С настоящия инвестиционен проект производственото предприятие „ЖВ Електрик“ ООД си поставя като главна цел да модернизира и разнообрази основната си дейност, а именно производството на специализирани пластмасови изделия за влагане в електротехниката. Инвестиционната програма на дружеството включва закупуването и въвеждането в експлоатация на една нова шприцмашина за отливане на пластмасови детайли, на периферно оборудване за обслужване както на новата, така и на наличните в предприятието шприцмашини, и на нова инструментална екипировка (матрици или шприцформи). С изпълнението на тази програма ръководството на „ЖВ Електрик“ ООД планира окончателно да изведе от експлоатация наличните в производствената база морално остарели активи (машини и матрици) и да подсигури необходимата материална база за оптимизиране на дейността в нейната цялост. Що се отнася до непосредствените ефекти от реализацията на инвестиционните намерения на дружеството в краткосрочен план, според очакванията на управителя на компанията изпълнението на предложения проект ще доведе до подобряване на цялостното представяне на „ЖВ Електрик“ ООД на националния пазар на пластмасови изделия за електротехниката, съчетано с повишаване на екологичната и енергийна ефективност на производството и чувствително подобряване на условията на труд в предприятието. Не на последно място, в своята цялост така представеният проект не само ще осигури крайно необходимата модернизация на процесите в работата на кандидатстващото дружество и – респективно – един обективен ръст в неговата конкурентоспособност, но ще допринесе и за подобряване на икономическия климат в района на дейността (село Черноземен, община Калояново), стимулирайки по-нататъшното развитие на едно доказало се като печелившо производство и разкривайки първоначално минимум 3 нови работни места. With this investment project, the production plant “ZhV Electric” OOD has as its main objective to modernise and diversify its main activity, namely the production of specialised plastic products for use in electrical engineering. The company’s investment programme includes the purchase and commissioning of a new injection molding machine for moulding plastic parts, peripheral equipment for servicing both new and existing injection machines and new tooling (matrix or injection molds). With the implementation of this program, the management of “Zhv Electric” Ltd. plans to permanently decommission the obsolete assets (machines and matrices) present in the production base and to provide the necessary material base for optimising the activity in its entirety. As for the immediate effects of the realisation of the investment intentions of the company in the short term, according to the expectations of the company manager, the implementation of the proposed project will lead to the improvement of the overall performance of “ZV Electric” Ltd. on the national market of plastic products for electrical engineering, combined with an increase in the environmental and energy efficiency of the production and a significant improvement of the working conditions in the company. Last but not least, in its entirety, the project thus presented will not only ensure the much-needed modernisation of the processes in the work of the applicant company and — respectively — an objective growth in its competitiveness, but will also contribute to improving the economic climate in the area of activity (village of Chernograse, municipality of Kaloyanovo), stimulating the further development of a proven profitable production and initially opening a minimum of 3 new jobs. Avec ce projet d’investissement, l’usine de production «ZHV Electric» OOD a pour objectif principal de moderniser et de diversifier son activité principale, à savoir la production de produits plastiques spécialisés pour l’ingénierie électrique. Le programme d’investissement de l’entreprise comprend l’achat et la mise en service d’une nouvelle machine de moulage par injection pour moulage de pièces en plastique, d’équipements périphériques pour l’entretien des machines d’injection nouvelles et existantes et de nouveaux outillages (matrice ou moules à injection). Avec la mise en œuvre de ce programme, la direction de «ZHV Electric» Ltd. prévoit de déclasser définitivement les actifs obsolètes (machines et matrices) présents dans la base de production et de fournir la base matérielle nécessaire à l’optimisation de l’activité dans son intégralité. Quant aux effets immédiats de la réalisation des intentions d’investissement de l’entreprise à court terme, selon les attentes du responsable de l’entreprise, la mise en œuvre du projet proposé conduira à l’amélioration de la performance globale de «ZV Electric» Ltd. sur le marché national des produits plastiques pour l’ingénierie électrique, combinée à une augmentation de l’efficacité environnementale et énergétique de la production et une amélioration significative des conditions de travail dans l’entreprise. Enfin, mais non des moindres, dans son ensemble, le projet ainsi présenté assurera non seulement la modernisation tant nécessaire des processus dans le travail de la société requérante et, respectivement, une croissance objective de sa compétitivité, mais contribuera également à améliorer le climat économique dans le domaine d’activité (village de Tchernograse, municipalité de Kaloyanovo), stimulant le développement d’une production rentable prouvée et ouvrant initialement un minimum de 3 nouveaux emplois. Mit diesem Investitionsvorhaben hat die Produktionsanlage „ZHV Electric“ OOD das Hauptziel, seine Haupttätigkeit zu modernisieren und zu diversifizieren, nämlich die Herstellung spezialisierter Kunststoffprodukte für den Einsatz in der Elektrotechnik. Das Investitionsprogramm des Unternehmens umfasst den Kauf und die Inbetriebnahme einer neuen Spritzgießmaschine zum Spritzgießen von Kunststoffteilen, periphere Geräte zur Wartung neuer und vorhandener Spritzmaschinen sowie neue Werkzeuge (Matrix oder Spritzgussformen). Mit der Umsetzung dieses Programms plant das Management von „ZHV Electric“ Ltd., die veralteten Anlagen (Maschinen und Matrizen) in der Produktionsbasis dauerhaft stillzulegen und die notwendige Materialbasis für die Optimierung der gesamten Tätigkeit zu schaffen. Was die unmittelbaren Auswirkungen der Realisierung der Investitionsabsichten des Unternehmens kurzfristig betrifft, wird die Umsetzung des vorgeschlagenen Projekts zur Verbesserung der Gesamtleistung von „ZV Electric“ Ltd. auf dem nationalen Markt für Kunststoffprodukte für Elektrotechnik führen, verbunden mit einer Steigerung der Umwelt- und Energieeffizienz der Produktion und einer deutlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsbedingungen im Unternehmen. Nicht zuletzt wird das so vorgestellte Projekt nicht nur die dringend erforderliche Modernisierung der Arbeitsprozesse des antragstellenden Unternehmens und – bzw. ein objektives Wachstum seiner Wettbewerbsfähigkeit – gewährleisten, sondern auch zur Verbesserung des wirtschaftlichen Klimas im Tätigkeitsbereich (Dorf von Chernograse, Gemeinde Kaloyanovo) beitragen, die Weiterentwicklung einer nachgewiesenen rentablen Produktion fördern und zunächst mindestens 3 neue Arbeitsplätze eröffnen. Met dit investeringsproject heeft de productie-installatie „ZHV Electric” OOD als hoofddoel haar hoofdactiviteit te moderniseren en te diversifiëren, namelijk de productie van gespecialiseerde kunststofproducten voor gebruik in de elektrotechniek. Het investeringsprogramma van het bedrijf omvat de aankoop en inbedrijfstelling van een nieuwe spuitgietmachine voor het gieten van kunststofonderdelen, randapparatuur voor het onderhouden van zowel nieuwe als bestaande injectiemachines en nieuwe gereedschappen (matrix of spuitgietmatrijzen). Met de uitvoering van dit programma is het management van „ZHV Electric” Ltd. van plan om de verouderde activa (machines en matrices) die in de productiebasis aanwezig zijn, permanent te ontmantelen en de nodige materiaalbasis te verschaffen om de activiteit in zijn geheel te optimaliseren. Wat betreft de onmiddellijke gevolgen van de verwezenlijking van de investeringsintenties van de onderneming op korte termijn, zal de uitvoering van het voorgestelde project volgens de verwachtingen van de bedrijfsleider leiden tot een verbetering van de algemene prestaties van „ZV Electric” Ltd. op de nationale markt van kunststofproducten voor elektrotechniek, in combinatie met een verhoging van de milieu- en energie-efficiëntie van de productie en een aanzienlijke verbetering van de arbeidsomstandigheden in het bedrijf. Last but not least zal het aldus gepresenteerde project niet alleen zorgen voor de broodnodige modernisering van de processen in het werk van de verzoekende onderneming en — respectievelijk — een objectieve groei van haar concurrentievermogen, maar ook bijdragen tot de verbetering van het economische klimaat op het gebied van activiteit (dorp Chernograse, gemeente Kaloyanovo), de verdere ontwikkeling van een bewezen winstgevende productie stimuleren en in eerste instantie ten minste drie nieuwe banen openen. Con questo progetto di investimento, lo stabilimento di produzione "ZHV Electric" OOD ha come obiettivo principale di modernizzare e diversificare la sua attività principale, vale a dire la produzione di prodotti plastici specializzati per l'uso nell'ingegneria elettrica. Il programma di investimenti dell'azienda prevede l'acquisto e la messa in servizio di una nuova pressa ad iniezione per lo stampaggio di parti in plastica, di apparecchiature periferiche per la manutenzione di macchine a iniezione nuove ed esistenti e di nuovi utensili (matrice o stampi ad iniezione). Con l'attuazione di questo programma, la gestione di "ZHV Electric" Ltd. prevede di disattivare in modo permanente gli asset obsoleti (macchine e matrici) presenti nella base produttiva e di fornire la base materiale necessaria per ottimizzare l'attività nella sua interezza. Per quanto riguarda gli effetti immediati della realizzazione delle intenzioni di investimento dell'azienda a breve termine, secondo le aspettative del responsabile aziendale, l'attuazione del progetto proposto porterà al miglioramento delle prestazioni complessive della "ZV Electric" Ltd. sul mercato nazionale dei prodotti in plastica per l'ingegneria elettrica, unita ad un aumento dell'efficienza ambientale ed energetica della produzione e un significativo miglioramento delle condizioni di lavoro in azienda. Da ultimo, ma non meno importante, nel suo complesso, il progetto così presentato non solo garantirà la tanto necessaria modernizzazione dei processi nel lavoro della società richiedente e — rispettivamente — una crescita oggettiva della sua competitività, ma contribuirà anche a migliorare il clima economico nel settore di attività (villaggio di Chernograse, comune di Kaloyanovo), stimolando l'ulteriore sviluppo di una produzione comprovata redditizia e aprendo inizialmente un minimo di 3 nuovi posti di lavoro. Con este proyecto de inversión, la planta de producción «ZHV Electric» OOD tiene como objetivo principal modernizar y diversificar su actividad principal, a saber, la producción de productos plásticos especializados para su uso en ingeniería eléctrica. El programa de inversión de la empresa incluye la compra y puesta en marcha de una nueva máquina de moldeo por inyección para moldear piezas de plástico, equipos periféricos para el mantenimiento de máquinas de inyección nuevas y existentes y nuevas herramientas (matriz o moldes por inyección). Con la implementación de este programa, la dirección de «ZHV Electric» Ltd. planea desmantelar permanentemente los activos obsoletos (máquinas y matrices) presentes en la base de producción y proporcionar la base material necesaria para optimizar la actividad en su totalidad. En cuanto a los efectos inmediatos de la realización de las intenciones de inversión de la empresa a corto plazo, según las expectativas del gerente de la empresa, la implementación del proyecto propuesto conducirá a la mejora del rendimiento global de «ZV Electric» Ltd. en el mercado nacional de productos plásticos para la ingeniería eléctrica, combinado con un aumento en la eficiencia ambiental y energética de la producción y una mejora significativa de las condiciones de trabajo en la empresa. Por último, pero no por ello menos importante, en su totalidad, el proyecto así presentado no solo garantizará la tan necesaria modernización de los procesos en el trabajo de la empresa solicitante y, respectivamente, un crecimiento objetivo de su competitividad, sino que también contribuirá a mejorar el clima económico en el área de actividad (aldea de Chernograse, municipio de Kaloyanovo), estimulando el desarrollo de una producción rentable comprobada y abriendo inicialmente un mínimo de 3 nuevos puestos de trabajo.
