Настоящият проект предвижда на първи етап (нефинансиран по програмата) извършването на основен ремонт и реконструкция на съществуващо предприятие за преработка на двучерупчести, черупчести, риба и други хидробионати от аквакултура и риболов, в землището на с. Българево, общ. Каварна, обл. Добрич, местност Дълбока и втори етап технологично оборудване и обзавеждане на предприятието (финансиран по програмата). Съществуващата сграда е собственост на ДЪЛБОКА ООД и е разположена в собствен терен.Сградата ще разполага с площадки за приемане на суровини и материали и за експедиция на готовата продукция. Планировъчното решение на проекта и разпределението на необходимите складови, спомагателни, производствени и санитарно-битови помещения е изготвено на база функционалните връзки между отделните технологични операции в процеса на производство, така че те да са оптимални, да се намали до минимум пресичането на материалните потоци и да не се допуска вероятност от кръстосано замърсяване.Проектният капацитет на обекта за преработка на двучерупчести, черупчести, риба и други хидробионати ще бъде около 1200 кг/ден. Сградата ще бъде захранена с електрически ток с необходимата мощност, с природен газ и с питейна вода с подходящ дебит съгласно нормите за проектиране, а отпадните води след съответна обработка ще се заустват в съответната канализационна система. След извършването на инвестицията ще имаме екологично чисто и модерно оборудвано предприятие, отговарящо на най - високите стандарти, в което ще се преработват висококачествени рибни продукти и аквакултури, собствено производство. С въвеждането в експлоатация на предприятието, ще се подобрят значително условията за труд на персонала, ще се осигури достатъчна конкурентно способност на продукцията, поради намаляване на разходите за преработка и ще се реализира висока добавена стойност на продуктите от аквакултура и ще се разшири пазарната реализация на продукцията. The present project envisages at the first stage (unfunded by the programme) the carrying out of a major renovation and reconstruction of an existing enterprise for processing bivalves, shellfish, fish and other hydrobions from aquaculture and fishing, in the land of the village of Balgarevo, municipality. Kavarna, region. Dobrich, Dalboka locality and second stage technological equipment and furnishings of the enterprise (funded by the program). The existing building is owned by DALBOKA Ltd. and is located in its own land. The building will have sites for reception of raw materials and for dispatch of finished products. The planning decision of the project and the distribution of the necessary storage, auxiliary, production and sanitary premises are prepared on the basis of the functional links between the different technological operations in the production process, so that they are optimal, to minimise the crossing of material flows and to prevent the possibility of cross-contamination. The project capacity of the site for processing bivalve, shellfish, fish and other hydrobions will be about 1 200 kg/day. The building will be supplied with electric current of the required power, natural gas and drinking water with adequate flow according to the design standards, and the waste water after proper treatment will be discharged into the relevant sewage system. After the investment, we will have an environmentally friendly and modernly equipped enterprise meeting the highest standards, in which high quality fishery products and aquaculture, own production, will be processed. The start-up of the plant will significantly improve the working conditions of the staff, ensure sufficient competitive capacity of production due to a reduction in processing costs and generate a high added value of aquaculture products and expand the marketing of production. Le présent projet prévoit, dans un premier temps (non financé par le programme), la réalisation d’une rénovation et d’une reconstruction majeures d’une entreprise existante de transformation de bivalves, de mollusques, de poissons et d’autres hydrobions provenant de l’aquaculture et de la pêche, sur le territoire du village de Balgarevo, municipalité. Kavarna, région. Dobrich, Dalboka localité et deuxième étape équipement technologique et l’ameublement de l’entreprise (financé par le programme). Le bâtiment existant est la propriété de Dalboka Ltd. et est situé sur son propre terrain. Le bâtiment aura des sites pour la réception des matières premières et pour l’expédition des produits finis. La décision de planification du projet et la répartition des locaux de stockage, auxiliaires, de production et sanitaires nécessaires sont préparées sur la base des liens fonctionnels entre les différentes opérations technologiques dans le processus de production, de manière à ce qu’elles soient optimales, afin de minimiser le franchissement des flux de matériaux et d’éviter la possibilité de contamination croisée. La capacité du projet du site de transformation des bivalves, des mollusques, des poissons et d’autres hydrobions sera d’environ 1 200 kg/jour. Le bâtiment sera alimenté en courant électrique de l’énergie nécessaire, en gaz naturel et en eau potable avec un débit adéquat conformément aux normes de conception, et les eaux usées après traitement approprié seront rejetées dans le réseau d’égouts concerné. Après l’investissement, nous disposerons d’une entreprise respectueuse de l’environnement et dotée d’équipements modernes répondant aux normes les plus élevées, dans laquelle des produits de la pêche et de l’aquaculture de haute qualité, leur propre production, seront transformés. Le démarrage de l’usine permettra d’améliorer considérablement les conditions de travail du personnel, d’assurer une capacité de production compétitive suffisante grâce à une réduction des coûts de transformation et de générer une forte valeur ajoutée des produits aquacoles et d’étendre la commercialisation de la production. Das vorliegende Projekt sieht in der ersten Phase (nicht durch das Programm finanziert) die Durchführung einer umfangreichen Renovierung und Rekonstruktion eines bestehenden Unternehmens zur Verarbeitung von Muscheln, Schalentieren, Fischen und anderen Wasserstraßen aus Aquakultur und Fischerei im Land des Dorfes Balgarevo vor. Kavarna, Region. Dobrich, Dalboka Lokalität und zweite Stufe technologische Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Unternehmens (gefördert durch das Programm). Das bestehende Gebäude befindet sich im Besitz der Dalboka Ltd. und befindet sich in einem eigenen Grundstück. Das Gebäude verfügt über Standorte für den Empfang von Rohstoffen und für den Versand von Fertigprodukten. Die Planungsentscheidung des Projekts und die Verteilung der notwendigen Lager-, Hilfs-, Produktions- und Sanitärräume werden auf der Grundlage der funktionalen Verbindungen zwischen den verschiedenen technologischen Vorgängen im Produktionsprozess vorbereitet, so dass sie optimal sind, um die Überquerung von Materialströmen zu minimieren und die Möglichkeit einer Kreuzkontamination zu verhindern. Die Projektkapazität des Standorts für die Verarbeitung von Muscheln, Schalentieren, Fischen und anderen Wasserläufen beträgt ca. 1 200 kg/Tag. Das Gebäude wird mit elektrischem Strom der erforderlichen Energie, Erdgas und Trinkwasser mit angemessenem Durchfluss nach den Konstruktionsstandards versorgt, und das Abwasser nach ordnungsgemäßer Behandlung wird in das entsprechende Abwassersystem geleitet. Nach der Investition werden wir ein umweltfreundliches und modern ausgestattetes Unternehmen haben, das die höchsten Standards erfüllt, in dem hochwertige Fischereiprodukte und Aquakultur, eigene Produktion, verarbeitet werden. Die Inbetriebnahme der Anlage wird die Arbeitsbedingungen des Personals erheblich verbessern, eine ausreichende Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Produktion durch Senkung der Verarbeitungskosten gewährleisten, einen hohen Mehrwert für Aquakulturerzeugnisse schaffen und die Vermarktung der Produktion ausbauen. Dit project beoogt in de eerste fase (niet gefinancierd door het programma) de uitvoering van een ingrijpende renovatie en wederopbouw van een bestaand bedrijf voor de verwerking van tweekleppige vissen, schelpdieren, vis en andere hydrobionen uit aquacultuur en visserij, in het dorp Balgarevo, gemeente. Kavarna, regio. Dobrich, Dalboka plaats en tweede fase technologische apparatuur en inrichting van de onderneming (gefinancierd door het programma). Het bestaande gebouw is eigendom van Dalboka Ltd. en bevindt zich in haar eigen grond. Het gebouw zal locaties hebben voor de ontvangst van grondstoffen en voor de verzending van afgewerkte producten. De planningsbeslissing van het project en de verdeling van de noodzakelijke opslag-, hulp-, productie- en sanitaire ruimten worden voorbereid op basis van de functionele banden tussen de verschillende technologische activiteiten in het productieproces, zodat ze optimaal zijn, om de kruising van materiaalstromen tot een minimum te beperken en om de mogelijkheid van kruisbesmetting te voorkomen. De projectcapaciteit van de locatie voor de verwerking van tweekleppige, schelpdieren, vis en andere hydrobionen zal ongeveer 1 200 kg/dag bedragen. Het gebouw zal worden voorzien van elektrische stroom van de vereiste stroom, aardgas en drinkwater met voldoende stroom volgens de ontwerpnormen, en het afvalwater na een goede behandeling zal worden geloosd in het desbetreffende rioolsysteem. Na de investering hebben we een milieuvriendelijke en modern uitgeruste onderneming die voldoet aan de hoogste normen, waarin visserijproducten van hoge kwaliteit en aquacultuur, eigen productie, zullen worden verwerkt. De start van het bedrijf zal de arbeidsomstandigheden van het personeel aanzienlijk verbeteren, zorgen voor voldoende concurrerende productiecapaciteit als gevolg van een verlaging van de verwerkingskosten, een hoge toegevoegde waarde van aquacultuurproducten genereren en de afzet van de productie uitbreiden. Il presente progetto prevede in una prima fase (non finanziata dal programma) la realizzazione di un'importante ristrutturazione e ricostruzione di un'impresa esistente per la trasformazione di bivalvi, molluschi, pesci e altri idrobiti dell'acquacoltura e della pesca, nel territorio del villaggio di Balgarevo, comune. Kavarna, regione. Dobrich, Dalboka località e seconda fase attrezzature tecnologiche e arredi dell'impresa (finanziato dal programma). L'edificio esistente è di proprietà di Dalboka Ltd. e si trova nel proprio terreno. L'edificio avrà siti per la ricezione delle materie prime e per la spedizione di prodotti finiti. La decisione progettuale del progetto e la distribuzione dei necessari locali di stoccaggio, ausiliario, produttivo e sanitario sono preparate sulla base dei collegamenti funzionali tra le diverse operazioni tecnologiche nel processo produttivo, in modo che siano ottimali, per ridurre al minimo l'attraversamento dei flussi di materiale e per evitare la possibilità di contaminazione incrociata. La capacità progettuale del sito per la lavorazione di bivalvi, molluschi, pesci e altri idrobiti sarà di circa 1 200 kg/giorno. L'edificio sarà alimentato con corrente elettrica della potenza richiesta, gas naturale e acqua potabile con un flusso adeguato secondo le norme di progettazione, e le acque reflue dopo il corretto trattamento saranno scaricate nel pertinente sistema fognario. Dopo l'investimento, avremo un'impresa rispettosa dell'ambiente e modernamente attrezzata che soddisfi i più elevati standard, in cui saranno trasformati prodotti della pesca di alta qualità e l'acquacoltura, produzione propria. L'avvio dell'impianto migliorerà significativamente le condizioni di lavoro del personale, garantirà una sufficiente capacità di produzione competitiva a causa della riduzione dei costi di trasformazione, genererà un elevato valore aggiunto dei prodotti dell'acquacoltura e amplierà la commercializzazione della produzione. Kavarna, región. Dobrich, localidad de Dalboka y equipamiento tecnológico de segunda etapa y mobiliario de la empresa (financiado por el programa). El edificio existente es propiedad de Dalboka Ltd. y se encuentra en su propio terreno. El edificio contará con emplazamientos para la recepción de materias primas y para el envío de productos terminados. La decisión de planificación del proyecto y la distribución de los locales de almacenamiento, auxiliares, de producción y sanitarios necesarios se preparan sobre la base de los vínculos funcionales entre las diferentes operaciones tecnológicas en el proceso de producción, de manera que sean óptimas, para minimizar el cruce de flujos de material y para evitar la posibilidad de contaminación cruzada. La capacidad del proyecto para el procesamiento de bivalvos, mariscos, peces y otros hidrobiones será de aproximadamente 1 200 kg/día. El edificio será suministrado con corriente eléctrica de la energía necesaria, gas natural y agua potable con un flujo adecuado de acuerdo con las normas de diseño, y las aguas residuales después del tratamiento adecuado se descargarán en el sistema de alcantarillado correspondiente. Después de la inversión, tendremos una empresa respetuosa con el medio ambiente y modernamente equipada que cumpla los más altos estándares, en la que se procesarán productos pesqueros de alta calidad y acuicultura, producción propia. La puesta en marcha de la planta mejorará significativamente las condiciones de trabajo del personal, garantizará una capacidad de producción competitiva suficiente debido a la reducción de los costes de transformación y generará un alto valor añadido de los productos de la acuicultura y ampliará la comercialización de la producción.
