Стопанството на Габриела Димитрова е смесено - в него се отглеждат овощни насаждения - сливи, които през настоящата 2017/2018 г. са 17,835 декара и 47 бр. пчелни семейства. Разположено е в землищата на две селища на община Сливен - растениевъдната й дейност е в с.Желю войвода, а пчелинът - в планинската част от Сливенското землище, подходящ и отговарящ на изискванията за отглеждане по биологичен начин. Насажденията със сливи са разположени на три парцела. Създадени са през 2018 година, като е застъпен един сорт - „Стенлей”, има изградена система за капково напояване. През настоящата година бенефициентката е сключила договор със сертифицираща организация за преминаване към биологично отглеждане на насажденията и пчелните семейства. Пчелинът се намира в планинската част от Сливенското землище, местност „Дюлките“. Регистриран е като животновъден обект в ОАБХ Сливен под номер 8800-0096.Планира увеличаване на размера на стопанисваните площи, чрез създаване на нови насаждения от сливи - 6,000 дк. Друга цел на кандидатката е подобряване механизацията чрез закупуване на селскостопанска техника, машини, съоръжения и оборудване за нуждите на земеделското стопанство. Към момента тя не разполага с необходимата земеделска техника и ползва външни механизирани услуги. Намеренията й са да инвестира част от средствата в закупуването на трактор за извършване на основните агротехнически мероприятия. Наред с подобряване на материалното състояние на стопанството тя ще извърши необходимото за придобиване на професионални умения и компетентности чрез преминаване на обучение от минимум от 150 ч. в областта на селското стопанство, включващ обучение по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор. Проектът си поставя и цели със социална насоченост - разкриване на нови работни места.
