Кандидатът Георги Вангелов Панделиев е на 64 години, има опит в областта на земеделието. Семеен е, но съпругата му не е регистрирана по Наредба 3 от 29 Януари 1999 год. като ЗС. Стопанството е растениевъдно – през стопанската 2018/2019 година в него се отглеждат костилкови овощни насаждения от праскови - 11,000 дк, разположени на два съседни ПИ в землището на с. Злати войвода. Застъпени са два сорта - "Катерини" и "Ред хейвън". Схемата на засаждане е 5,00 Х 4,00 м., при която в един декар има 50 броя дръвчета. Овощното насаждение от праскови се полива – има изградена система за капково напояване, като използваната вода е от изградената канализация на Напоителни системи. Културите се отглеждат по методите на конвенционалното земеделие. Имотите не попадат в обхвата на защитена зона за опазване на природните местообитания и на дивата флора и фауна и защитена зона за опазване птиците по „Натура 2000”. В проекта се предвижда увеличаване размера на стопанството и превръщането му в основен източник на доходи за семейството на кандидата. Чрез увеличаване площите на отглежданите овощни насаждения чрез наемане на нова 6,600 дка овощна градина от праскови ще се постигне увеличение на размера, измерен в СПО на стопанство в края на втората година от изпълнението на бизнес плана. Предвижда се до изтичането на посочената крайна дата за проверка изпълнението на бизнес плана да бъдат изпълнени и изискванията по опазване на околната среда, хигиената, сигурността и безопасните условия на труд, чрез закупуване на работно облекло и индивидуални средства за защита при работа в стопанството, водене книга за инструктажите при наемане на работници по време на прибиране на реколтата и спазване изискванията на закона и наредбите за противопожарна безопастност. The fruit plantation of peaches is watered — there is a built drip irrigation system and the water used is from the built sewer of irrigation systems. Crops are grown using conventional farming methods. The properties do not fall within the scope of a protected area for the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora and of a Natura 2000 bird protection area. The project envisages increasing the size of the holding and making it the main source of income for the sponsor’s family. By increasing the area of the cultivated orchards by renting a new 6,600 decares of peaches orchards, an increase in the size measured in the OSP per holding will be achieved at the end of the second year of implementation of the business plan. Les propriétés ne relèvent pas d’une zone protégée pour la conservation des habitats naturels ainsi que de la faune et de la flore sauvages et d’une zone de protection des oiseaux Natura 2000. Le projet envisage d’augmenter la taille de l’exploitation et de faire de celle-ci la principale source de revenus pour la famille du parrain. En augmentant la superficie des vergers cultivés en louant 6 600 nouveaux soins de vergers de pêches, une augmentation de la taille mesurée dans l’OSP par exploitation sera réalisée à la fin de la deuxième année de mise en œuvre du plan d’entreprise. Il est prévu que la mise en œuvre du plan d’entreprise soit également respectée à la date limite indiquée pour la vérification de l’environnement, de l’hygiène, de la sécurité et de la sécurité au travail, en achetant des vêtements de travail et des moyens individuels de protection sur le lieu de travail à l’exploitation, en tenant un carnet d’instructions pour l’embauche des travailleurs pendant la récolte et en respectant les exigences de la loi et de la réglementation en matière de sécurité incendie. Der Hof wächst pflanzenbaulich – im Wirtschaftsjahr 2018/19 wächst er Steinobstgärten von Pfirsichen – 11.000 Decares, gelegen auf zwei benachbarten PIs im Dorf Zlati Voivoda. Es gibt zwei Sorten – Katerini und Red Haven. Das Pflanzschema beträgt 5,00 x 4,00 m, in dem es 50 Bäume in einem Hektar gibt. Die Obstplantage von Pfirsichen wird bewässert – es gibt ein gebautes Tropfbewässerungssystem und das verwendete Wasser stammt aus der gebauten Kanalisation von Bewässerungssystemen. Die Kulturen werden mit konventionellen Anbaumethoden angebaut. Die Grundstücke fallen nicht unter ein Schutzgebiet zur Erhaltung der natürlichen Lebensräume sowie der wildlebenden Tiere und Pflanzen sowie eines Natura-2000-Schutzgebiets. Das Projekt sieht vor, die Größe des Betriebs zu erhöhen und es zur Haupteinnahmequelle für die Familie des Sponsors zu machen. Durch die Erhöhung der Anbaufläche durch die Anmietung einer neuen 6.600 Pfirsiche Obstgärten wird am Ende des zweiten Jahres der Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans eine Erhöhung der im OSP je Betrieb gemessenen Größe erreicht. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans auch bis zu dem für die Überprüfung der Umwelt, Hygiene, Sicherheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz angegebenen Endtermin eingehalten wird, indem Arbeitskleidung und individuelle Schutzmittel bei der Arbeit im Betrieb gekauft werden, ein Buch über Anweisungen für die Einstellung von Arbeitnehmern während der Ernte geführt wird und die Anforderungen der Rechtsvorschriften und Brandschutzvorschriften eingehalten werden. Er zijn twee soorten — Katerini en Red Haven. Het aanplantschema is 5.00 x 4,00 m, waarin er 50 bomen in een hectare zijn. De fruitplantage van perziken wordt bewaterd — er is een gebouwd druppelbesproeiingssysteem en het gebruikte water is afkomstig van het gebouwde riool van irrigatiesystemen. Gewassen worden geteeld met behulp van conventionele landbouwmethoden. De eigenschappen vallen niet binnen de werkingssfeer van een beschermd gebied voor de instandhouding van natuurlijke habitats en wilde flora en fauna en van een Natura 2000 vogelbeschermingsgebied. Het project beoogt de omvang van het bedrijf te vergroten en het de belangrijkste bron van inkomsten voor het gezin van de gezinshereniger te maken. Door de oppervlakte van de beteelde boomgaarden te vergroten door het huren van een nieuwe 6.600 verzorging van perzikenboomgaarden, zal aan het einde van het tweede jaar van uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan een toename van de in het OSP gemeten omvang per bedrijf worden bereikt. Het is de bedoeling dat aan de uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan ook wordt voldaan tegen de einddatum die is aangegeven voor de controle op het milieu, de hygiëne, de veiligheid en de veiligheid op het werk, door de aankoop van werkkleding en individuele beschermingsmiddelen op het werk op het bedrijf, het bijhouden van een boek met instructies voor het inhuren van werknemers tijdens het oogsten en het voldoen aan de eisen van de wet- en brandveiligheidsvoorschriften. Ci sono due varietà: Katerini e Red Haven. Lo schema di piantagione è di 5,00 x 4,00 m, in cui ci sono 50 alberi in un acro. La piantagione di frutta delle pesche è annaffiata — c'è un sistema di irrigazione a goccia costruito e l'acqua utilizzata proviene dalla fogna costruita dei sistemi di irrigazione. Le colture sono coltivate con metodi tradizionali. Le proprietà non rientrano nell'ambito di applicazione di un'area protetta per la conservazione degli habitat naturali, della fauna e della flora selvatiche e di una zona di protezione degli uccelli Natura 2000. Il progetto prevede di aumentare le dimensioni dell'azienda e di renderla la principale fonte di reddito per la famiglia del soggiornante. Aumentando la superficie dei frutteti coltivati affittando un nuovo 6.600 decares di pesche frutteti, un aumento delle dimensioni misurate nell'OSP per azienda sarà raggiunto alla fine del secondo anno di attuazione del piano aziendale. Las propiedades no entran en el ámbito de aplicación de una zona protegida para la conservación de los hábitats naturales y de la fauna y flora silvestres y de una zona de protección de aves Natura 2000. El proyecto prevé aumentar el tamaño de la explotación y convertirla en la principal fuente de ingresos para la familia del patrocinador. Al aumentar la superficie de los huertos cultivados mediante el alquiler de una nueva plantación de melocotones, se logrará un aumento del tamaño medido en la OSP por explotación al final del segundo año de aplicación del plan empresarial.
