За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптирането му към пазарните условия, земеделският стопанин ще продължи да отглежда наличните култури и ще увеличи площите им чрез наемане/закупуване на земя през ноември 2020г. и създаване на прасковена градина през пролетта на 2021г.. Със създаването на градината ще се изпълни изискванията на Цел 1.„Увеличаване икономическия размер на земеделското стопанство, с минимум с 2000 евро стандартен производствен обем” и Цел 6 "Създадени нови трайни насаждения, ягодоплодни и лозя, включително винени - най-малко 2 дка". Новосъздадената градина ще се отглежда по метода на конвенционалното земеделие. За задоволяване нуждите на растенията с вода, фермерът предвижда да закупи водна помпа през юни 2020г.. Закупуването на водната помпа ще е инвестицията/дейността с която ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана най-късно до девет месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ. За да отговори стопанството на Стандартите на Общността по отношение на фитосанитарните изисквания и Закона за защита на растенията, той ще продължи стриктно да води дневниците. По този начин ще бъде изпълнена цел 4 "Достигане на съответствие със Стандартите на Общността по отношение на ветеринарните и фитосанитарните изисквания, хуманното отношение към животните, опазването на околната среда, хигиената, сигурността и безопасните условия на труд". To restructure the holding and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will continue to cultivate available crops and increase their area through renting/purchase of land in November 2020 and the creation of a peach garden in spring 2021. The creation of the garden will meet the requirements of Objective 1 “Increasing the economic size of the agricultural holding by at least EUR 2 000 standard production volume” and Objective 6 “Created new permanent crops, berries and vineyards, including wine — at least 2 decares”. The newly created garden will be cultivated using the method of conventional agriculture. To satisfy the needs of plants with water, the farmer plans to purchase a water pump in June 2020. The purchase of the water pump will be the investment/activity with which the implementation of the business plan will start at the latest within nine months from the date of conclusion of the financial assistance contract. In order to meet the Community Standards on Phytosanitary Requirements and the Plant Protection Act, the farm will continue to keep the logbooks strictly. In this way, Objective 4 “Reaching compliance with the Community Standards as regards veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, animal welfare, environmental protection, hygiene, safety and safety at work” will be met. Afin de restructurer l’exploitation et de l’adapter aux conditions du marché, l’agriculteur continuera à cultiver les cultures disponibles et à augmenter sa superficie grâce à la location/achat de terres en novembre 2020 et à la création d’un jardin de pêche au printemps 2021. La création du jardin répondra aux exigences de l’objectif no 1 «Accroître la taille économique de l’exploitation agricole d’un volume de production standard d’au moins 2 000 EUR» et de l’objectif 6 «Création de nouvelles cultures permanentes, baies et vignobles, y compris le vin — au moins 2 soins». Le jardin nouvellement créé sera cultivé selon la méthode de l’agriculture conventionnelle. Pour satisfaire les besoins des plantes avec de l’eau, l’agriculteur prévoit d’acheter une pompe à eau en juin 2020. L’achat de la pompe à eau sera l’investissement/activité avec lequel la mise en œuvre du plan d’entreprise débutera au plus tard dans un délai de neuf mois à compter de la date de conclusion du contrat d’assistance financière. Afin de respecter les normes communautaires sur les exigences phytosanitaires et la Loi sur la protection des végétaux, la ferme continuera de tenir strictement les journaux de bord. De cette manière, l’objectif no 4 «Atteindre le respect des normes communautaires en ce qui concerne les exigences vétérinaires et phytosanitaires, le bien-être des animaux, la protection de l’environnement, l’hygiène, la sécurité et la sécurité au travail» sera atteint. Um den Betrieb umzustrukturieren und ihn an die Marktbedingungen anzupassen, wird der Landwirt im November 2020 durch Anmietung/Kauf von Flächen und durch die Schaffung eines Pfirsichgartens im Frühjahr 2021 weiterhin verfügbare Kulturen anbauen und ihre Fläche erhöhen. Die Schaffung des Gartens wird den Anforderungen von Ziel 1 „Erhöhung der wirtschaftlichen Größe des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs um mindestens 2 000 EUR Standardproduktionsvolumen“ und Ziel 6 „Neue Dauerkulturen, Beeren und Rebflächen einschließlich Wein – mindestens 2 Decares“ entsprechen. Der neu geschaffene Garten wird mit der Methode der konventionellen Landwirtschaft angebaut. Um den Bedürfnissen von Pflanzen mit Wasser gerecht zu werden, plant der Landwirt, im Juni 2020 eine Wasserpumpe zu kaufen. Der Kauf der Wasserpumpe ist die Investition/Aktivität, mit der die Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans spätestens neun Monate nach Abschluss des Finanzhilfevertrags beginnt. Um die Gemeinschaftsnormen für pflanzengesundheitliche Anforderungen und das Pflanzenschutzgesetz zu erfüllen, wird der Betrieb die Logbücher weiterhin strikt aufbewahren. Ziel 4 „Die Einhaltung der Gemeinschaftsnormen in Bezug auf veterinär- und pflanzenschutzrechtliche Anforderungen, Tierschutz, Umweltschutz, Hygiene, Sicherheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz“ wird auf diese Weise erfüllt. Om het bedrijf te herstructureren en aan te passen aan de marktomstandigheden, zal de landbouwer de beschikbare gewassen blijven verbouwen en hun oppervlakte blijven vergroten door in november 2020 grond te huren/aankopen en in het voorjaar van 2021 een perziktuin te creëren. De aanleg van de tuin zal voldoen aan de vereisten van doelstelling 1 „Verhoging van de economische omvang van het landbouwbedrijf met ten minste 2 000 EUR standaardproductievolume” en doelstelling 6 „Gebouwde nieuwe meerjarige teelten, bessen en wijngaarden, met inbegrip van wijn — ten minste 2 decares”. De nieuw gecreëerde tuin zal worden gecultiveerd met behulp van de methode van de conventionele landbouw. Om te voorzien in de behoeften van planten met water, is de landbouwer van plan om in juni 2020 een waterpomp aan te schaffen. De aankoop van de waterpomp is de investering/activiteit waarmee de uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan uiterlijk negen maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor financiële bijstand van start gaat. Om te voldoen aan de communautaire normen inzake fytosanitaire voorschriften en de Wet gewasbescherming zal het bedrijf de logboeken strikt blijven bijhouden. Op die manier zal worden voldaan aan doelstelling 4 „De naleving van de communautaire normen op veterinair en fytosanitair gebied, dierenwelzijn, milieubescherming, hygiëne, veiligheid en veiligheid op het werk”. Per ristrutturare l'azienda e adattarla alle condizioni di mercato, l'agricoltore continuerà a coltivare le colture disponibili e ad aumentare la loro superficie attraverso la locazione/acquisto di terreni nel novembre 2020 e la creazione di un orto di pesca nella primavera 2021. La creazione del giardino risponderà ai requisiti dell'obiettivo 1 "Aumentare le dimensioni economiche dell'azienda agricola di almeno 2 000 EUR di volume standard di produzione" e dell'obiettivo 6 "Nuove colture permanenti, bacche e vigneti creati, compreso il vino — almeno 2 decare". Il giardino di nuova creazione sarà coltivato con il metodo dell'agricoltura convenzionale. Per soddisfare le esigenze delle piante con acqua, l'agricoltore prevede di acquistare una pompa dell'acqua nel giugno 2020. L'acquisto della pompa idrica sarà l'investimento/attività con cui l'attuazione del piano aziendale inizierà al più tardi entro nove mesi dalla data di conclusione del contratto di assistenza finanziaria. Per rispettare le norme comunitarie sui requisiti fitosanitari e la legge sulla protezione dei vegetali, l'azienda continuerà a tenere rigorosamente i giornali di bordo. In tal modo sarà rispettato l'obiettivo 4 "Raggiungere il rispetto delle norme comunitarie per quanto riguarda i requisiti veterinari e fitosanitari, il benessere degli animali, la protezione dell'ambiente, l'igiene, la sicurezza e la sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro". Para reestructurar la explotación y adaptarla a las condiciones del mercado, el agricultor seguirá cultivando los cultivos disponibles y aumentando su superficie mediante el alquiler/compra de tierras en noviembre de 2020 y la creación de un jardín de duraznos en la primavera de 2021. La creación de la huerta cumplirá los requisitos del objetivo n.º 1 «Aumentar el volumen de producción estándar de la explotación agrícola en al menos 2 000 EUR» y del objetivo n.º 6 «Creación de nuevos cultivos permanentes, bayas y viñedos, incluido el vino — al menos dos decares». El jardín recién creado se cultivará utilizando el método de la agricultura convencional. Para satisfacer las necesidades de las plantas con agua, el agricultor planea comprar una bomba de agua en junio de 2020. La compra de la bomba de agua será la inversión/actividad con la que comenzará la ejecución del plan empresarial a más tardar en un plazo de nueve meses a partir de la fecha de celebración del contrato de asistencia financiera. Con el fin de cumplir las normas comunitarias sobre requisitos fitosanitarios y la Ley de protección fitosanitaria, la explotación seguirá manteniendo estrictamente los cuadernos diarios de pesca. De este modo, se cumplirá el objetivo n.º 4 «Hacia el cumplimiento de las normas comunitarias en materia de requisitos veterinarios y fitosanitarios, bienestar animal, protección del medio ambiente, higiene, seguridad y seguridad en el trabajo».
