Стопанството не разполага с достатъчно земеделска площ за развитието си. Предвижда се увеличение на площите през втора стопанска година. Фермата ще бъде специализирана в областта на зеленчукопроизводството. Основни култури за стопанството са домати и картофи, като площите освободени от картофи ще се засаждат със зеле. През втората стопанска година площите с домати ще отпаднат, като ще се увеличи производството на картофи и зеле. Фермата се намира в землището на с. Шишманци , общ. Раковски, обл. Пловдив. Изпълнението на бизнес плана започва още през първата стопанска година с закупуването на картофовадачка, което ще подобри производствените резултати. Предвижда се и разкриване на едно постоянно работно място на трудов договор през втората стопанска година, поради нарастващия обем и продължителност на трудовите дейности в стопанството през цялата година. Im zweiten Wirtschaftsjahr wird die Anbaufläche mit Tomaten sinken, wodurch die Erzeugung von Kartoffeln und Kohl erhöht wird. Der Bauernhof befindet sich im Dorf Shishmantsi, Gemeinde. In het tweede verkoopseizoen zal het areaal met tomaten dalen, waardoor de productie van aardappelen en kool zal toenemen. De boerderij is gelegen in het dorp Shishmantsi, gemeente. Rakovski, regio. L'azienda sarà specializzata nel settore della produzione vegetale. Le colture principali per l'azienda sono i pomodori e le patate e le superfici esenti da patate saranno piantate a cavolo. Nella seconda campagna di commercializzazione la superficie con pomodori diminuirà, aumentando la produzione di patate e cavoli. La fattoria si trova nel villaggio di Shishmantsi, comune. Rakovski, regione. Plovdiv. L'attuazione del piano aziendale inizia già nel primo anno con l'acquisto di una patata, che migliorerà i risultati di produzione.
