За преструктуриране на своето стопанство бенефициентът ще продължи с отглеждането на 21,313 дка прасковени градини, а до края на 2020 г ще наеме 6,000 дка сливова градина. По този начин ще изпълни цел 1 от бизнес плана си -" Увеличаване на икономическия размер на стопанството , измерен в СПО (минимум 4000 евро СПО) " Ще сключи договор със сертифицираща организация и ще започне отглеждане на новонаетата сливова градина по биологичен начин. С цел оптимизиране на производството в стопанството, бенeфициентът предвижда да закупи дискова брана подходящ за нуждите на стопанството.Тази инвестиция предвижда да извърши до девет месеца след одобрението на проекта. За придобиване на професионални умения и компетентности до 36 месеца от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ, но не по-късно от избраната крайна дата на периода за проверка на изпълнението на бизнес плана, фермерът ще завърши курс от 150ч. по подмярка 1.1 „Професионално обучение и придобиване на умения“. В случай, че в този курс са включени и часове (модул) с продължителност от минимум 8 ч по опазване на компонентите на околната среда бенефициентът ще премине и него. В противен случай ще търси друга възможност да участва в обучение по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор и/или ще участва в информационна дейност относно тези проблеми .С увеличаване капацитета на стопанството и обема на работа се увеличава и необходимостта от разкриване на едно работно място. За целта най- късно до началото на м. август 2021.г ще бъде назначен 1бр. работник на постоянен трудов договор на пълно работно време. (Bulgarian)

In the event that this course also includes hours (module) of a minimum duration of 8 hours for environmental protection, the beneficiary will pass it as well. Otherwise, he will look for another opportunity to participate in training on major environmental protection issues in the agricultural sector and/or participate in information work on these problems. Dans le cas où ce cours comprend également des heures (module) d’une durée minimale de 8 heures pour la protection de l’environnement, le bénéficiaire le réussira également. Dans le cas contraire, il cherchera une autre occasion de participer à la formation sur les grandes questions de protection de l’environnement dans le secteur agricole et/ou de participer à des travaux d’information sur ces problèmes. Um seinen Betrieb umzustrukturieren, wird der Begünstigte weiterhin 21.313 Entsorgen von Pfirsichgärten anbauen und bis Ende 2020 6.000 Pflaumengarten mieten. Auf diese Weise wird es Ziel 1 seines Geschäftsplans erfüllen – „Erhöhung der wirtschaftlichen Größe des Betriebes, gemessen im OSP (mindestens 4 000 EUR CSP)“ wird mit einer Zertifizierungsorganisation zusammenarbeiten und mit dem ökologischen Anbau des neu gemieteten Pflaumengartens beginnen. Um die Produktion des Betriebs zu optimieren, beabsichtigt der Begünstigte, eine für den Bedarf des Betriebs geeignete Scheibenegge zu erwerben, die bis zu neun Monate nach Genehmigung des Vorhabens durchgeführt werden soll. Für den Erwerb von beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen innerhalb von 36 Monaten nach Abschluss des Finanzhilfevertrags, spätestens jedoch am ausgewählten Ende des Zeitraums für die Überprüfung der Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans, wird der Landwirt einen Kurs von 150 Stunden im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 1.1 „Berufsbildung und Erwerb von Kompetenzen“ absolvieren. Für den Fall, dass dieser Kurs auch Stunden (Modul) von einer Mindestdauer von 8 Stunden für den Umweltschutz umfasst, wird der Begünstigte ihn auch übergeben. Andernfalls wird er nach einer weiteren Möglichkeit suchen, an der Ausbildung zu wichtigen Umweltschutzfragen im Agrarsektor teilzunehmen und/oder sich an der Informationsarbeit zu diesen Problemen zu beteiligen. Zu diesem Zweck wird spätestens Anfang August 2021 ein 1-teiliger Vollzeitbeschäftigter eingestellt. (German)

Op deze manier zal het voldoen aan doelstelling 1 van haar bedrijfsplan — „Verhoging van de economische omvang van het bedrijf, gemeten in de OSP (minimaal 4 000 EUR CSP)” zal contracteren met een certificeringsorganisatie en beginnen met de biologische teelt van de nieuw gehuurde pruimentuin. Om de productie van het bedrijf te optimaliseren, is de begunstigde voornemens een schijfeg te kopen die geschikt is voor de behoeften van het bedrijf. Deze investering is van plan om tot negen maanden na de goedkeuring van het project uit te voeren. Voor het verwerven van professionele vaardigheden en competenties binnen 36 maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor financiële steun, maar uiterlijk op de geselecteerde einddatum van de periode voor de verificatie van de uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan, zal de landbouwer een cursus van 150 uur voltooien in het kader van submaatregel 1.1 „Vocationele opleiding en verwerving van vaardigheden”. In het geval dat deze cursus ook uren (module) van een minimumduur van 8 uur voor milieubescherming omvat, zal de begunstigde deze ook passeren. Anders zal hij op zoek gaan naar een nieuwe kans om deel te nemen aan opleidingen over belangrijke milieubeschermingskwesties in de landbouwsector en/of deel te nemen aan voorlichtingswerkzaamheden over deze problemen. In caso contrario, egli cercherà un'altra opportunità per partecipare alla formazione sui principali problemi di tutela dell'ambiente nel settore agricolo e/o partecipare a lavori di informazione su questi problemi. Con un aumento della capacità e del carico di lavoro delle aziende agricole, aumenta anche la necessità di creare un posto di lavoro. De esta manera, cumplirá el objetivo n.º 1 de su plan de negocio: «Aumentar el tamaño económico de la explotación, medido en el OSP (mínimo 4 000 EUR CSP)» Contratará con una organización certificadora e iniciará el cultivo ecológico del jardín de ciruelas recién alquilados. Con el fin de optimizar la producción de la explotación, el beneficiario tiene la intención de adquirir una grada de disco adecuada a las necesidades de la explotación, que prevé realizar hasta nueve meses después de la aprobación del proyecto. Para la adquisición de capacidades y competencias profesionales en un plazo de 36 meses a partir de la fecha de celebración del contrato de ayuda financiera, pero a más tardar en la fecha de finalización seleccionada del período de verificación de la ejecución del plan empresarial, el agricultor completará un curso de 150 horas en virtud de la submedida 1.1 «Formación profesional y adquisición de competencias». En el caso de que este curso también incluya horas (módulo) de una duración mínima de 8 horas para la protección del medio ambiente, el beneficiario también lo aprobará. De lo contrario, buscará otra oportunidad para participar en la formación sobre las principales cuestiones de protección del medio ambiente en el sector agrícola o participar en trabajos de información sobre estos problemas.
