За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптирането му към пазарните условия, земеделският стопанин ще продължи да отглежда наличните трайни насаждения и ще увеличи площите чрез наемане на 5,622 дка черешова градина през октомври 2020 г. С наемането на новата градина ще се изпълни изискванията на Цел 1.„Увеличаване икономическия размер на земеделското стопанство, измерен в стандартен производствен обем (минимум с 2000 евро )” . За поддържане на градината в добро земеделско състояние, фермерът предвижда да закупи моторна резачка/щилка през ноември - декември 2020г. за рязане на изсъхналите клони на дърветата. За да отговори стопанството на Стандартите на Общността по отношение на фитосанитарните изисквания и Закона за защита на растенията, той ще продължи стриктно да води дневниците и ще премине курс за работа с препарати за Р.З. през март 2021г.. По този начин ще бъде изпълнена цел 4 "Достигане на съответствие със Стандартите на Общността по отношение на ветеринарните и фитосанитарните изисквания, хуманното отношение към животните, опазването на околната среда, хигиената, сигурността и безопасните условия на труд". Фермерът ще отговори на изискванията (Цел 5) за професионални умения и компетентности по опазване компонентите на околната среда, чрез получаване на консултантски пакет ТП 2 по подмярка 2.1.2 „Консултантски услуги за малки земеделски стопани“ . Получаването на Консултантски пакет ТП 2 по подмярка 2.1.2 ще е дейността с която фермерът ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана най-късно до девет месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ ( февруари - май 2020г.). За повишаване на знанията в областта на земеделието фермерът ще премине обучение /курс от 150 уч. часа през март-април 2021г.. In order to restructure the holding and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will continue to cultivate existing permanent crops and increase the area by renting 5.622 ha of cherry garden in October 2020. By renting the new garden, the requirements of Objective 1 “Increase the economic size of the agricultural holding measured in standard production volume (minimum of EUR 2 000) will be met”. To keep the garden in good agricultural condition, the farmer plans to buy a motor cutter/bark in November — December 2020 to cut the dried branches of the trees. In order to meet the Community Standards on Phytosanitary Requirements and the Plant Protection Act, the farm will continue to strictly keep the logbooks and will undergo a course of handling preparations for R.H. in March 2021. In this way, Objective 4 “Reaching compliance with the Community Standards as regards veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, animal welfare, environmental protection, hygiene, safety and safety at work” will be met. The farmer will meet the requirements (Objective 5) for professional skills and competences in protecting the environmental components by obtaining the TA 2 advisory package under sub-measure 2.1.2 “Advisory services for small farmers”. The receipt of the Consultation Package TA 2 under sub-measure 2.1.2 will be the activity with which the farmer will start implementing the business plan within nine months of the date of the conclusion of the financial assistance contract (February — May 2020). Afin de restructurer l’exploitation et de l’adapter aux conditions du marché, l’agriculteur continuera à cultiver des cultures permanentes existantes et à augmenter la superficie en louant 5,622 ha de cerisier en octobre 2020. En louant le nouveau jardin, les exigences de l’objectif no 1 «Accroître la taille économique de l’exploitation agricole mesurée en volume de production standard (minimum de 2 000 EUR) seront satisfaites». Pour garder le jardin en bon état agricole, l’agriculteur prévoit d’acheter un coupe-moteur/écorce en novembre — décembre 2020 pour couper les branches séchées des arbres. Afin de respecter les normes communautaires sur les exigences phytosanitaires et la Loi sur la protection des végétaux, l’exploitation continuera de tenir strictement les journaux de bord et de se soumettre à un cours de manipulation des préparations pour R.H. en mars 2021. De cette manière, l’objectif no 4 «Atteindre le respect des normes communautaires en ce qui concerne les exigences vétérinaires et phytosanitaires, le bien-être des animaux, la protection de l’environnement, l’hygiène, la sécurité et la sécurité au travail» sera atteint. L’agriculteur répondra aux exigences (objectif 5) en matière d’aptitudes professionnelles et de compétences en matière de protection des composantes environnementales en obtenant le paquet consultatif TA 2 au titre de la sous-mesure 2.1.2 «Services consultatifs pour les petits agriculteurs». Um den Betrieb umzustrukturieren und an die Marktbedingungen anzupassen, wird der Landwirt weiterhin bestehende Dauerkulturen anbauen und die Fläche durch Anmietung von 5,622 ha Kirschgarten im Oktober 2020 erhöhen. Durch die Anmietung des neuen Gartens werden die Anforderungen von Ziel 1 „Erhöhung der wirtschaftlichen Größe des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs, gemessen am Standardproduktionsvolumen (mindestens 2 000 EUR)“ erfüllt werden. Um den Garten in gutem landwirtschaftlichen Zustand zu halten, plant der Landwirt, im November – Dezember 2020 einen Motorschneider/eine Rinde zu kaufen, um die getrockneten Zweige der Bäume zu schneiden. Um die Gemeinschaftsnormen für pflanzengesundheitliche Anforderungen und das Pflanzenschutzgesetz zu erfüllen, wird der Betrieb die Logbücher weiterhin strikt aufbewahren und im März 2021 eine Behandlung der Vorbereitungen für R.H. durchlaufen. Ziel 4 „Die Einhaltung der Gemeinschaftsnormen in Bezug auf veterinär- und pflanzenschutzrechtliche Anforderungen, Tierschutz, Umweltschutz, Hygiene, Sicherheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz“ wird auf diese Weise erfüllt. Der Landwirt wird die Anforderungen (Ziel 5) in Bezug auf berufliche Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen beim Schutz der Umweltkomponenten erfüllen, indem er das Beratungspaket TA 2 im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 2.1.2 „Beratungsdienstleistungen für Kleinlandwirte“ erhält. Der Eingang des Konsultationspakets TA 2 im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 2.1.2 ist die Tätigkeit, mit der der Landwirt innerhalb von neun Monaten nach Abschluss des Finanzhilfevertrags (Februar – Mai 2020) mit der Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans beginnen wird. Um das Wissen auf dem Gebiet der Landwirtschaft zu verbessern, wird der Landwirt von März bis April 2021 eine Ausbildung/Ausbildung von 150 Unterrichtsstunden absolvieren. Om het bedrijf te herstructureren en aan te passen aan de marktomstandigheden, zal de landbouwer de bestaande meerjarige teelten blijven verbouwen en het areaal blijven uitbreiden door in oktober 20 205,622 ha kersentuin te huren. Door de nieuwe tuin te huren, zal worden voldaan aan de vereisten van doelstelling 1 „Verhoging van de economische omvang van het landbouwbedrijf gemeten in het standaardproductievolume (minimaal 2 000 EUR)”. Om de tuin in goede landbouwconditie te houden, is de boer van plan om in november — december 2020 een motorsnijder/schors te kopen om de gedroogde takken van de bomen te snijden. Om te voldoen aan de communautaire normen inzake fytosanitaire voorschriften en de Wet gewasbescherming zal het bedrijf de logboeken strikt blijven bijhouden en zal het bedrijf in maart 2021 de voorbereidingen voor R.H. ondergaan. Op die manier zal worden voldaan aan doelstelling 4 „De naleving van de communautaire normen op veterinair en fytosanitair gebied, dierenwelzijn, milieubescherming, hygiëne, veiligheid en veiligheid op het werk”. De landbouwer zal voldoen aan de vereisten (doelstelling 5) voor professionele vaardigheden en competenties op het gebied van de bescherming van de milieucomponenten door het adviespakket TA 2 te verkrijgen in het kader van submaatregel 2.1.2 „Adviserende diensten voor kleine landbouwers”. De ontvangst van het overlegpakket TA 2 in het kader van submaatregel 2.1.2 is de activiteit waarmee de landbouwer het bedrijfsplan zal beginnen uit te voeren binnen negen maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor financiële bijstand (februari — mei 2020). Om de kennis op het gebied van landbouw te vergroten, zal de landbouwer in maart-april 2021 150 lessen volgen. Al fine di ristrutturare l'azienda e adattarla alle condizioni di mercato, l'agricoltore continuerà a coltivare colture permanenti esistenti e ad aumentare la superficie affittando 5,622 ha di ciliegio nell'ottobre 2020. Con la locazione del nuovo orto saranno soddisfatti i requisiti dell'obiettivo 1 "Aumentare la dimensione economica dell'azienda agricola misurata in volume di produzione standard (minimo 2 000 EUR)". Per mantenere il giardino in buone condizioni agronomiche, l'agricoltore prevede di acquistare un tagliamotore/cortile a novembre — dicembre 2020 per tagliare i rami secchi degli alberi. Al fine di rispettare le norme comunitarie sui requisiti fitosanitari e la legge sulla protezione dei vegetali, l'azienda continuerà a tenere rigorosamente i giornali di bordo e sarà sottoposta a un corso di trattamento dei preparativi per la salute e la salute nel marzo 2021. In tal modo sarà rispettato l'obiettivo 4 "Raggiungere il rispetto delle norme comunitarie per quanto riguarda i requisiti veterinari e fitosanitari, il benessere degli animali, la protezione dell'ambiente, l'igiene, la sicurezza e la sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro". Con el fin de reestructurar la explotación y adaptarla a las condiciones del mercado, el agricultor seguirá cultivando cultivos permanentes existentes e incrementando la superficie alquilando 5.622 hectáreas de cerezo en octubre de 2020. Al alquilar el nuevo jardín, se cumplirán los requisitos del objetivo n.º 1 "Aumentar el tamaño económico de la explotación agrícola medida en volumen de producción estándar (mínimo de 2 000 EUR). Para mantener el jardín en buen estado agrícola, el agricultor planea comprar un cortador de motor/la corteza en noviembre — diciembre de 2020 para cortar las ramas secas de los árboles. Con el fin de cumplir las normas comunitarias sobre requisitos fitosanitarios y la Ley de protección fitosanitaria, la explotación seguirá manteniendo estrictamente los cuadernos diarios de pesca y se someterá a un curso de preparación de manipulación para R.H. en marzo de 2021. De este modo, se cumplirá el objetivo n.º 4 «Hacia el cumplimiento de las normas comunitarias en materia de requisitos veterinarios y fitosanitarios, bienestar animal, protección del medio ambiente, higiene, seguridad y seguridad en el trabajo». El agricultor cumplirá los requisitos (objetivo 5) en materia de capacidades y competencias profesionales en la protección de los componentes medioambientales mediante la obtención del paquete de asesoramiento TA 2 en el marco de la submedida 2.1.2 «Servicios consultivos para los pequeños agricultores». La recepción del paquete de consulta TA 2 en el marco de la submedida 2.1.2 será la actividad con la que el agricultor comenzará a ejecutar el plan empresarial en un plazo de nueve meses a partir de la fecha de celebración del contrato de ayuda financiera (febrero — mayo de 2020).
