Настоящият проект предвижда осъществяване на инвестиция в два основни етапа: 1. Изграждането на производствен цех, за производство на детайли от цветни метали в село Ръжево Конаре, Община Калояново 2. Закупуване на производствено оборудване, което включва следните машини: Универсална фреза с допълнителна комплектовка към нея, пробивна машина, тигелна електрическа пещ, бетонобъркачка, която ще се използва за разбъркване на инертни материали необходими за производството и производствено оборудване (маси и стелажи). Предвидената инвестиция в настоящия проект ще позволи цялостно изграждане и оборудване на една съвременна производствена база, даваща конкурентно предимство на кандидата, като в същото време ще даде възможност да бъдат постигнати високи стандарти за здраве и безопасност на труда. Детайлното описание на всички предвидени по проекта активи е дадено в таблица 1 от настоящия бизнес план, както и в Таблицата за допустимите инвестиции към заявлението за кандидатстване. Нетният финансов ресурс, необходим за осъществяването на инвестицията възлиза на над 300 000 лева. С реализирането на инвестицията предприятието ще подобри дейността си, чрез разкриване на нови и запазване на вече съществуващите работни места, внедряване на нови машини и оборудване и модернизиране на производствената база като изгради собствен цех за производство. This project provides for the implementation of an investment in two main stages: 1. The construction of a production workshop for the production of parts of non-ferrous metals in the village of Razhevo Konare, Municipality of Kaloyanovo 2. Purchase of production equipment which includes the following machinery: Universal milling machine with additional assembly to it, drilling machine, crucible electric furnace, concrete mixer, which will be used for stirring aggregates necessary for production and production equipment (tables and racks). The planned investment in this project will allow the complete construction and equipment of a modern production base, giving the applicant a competitive advantage, while at the same time enabling high standards of health and safety at work to be achieved. The detailed description of all project assets is given in Table 1 of this Business Plan as well as in the Eligible Investments Table attached to the application. The net financial resource required to carry out the investment amounts to more than BGN 300 000. With the realisation of the investment, the enterprise will improve its activity by opening new and maintaining existing jobs, introducing new machinery and equipment and modernising the production base by building its own production plant. Ce projet prévoit la réalisation d’un investissement en deux étapes principales: 1. La construction d’un atelier de production pour la production de parties de métaux non ferreux dans le village de Razhevo Konare, municipalité de Kaloyanovo 2. Achat d’équipements de production comprenant les machines suivantes: Fraiseuse universelle avec assemblage supplémentaire, machine de perçage, four électrique creuset, mélangeur de béton, qui sera utilisé pour agiter les granulats nécessaires à la production et à l’équipement de production (tables et racks). L’investissement prévu dans ce projet permettra la construction et l’équipement complets d’une base de production moderne, donnant au demandeur un avantage concurrentiel, tout en permettant d’atteindre des normes élevées en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail. La description détaillée de tous les actifs du projet figure au tableau 1 du présent plan d’activités ainsi qu’au tableau des placements admissibles joint à la demande. Les ressources financières nettes nécessaires à la réalisation de l’investissement s’élèvent à plus de 300 000 BGN. Avec la réalisation de l’investissement, l’entreprise améliorera son activité en ouvrant de nouveaux emplois et en maintenant les emplois existants, en introduisant de nouvelles machines et équipements et en modernisant la base de production en construisant sa propre usine de production. Dieses Projekt sieht die Durchführung einer Investition in zwei Hauptphasen vor: 1. Der Bau einer Produktionswerkstatt für die Herstellung von Teilen von NE-Metallen im Dorf Razhevo Konare, Gemeinde Kaloyanovo 2. Kauf von Produktionsanlagen, die folgende Maschinen umfassen: Universalfräsmaschine mit zusätzlicher Montage, Bohrmaschine, Tiegel-Elektroofen, Betonmischer, die zum Rühren von Aggregaten verwendet werden, die für Produktions- und Produktionsanlagen (Tisch und Regale) notwendig sind. Die geplanten Investitionen in dieses Projekt werden den kompletten Bau und die Ausrüstung einer modernen Produktionsbasis ermöglichen und dem Antragsteller einen Wettbewerbsvorteil verschaffen und gleichzeitig hohe Standards in Bezug auf Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz erreichen. Die detaillierte Beschreibung aller Projektvermögen ist in Tabelle 1 dieses Geschäftsplans sowie in der dem Antrag beigefügten Tabelle für förderfähige Investitionen enthalten. Die zur Durchführung der Investition erforderliche Netto-Finanzmittel beläuft sich auf mehr als 300 000 BGN. Mit der Realisierung der Investition wird das Unternehmen seine Tätigkeit verbessern, indem es neue Arbeitsplätze eröffnet und bestehende Arbeitsplätze erhält, neue Maschinen und Geräte einführt und die Produktionsbasis durch den Bau einer eigenen Produktionsanlage modernisiert. Dit project voorziet in de uitvoering van een investering in twee hoofdfasen: 1. De bouw van een werkplaats voor de productie van delen van non-ferrometalen in het dorp Razhevo Konare, gemeente Kaloyanovo 2. Aankoop van productieapparatuur die de volgende machines omvat: Universele freesmachine met extra montage, boormachine, smeltkroes elektrische oven, betonmixer, die zal worden gebruikt voor het roeren van aggregaten die nodig zijn voor productie- en productieapparatuur (tabellen en rekken). De geplande investering in dit project zal de volledige bouw en uitrusting van een moderne productiebasis mogelijk maken, waardoor de aanvrager een concurrentievoordeel krijgt en tegelijkertijd hoge normen op het gebied van gezondheid en veiligheid op het werk kunnen worden bereikt. De gedetailleerde beschrijving van alle projectactiva is te vinden in tabel 1 van dit businessplan en in de bij de aanvraag gevoegde tabel voor in aanmerking komende investeringen. De netto financiële middelen die nodig zijn om de investering uit te voeren, bedragen meer dan 300 000 BGN. Met de realisatie van de investering zal de onderneming haar activiteit verbeteren door nieuwe banen te openen en bestaande banen te behouden, nieuwe machines en apparatuur in te voeren en de productiebasis te moderniseren door een eigen productie-installatie te bouwen. Questo progetto prevede la realizzazione di un investimento in due fasi principali: 1. La costruzione di un'officina di produzione per la produzione di parti di metalli non ferrosi nel villaggio di Razhevo Konare, comune di Kaloyanovo 2. Acquisto di attrezzature di produzione comprendenti i seguenti macchinari: Fresatrice universale con montaggio aggiuntivo ad esso, foratrice, forno elettrico crogiolo, miscelatore di calcestruzzo, che sarà utilizzato per mescolare aggregati necessari per la produzione e le attrezzature di produzione (tavoli e rack). L'investimento previsto in questo progetto consentirà la costruzione e l'attrezzatura complete di una moderna base produttiva, conferendo al richiedente un vantaggio competitivo, consentendo al contempo di raggiungere elevati standard di salute e sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro. La descrizione dettagliata di tutte le attività del progetto è riportata nella tabella 1 del presente piano aziendale e nella tabella investimenti ammissibili allegata alla domanda. La risorsa finanziaria netta necessaria per realizzare l'investimento è superiore a BGN 300 000. Con la realizzazione dell'investimento, l'impresa migliorerà la propria attività aprendo nuovi posti di lavoro e mantenendo nuovi posti di lavoro esistenti, introducendo nuovi macchinari e attrezzature e modernizzando la base produttiva costruendo il proprio stabilimento produttivo. Este proyecto prevé la realización de una inversión en dos fases principales: 1. La construcción de un taller de producción para la producción de partes de metales no ferrosos en el pueblo de Razhevo Konare, municipio de Kaloyanovo 2. Adquisición de equipos de producción que incluyan las siguientes máquinas: Fresadora universal con montaje adicional a ella, máquina de perforación, horno eléctrico crisol, mezclador de hormigón, que se utilizará para agitar los agregados necesarios para la producción y el equipo de producción (mesas y racks). La inversión prevista en este proyecto permitirá la construcción completa y el equipamiento de una base de producción moderna, dando al solicitante una ventaja competitiva, al tiempo que permitirá alcanzar altos niveles de salud y seguridad en el trabajo. La descripción detallada de todos los activos del proyecto figura en el cuadro 1 del presente plan de actividades, así como en el cuadro de inversiones admisibles adjunto a la solicitud. El recurso financiero neto necesario para realizar la inversión asciende a más de 300.000 BGN. Con la realización de la inversión, la empresa mejorará su actividad abriendo nuevos y manteniendo puestos de trabajo existentes, introduciendo nuevas maquinarias y equipos y modernizando la base de producción mediante la construcción de su propia planta de producción.
