG06RDNP001-19.086 — «GAL — Berkovitsa et Godech» — mesure 19,2-4,2 «Investissements dans la transformation/commercialisation des produits agricoles», à savoir: Créer une valeur ajoutée pour les produits agricoles locaux en soutenant le développement d’entreprises transformant des produits agricoles à partir du territoire des GAL; Mettre les usines de transformation des denrées alimentaires en conformité avec les normes communautaires; Protection de l’environnement. Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, seine Investitionsabsicht für die „Abtrennung eines Einzelhandels mit der Verarbeitung eigener Ziegenmilch gemäß der Verordnung Nr. 26/2010 des Ministeriums für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung“ zu verwirklichen, indem in Renovierungsarbeiten eines bestehenden Betriebsgebäudes zur Errichtung separater Räumlichkeiten für die Verarbeitung der eigenen Ziegenmilch und den Kauf der dafür notwendigen neuen und modernen Ausrüstung investiert wird. Die Investition wird einen Mehrwert für die derzeit erzeugten Rohstoffe – Rohziegenmilch, Angebot von Endprodukten – Käse, Milch und Joghurt für Endverbraucher schaffen, wobei das Konzept der kurzen Lieferketten folgt und die Genossenschaft in eine wirtschaftlich tragfähige und wettbewerbsfähige Einheit in diesem Sektor umgewandelt wird. Ziel ist es, die Effizienz zu steigern, indem der Wert des Rohstoffs erhöht und den Endverbrauchern lokale Produkte angeboten werden, unter anderem durch die Entwicklung eines innovativen Produkts (Cocha-Käse und ein sekundäres Molkenprodukt – Milchmilch durch verschwendungsfreie und umweltverträgliche Technologie) und Dienstleistungen – Verkostungen und Möglichkeiten für Vor-Ort-Besuche im Betrieb, um die Produkte zu kaufen, wodurch die Gewinne und damit die wirtschaftlichen Indikatoren der Rentabilität gesteigert werden. Nach der Durchführung des Projekts beabsichtigt der Vorsitzende der zuständigen Behörde, 1 Person einen gemeinsamen Arbeitnehmer zu ernennen, der bei der Durchführung der Tätigkeit behilflich ist. Hauptziel des Projektvorschlags ist auch das Ziel des Verfahrens BG06RDNP001-19.086 – „LAG – Berkovitsa und Godech“ – Maßnahme 19.2-4.2 „Investitionen in die Verarbeitung/Vermarktung landwirtschaftlicher Erzeugnisse“, nämlich: Schaffung eines Mehrwerts für lokale landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse durch Unterstützung der Entwicklung von Unternehmen, die landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse aus dem Gebiet der LAG verarbeiten; Anpassung der Lebensmittelverarbeitungsbetriebe an die Gemeinschaftsnormen; Umweltschutz. Het doel van dit project is het realiseren van zijn investeringsdoel voor „Separatie van een detailhandelszaak met verwerking van eigen geitenmelk overeenkomstig de voorschriften van Verordening 26/2010 van het ministerie van Landbouw en Voedselvoorziening” door te investeren in renovatiewerkzaamheden van een bestaand bedrijfsgebouw voor de oprichting van aparte ruimten voor de verwerking van eigen geitenmelk en de aankoop van de daarvoor noodzakelijke nieuwe en moderne uitrusting. De investering zal waarde toevoegen aan de grondstof die momenteel wordt geproduceerd — rauwe geitenmelk, die eindproducten aanbiedt — kaas, melk en yoghurt aan de eindverbruikers, waarbij het concept van korte toeleveringsketens wordt gevolgd en de coöperatie wordt omgevormd tot een economisch levensvatbare en concurrerende eenheid in de sector. Het doel is de efficiëntie te verhogen door de waarde van de grondstof te verhogen en lokale producten aan de eindverbruikers aan te bieden, met inbegrip van het toevoegen van sociale economische waarde aan de ontwikkeling van het grondgebied door de ontwikkeling van een innovatief product (cachotakaas en een secundair weiproduct — melkmelk door afvalvrije en milieuvriendelijke technologie) en diensten — proeverijen en mogelijkheden voor bezoeken ter plaatse aan het bedrijf om de producten te kopen, waardoor de winst en dus de economische rentabiliteitsindicatoren worden verhoogd. Na de uitvoering van het project is de voorzitter van de BA voornemens 1 persoon aan te wijzen als gemeenschappelijke werknemer om de activiteit uit te voeren. De hoofddoelstelling van het projectvoorstel houdt ook verband met de doelstelling van procedure BG06RDNP001-19.086 — „LAG — Berkovitsa en Godech” — maatregel 19.2-4.2 „Investeringen in de verwerking/afzet van landbouwproducten”, namelijk: Het creëren van toegevoegde waarde voor lokale landbouwproducten door ondersteuning van de ontwikkeling van bedrijven die landbouwproducten verwerken uit het grondgebied van de LAG; Het in overeenstemming brengen van de voedselverwerkende bedrijven met de communautaire normen; Bescherming van het milieu. Lo scopo di questo progetto è quello di realizzare il suo intento di investimento per la "Separazione di un punto vendita con trasformazione di latte di capra secondo i requisiti dell'ordinanza 26/2010 del Ministero dell'Agricoltura e dell'Alimentazione" investendo in lavori di ristrutturazione di un edificio commerciale esistente per la creazione di locali separati per la lavorazione del proprio latte di capra e l'acquisto delle nuove e moderne attrezzature necessarie a tal fine. L'investimento apporterà valore alla materia prima attualmente prodotta — latte di capra crudo, offrendo prodotti finali — formaggio, latte e yogurt ai consumatori finali, seguendo il concetto di filiere corte e trasformando la cooperativa in un'unità economicamente redditizia e competitiva del settore. L'obiettivo è quello di aumentare l'efficienza aumentando il valore della materia prima e offrendo prodotti locali ai consumatori finali, anche aggiungendo valore economico sociale allo sviluppo del territorio attraverso lo sviluppo di un prodotto innovativo (formaggio cachota e siero di latte secondario — latte con tecnologia priva di sprechi e rispettoso dell'ambiente) e servizi — degustazioni e opportunità di visite in loco presso l'azienda per l'acquisto dei prodotti, aumentando così il profitto e quindi gli indicatori economici di redditività. Dopo l'attuazione del progetto, il presidente dell'AC intende nominare 1 persona un lavoratore comune per assistere nello svolgimento dell'attività. L'obiettivo principale della proposta di progetto è anche connesso all'obiettivo della procedura BG06RDNP001-19.086 — "LAG — Berkovitsa e Godech" — misura 19.2-4.2 "Investimenti nella trasformazione/commercializzazione di prodotti agricoli", vale a dire: Creare valore aggiunto per i prodotti agricoli locali sostenendo lo sviluppo di imprese che trasformano prodotti agricoli provenienti dal territorio del GAL; Adeguare gli impianti di trasformazione alimentare alle norme comunitarie; Protezione dell'ambiente. El objetivo de este proyecto es realizar su intención de inversión para «Separación de un punto de venta con transformación de leche propia de cabra de acuerdo con los requisitos de la Ordenanza 26/2010 del Ministerio de Agricultura y Alimentación», invirtiendo en obras de renovación de un edificio comercial existente para el establecimiento de locales separados para la transformación de la leche propia de cabra y la compra de los equipos nuevos y modernos necesarios para este fin. La inversión añadirá valor a la materia prima actualmente producida -leche cruda de cabra, ofreciendo productos finales- queso, leche y yogur para los consumidores finales, siguiendo el concepto de cadenas de suministro cortas y transformando la cooperativa en una unidad económicamente viable y competitiva en el sector. El objetivo es aumentar la eficiencia aumentando el valor de la materia prima y ofreciendo productos locales a los consumidores finales, lo que incluye añadir valor económico social al desarrollo del territorio mediante el desarrollo de un producto innovador (queso de cachota y un producto secundario de lactosuero -leche de leche mediante tecnología sin residuos y respetuosa con el medio ambiente) y servicios- degustaciones y oportunidades de visitas sobre el terreno a la explotación para adquirir los productos, aumentando así los beneficios y, por tanto, los indicadores económicos de rentabilidad. Tras la ejecución del proyecto, el presidente de la autoridad competente tiene la intención de designar a una persona como trabajador común para que asista en la realización de la actividad. El principal objetivo de la propuesta de proyecto también está relacionado con el objetivo del procedimiento BG06RDNP001-19.086 — «LAG — Berkovitsa y Godech» — medida 19.2-4.2 «Inversiones en la transformación/comercialización de productos agrícolas», a saber: Creación de valor añadido para los productos agrícolas locales mediante el apoyo al desarrollo de empresas de transformación de productos agrícolas procedentes del territorio del GAL; Adaptar las plantas de transformación de alimentos a las normas comunitarias; Protección del medio ambiente.
