Димитър Цонев е регистриран земеделски производител от април месец, 2017 година. Стопанството е специализирано изцяло в сектор "Плодове и зеленчуци". Намира се в землището на с. Дъбене, община Карлово, обл. Пловдив и е разположено на пет съседни парцела, с обща площ от 23,504 дка. Земята е собственост на кандидата. В стопанството си отглежда лешници, костилкови и семкови овощни видове. За цялата налична площ, фермерът има сключен договор за контрол и сертификация на биологичното производство с "ИНСТИТУТ ЗА КОНТРОЛ НА БИОЛОГИЧНИ ПРОДУКТИ АД" с лого "БИО Еллас". Има намерение, по време на изпълнението на проекта, да увеличи стопанството си със 6 декара трайни насаждения от сини сливи, които също ще отглежда по правилата на биологичното производство и да закупи селскостопанска техника и инвентар. Фермерът не притежава собствена такава и за агротехническите операции в стопанството използва външни механизирани услуги. Ръководи стопанството си сам и ползва помощта на членове от семейството за определени агротехнически операции. г-н Цонев желае да назначи един човек на трудов договор, което ще позволи изпълнението на всички агротехнически дейности в срок и ще повлияе положително върху трудовата заетост в района. Увеличението на площта в стопанството и отглежданите култури върху нея по биологичен начин, подобрената механизация и наемането на работна ръка, ще спомогне за създаването на едно жизнеспособно и устойчиво земеделско стопанство. Преминаването към биологично производство ще повиши доходите на кандидата, а от там и конкурентоспособността му. Биологично отглежданите култури допринасят за опазването и на околната среда, повишават ресурсната ефективност и смекчават последиците от изменението на климата. (Bulgarian)

It is located in the land of the village of Dabene, Karlovo municipality, region. Plovdiv and is located on five adjacent plots, with a total area of 23,504 decares. The land is owned by the candidate. The farm grows hazelnuts, stone and pome fruit species. For the entire area available, the farmer has a contract for control and certification of organic production with the “Institut for CONTROL OF BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS” with the logo “BIO Ellas”. Intends, during the implementation of the project, to increase its holding by 6 decares of permanent crops of prunes, which will also grow according to the rules of organic production and to purchase agricultural machinery and inventory. The farmer does not own one and uses external mechanised services for farming operations on the farm. Manages his holding himself and receives the assistance of family members for certain agricultural operations. Mr Tsonev wishes to appoint one person under a contract of employment, which will allow all agricultural activities to be carried out in due time and will have a positive impact on employment in the region. An increase in the area of the holding and its organic crops, improved mechanisation and recruitment will help to create a viable and sustainable agricultural holding. The conversion to organic production will increase the applicant’s income and hence its competitiveness. Le terrain appartient au candidat. La ferme cultive des noisettes, des espèces de fruits à noyaux et de pome. Pour toute la superficie disponible, l’agriculteur a un contrat de contrôle et de certification de la production biologique avec l’«Institut de CONTRÔLE DES PRODUITS BIOLOGIQUES» avec le logo «BIO Ellas». A l’intention, lors de la mise en œuvre du projet, d’augmenter sa détention de 6 dégards de cultures permanentes de pruneaux, qui croîtront également selon les règles de la production biologique et d’acheter des machines agricoles et des stocks. L’agriculteur n’en possède pas et utilise des services mécanisés externes pour les exploitations agricoles. Gère lui-même son exploitation et reçoit l’aide des membres de la famille pour certaines opérations agricoles. M. Tsonev souhaite nommer une personne dans le cadre d’un contrat de travail qui permettra d’exercer en temps utile toutes les activités agricoles et aura un impact positif sur l’emploi dans la région. L’augmentation de la superficie de l’exploitation et de ses cultures biologiques, l’amélioration de la mécanisation et du recrutement contribueront à la création d’une exploitation agricole viable et durable. Plovdiv und befindet sich auf fünf angrenzenden Grundstücken, mit einer Gesamtfläche von 23.504 decares. Das Land gehört dem Kandidaten. Der Hof wächst Haselnüsse, Stein- und Kernobstarten. Für die gesamte verfügbare Fläche hat der Landwirt mit dem „Institut for CONTROL OF BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS“ mit dem Logo „BIO Ellas“ einen Vertrag über die Kontrolle und Zertifizierung der ökologischen Produktion. Beabsichtigt, während der Durchführung des Projekts seinen Betrieb um 6 Decares von Dauerkulturen von Pflaumen zu erhöhen, die auch nach den Regeln der ökologischen/biologischen Produktion wachsen und landwirtschaftliche Maschinen und Inventar kaufen werden. Herr Tsonev möchte eine Person im Rahmen eines Arbeitsvertrags benennen, mit der alle landwirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten rechtzeitig durchgeführt werden können und sich positiv auf die Beschäftigung in der Region auswirken wird. Eine Erhöhung der Fläche des Betriebs und seiner ökologischen Nutzpflanzen, eine verbesserte Mechanisierung und Einstellung wird dazu beitragen, einen rentablen und nachhaltigen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb zu schaffen. Die Umstellung auf die ökologische/biologische Produktion wird das Einkommen des Antragstellers und damit seine Wettbewerbsfähigkeit erhöhen. Ökologische/biologische Kulturpflanzen tragen auch zum Schutz der Umwelt, zur Steigerung der Ressourceneffizienz und zur Eindämmung der Auswirkungen des Klimawandels bei. (German)

Het land is eigendom van de kandidaat. De boerderij verbouwt hazelnoten, steen- en pome fruitsoorten. Voor het gehele beschikbare areaal heeft de landbouwer een contract voor controle en certificering van de biologische productie met het „Institut for CONTROL OF BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTEN” met het logo „BIO Ellas”. Is voornemens om, tijdens de uitvoering van het project, het bedrijf met 6 te verhogen voor meerjarige teelten van pruimedanten, die ook zullen groeien volgens de regels van de biologische productie en om landbouwmachines en -inventaris aan te schaffen. De landbouwer heeft geen eigenaar en maakt gebruik van externe gemechaniseerde diensten voor landbouwactiviteiten op het bedrijf. Beheert zijn bedrijf zelf en ontvangt de hulp van familieleden voor bepaalde landbouwactiviteiten. De heer Tsonev wil één persoon benoemen op grond van een arbeidsovereenkomst, die het mogelijk maakt alle landbouwactiviteiten tijdig uit te voeren en een positief effect zal hebben op de werkgelegenheid in de regio. Een toename van de oppervlakte van het bedrijf en zijn biologische gewassen, verbeterde mechanisatie en rekrutering zullen bijdragen tot de totstandbrenging van een levensvatbaar en duurzaam landbouwbedrijf. De omschakeling naar biologische productie zal het inkomen van de aanvrager en dus het concurrentievermogen van de aanvrager verhogen.
