За преструктурирането на стопанството фермерът ще продължи да отглежда наличните малинови насаждения в размер и ще наеме през есента на 2019 г. още 9,999 дка малини, които също ще отглежда по биологичен начин, като фермерът ще сключи анекс към договора за биологично производство през есента на 2019г.. За намаляване разходите за външни механизирани услуги и извършване на основните обработки в най-подходящ момент ще закупи мотофреза. В срок до 36 месеца от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ ( до края на месец август 2021г.) , фермерът ще отговори на изискванията за професионални умения и компетентности, чрез завършване на курс на обучение с продължителност 150 часа, по възможност по подмярка 1.1 „Професионално обучение и придобиване на умения“. В случай, че курса на обучение от 150 учебни часа, включва предмет или модул с продължителност от поне 15 учебни часа по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор, кандидатът ще премине едновременно и това обучение, в противен случай ще участва в обучение (курс) или информационна дейност относно тези проблеми с продължителност поне 8 учебни часа. За да отговори стопанството на Закона за защита на растенията, фермера ще продължи редовно да води дневник за приложение на продуктите за растителна защита, торове и подобрители на почвата и ще преминаване курс за работа с препарати от втора група. С преминаване на този курс ще стартира изпълнението на бизнес плана до 9 месеца считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ. Pour restructurer l’exploitation, l’agriculteur continuera à cultiver les framboises disponibles en taille et à louer 9.999 autres frais de framboises à l’automne 2019, qui seront également cultivés de manière biologique, et l’agriculteur conclura une annexe au contrat de production biologique à l’automne 2019. Pour réduire le coût des services mécanisés externes et effectuer les principaux traitements au moment le plus approprié sera l’achat de coupe papillon. Dans un délai de 36 mois à compter de la date de conclusion du contrat d’aide financière (d’ici la fin du mois d’août 2021), l’agriculteur répondra aux exigences en matière d’aptitudes et de compétences professionnelles en suivant une formation de 150 heures, éventuellement au titre de la sous-mesure 1.1 «Formation et compétences professionnelles». Dans le cas où un cours de formation de 150 heures d’enseignement comprend une matière ou un module d’au moins 15 heures d’enseignement sur des questions environnementales clés dans le secteur agricole, le demandeur recevra également cette formation en même temps, sinon il participera à une formation (cours) ou à une activité d’information sur ces questions d’au moins 8 heures. Afin de se conformer à la loi sur la protection des végétaux, l’agriculteur continuera de tenir régulièrement un journal sur l’application de produits phytopharmaceutiques, d’engrais et d’amendements et suivra un cours de travail avec les préparations de deuxième groupe. En passant ce cours, la mise en œuvre du plan d’entreprise débutera dans un délai de 9 mois à compter de la date de conclusion du contrat d’assistance financière. Um den Betrieb umzustrukturieren, wird der Landwirt die verfügbaren Himbeeren weiter anbauen und im Herbst 2019 weitere 9,999 Decares von Himbeeren mieten, die ebenfalls ökologisch angebaut werden, und der Landwirt wird im Herbst 2019 einen Anhang zum Vertrag über die ökologische/biologische Produktion abschließen. Um die Kosten für externe mechanisierte Dienstleistungen zu reduzieren und die Hauptbehandlungen zum am besten geeigneten Zeitpunkt durchzuführen, wird Mottenschneider kaufen. Innerhalb von 36 Monaten nach Abschluss des Finanzhilfevertrags (bis Ende August 2021) wird der Landwirt die Anforderungen an die beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen erfüllen, indem er einen Ausbildungsgang von 150 Stunden absolviert, möglicherweise im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 1.1 „Berufsbildung und -qualifikationen“. Für den Fall, dass ein Ausbildungsgang von 150 Unterrichtsstunden ein Fach oder ein Modul von mindestens 15 Unterrichtsstunden zu wichtigen Umweltfragen im Agrarsektor umfasst, erhält der Antragsteller diese Ausbildung gleichzeitig, andernfalls wird er an einer Ausbildung (Kurs) oder Informationsaktivitäten zu diesen Themen von mindestens 8 Stunden teilnehmen. Um dem Pflanzenschutzgesetz nachzukommen, wird der Landwirt weiterhin ein regelmäßiges Tagebuch über die Anwendung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln, Düngemitteln und Bodenverbesserungsmitteln führen und einen Kurs für die Arbeit mit Zubereitungen der zweiten Gruppe durchlaufen. Mit Ablauf dieses Kurses beginnt die Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans innerhalb von 9 Monaten ab dem Tag des Abschlusses des Finanzhilfevertrags. Im Zusammenhang mit einer Steigerung der Produktion sieht der Landwirt die Eröffnung eines Arbeitsplatzes ab September 2021 vor. (German)

Om het bedrijf te herstructureren, zal de landbouwer de beschikbare frambozen in omvang blijven kweken en in het najaar van 2019 nog eens 9.999 verzorging voor frambozen huren, die ook biologisch zullen worden geteeld, en zal de boer in het najaar van 2019 een bijlage sluiten bij het contract voor biologische productie. Om de kosten van externe gemechaniseerde diensten te verminderen en het uitvoeren van de belangrijkste behandelingen op het meest geschikte tijdstip zal de aankoop van mottensnijder. Binnen 36 maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor financiële steun (uiterlijk eind augustus 2021) voldoet de landbouwer aan de vereisten inzake professionele vaardigheden en competenties door een opleiding van 150 uur te volgen, eventueel in het kader van submaatregel 1.1 „Vocationele opleiding en vaardigheden”. In het geval dat een opleiding van 150 lesuren een vak of module van ten minste 15 lesuren over belangrijke milieukwesties in de landbouwsector omvat, zal de aanvrager deze opleiding tegelijkertijd ook ontvangen, anders zal hij/zij deelnemen aan een opleiding (cursus) of voorlichtingsactiviteit over deze onderwerpen van ten minste 8 uur. Om te voldoen aan de Wet gewasbescherming zal de landbouwer regelmatig een dagboek bijhouden over de toepassing van gewasbeschermingsmiddelen, meststoffen en bodemverbeteraars en zal hij een cursus volgen voor het werken met tweede groepspreparaten. Door deze cursus te volgen, begint de uitvoering van het businessplan binnen 9 maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor financiële bijstand. Per ristrutturare l'azienda agricola, l'agricoltore continuerà a coltivare i lamponi disponibili in dimensioni e ad affittare altri 9.999 decadi di lamponi nell'autunno 2019, anch'essi coltivati con metodo biologico, e l'agricoltore concluderà un allegato al contratto di produzione biologica nell'autunno 2019. Per ridurre il costo dei servizi meccanizzati esterni ed effettuare i principali trattamenti al momento più opportuno acquisteranno la fresa delle falene. Entro 36 mesi dalla data di conclusione del contratto di aiuto finanziario (entro la fine di agosto 2021), l'agricoltore soddisferà i requisiti di capacità e competenze professionali completando un corso di formazione di 150 ore, eventualmente nell'ambito della sottomisura 1.1 "Formazione e abilità professionali". Nel caso in cui un corso di formazione di 150 ore di insegnamento comprenda una materia o un modulo di almeno 15 ore di insegnamento su questioni ambientali chiave nel settore agricolo, il candidato riceverà contemporaneamente tale formazione, altrimenti parteciperà a un corso di formazione (corso) o ad un'attività di informazione su questi temi di almeno 8 ore. Per conformarsi alla legge sulla protezione delle piante, l'agricoltore continuerà a tenere un diario regolare sull'applicazione di prodotti fitosanitari, fertilizzanti e ammendanti e seguirà un corso per lavorare con i preparati del secondo gruppo. Con questo corso, l'attuazione del piano aziendale inizierà entro 9 mesi dalla data di conclusione del contratto di assistenza finanziaria. Para reestructurar la explotación, el agricultor seguirá cultivando las frambuesas disponibles en tamaño y alquilando otras 9.999 decares de frambuesas en otoño de 2019, que también serán cultivadas ecológicamente, y el agricultor concluirá un anexo al contrato de producción ecológica en otoño de 2019. Para reducir el costo de los servicios mecanizados externos y llevar a cabo los principales tratamientos en el momento más adecuado se comprará el cortador de polilla. En un plazo de 36 meses a partir de la fecha de celebración del contrato de ayuda financiera (a finales de agosto de 2021), el agricultor cumplirá los requisitos de capacidades y competencias profesionales completando un curso de formación de 150 horas, posiblemente en el marco de la submedida 1.1 «Formación profesional y capacidades». En caso de que un curso de formación de 150 horas lectivas incluya una asignatura o módulo de al menos 15 horas de enseñanza sobre cuestiones medioambientales clave en el sector agrícola, el solicitante también recibirá esta formación al mismo tiempo, de lo contrario participará en una formación (curso) o actividad informativa sobre estas cuestiones de al menos 8 horas. Con el fin de cumplir con la Ley de Protección Fitosanitaria, el agricultor seguirá llevando un diario regular sobre la aplicación de productos fitosanitarios, fertilizantes y enmiendas del suelo y seguirá un curso para trabajar con los preparados del segundo grupo.
