Инвестициите по настоящия проект включват довършителни строително-монтажни дейности на автосервиз за лекотоварни и тежкотоварни автомобили, асфалтиране на изградената вертикална планировка и закупуване на специализирано оборудване. Проектът ще се изпълнява в собствен имот на фирмата УПИ 1720 в кв. 180, находящ се в гр. Златица, за което фирмата има издадено разрешение за строеж №19/12.07.2010 г. от главния архитект на гр. Златица. Автосервизът е част от автосервизен комплекс с автомивка и административно-битова сграда с търговска площ, които вече са изградени и за които не се кандидатства по проекта. Автосервиза е изграден също конструктивно съгласно одобрените технически проекти, като в инвестицията е включена доставката и монтажа на стенните, покривните термопанели и секционните врати. По част вертикална планировка "Виолета-54" ЕООД кандидатства за полагането на асфалтовите повърхности на вече изградената вертикална планировка с площадкови мрежи и озеленяването и затревяването на пространствата около автосервиза. Към момента "Виолета-54" ЕООД извършва дейност по код 32.99 "Други разнообразни производства, некласифицирани другаде", като с реализацията на проекта се предвижда стартирането на нова дейност, в която кандидата планира да ремонтира и технически да обслужва лекотоварните и тежкотоварни транспортни средства, бъдещи клиент на автосервиза. Проекта е пряко обвързан с целите на подмярката, а именно чрез насърчаването на заетостта и разкриването на нови работни места и чрез насърчаване развитието на неземеделските дейности с селските райони. The investments under this project include the finishing of construction and installation works of a car repair shop for light trucks and heavy goods vehicles, asphalt of the built vertical planning and the purchase of specialised equipment. The project will be implemented in the own property of the company UPI 1720 in 180, located in the town of Zlatitsa, for which the company has issued building permit No 19/12.07.2010 by the chief architect of Zlatitsa. The car service is part of a car service complex with a car wash and an administrative-household building with a commercial area, which have already been built and for which no application for the project is made. The repair shop was also built constructively according to the approved technical projects, and the investment included the supply and installation of wall, roof thermal panels and section doors. Under the vertical planning part Violeta-54 EOOD applied for the laying of the asphalt surfaces of the already built vertical planning with site networks and the landscaping and grassing of the spaces around the garage. Currently, Violeta-54 EOOD operates under code 32.99 ‘Other various industries not elsewhere classified’, and the implementation of the project envisages the start of a new activity in which the applicant plans to repair and technically service light and heavy goods vehicles, a future customer of the garage. The project is directly linked to the objectives of the sub-measure, namely by promoting employment and job creation and by encouraging the development of non-agricultural activities with rural areas. Les investissements dans le cadre de ce projet comprennent la finition des travaux de construction et d’installation d’un atelier de réparation automobile pour les camions légers et les poids lourds, l’asphalte de la planification verticale construite et l’achat d’équipements spécialisés. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la propriété propre de la société UPI 1720 à 180, située dans la ville de Zlatitsa, pour laquelle la société a délivré le permis de construire no 19/12.07.2010 par l’architecte en chef de Zlatitsa. Le service automobile fait partie d’un complexe d’entretien automobile doté d’un lave-auto et d’un bâtiment d’administration-ménage avec une zone commerciale, qui ont déjà été construits et pour lequel aucune demande n’est faite pour le projet. L’atelier de réparation a également été construit de manière constructive selon les projets techniques approuvés, et l’investissement comprenait la fourniture et l’installation de murs, panneaux thermiques de toit et portes de section. Sous la partie de planification verticale Violeta-54 EOOD a demandé pour la pose des surfaces asphaltées de la planification verticale déjà construite avec les réseaux de chantier et l’aménagement et l’herbement des espaces autour du garage. À l’heure actuelle, Violeta-54 EOOD opère sous le code 32.99 «Autres industries diverses non classées ailleurs», et la mise en œuvre du projet prévoit le lancement d’une nouvelle activité dans laquelle la requérante envisage de réparer et de fournir techniquement des véhicules légers et lourds, un futur client du garage. Le projet est directement lié aux objectifs de la sous-mesure, à savoir la promotion de l’emploi et de la création d’emplois et le développement d’activités non agricoles dans les zones rurales. Zu den Investitionen im Rahmen dieses Projekts gehören die Fertigstellung von Bau- und Montagearbeiten einer Autowerkstatt für leichte Lkw und schwere Nutzfahrzeuge, Asphalt der gebauten vertikalen Planung und der Kauf von Spezialausrüstung. Das Projekt wird im eigenen Eigentum der Firma UPI 1720 in 180, in der Stadt Zlatitsa, für die das Unternehmen die Baugenehmigung Nr. 19/12.07.2010 vom Chefarchitekten Zlatitsa erteilt hat. Der Autoservice ist Teil eines Autoservice-Komplexes mit einer Autowaschanlage und einem Verwaltungsgebäude mit einem Gewerbegebiet, das bereits gebaut wurde und für die kein Antrag auf das Projekt gestellt wird. Die Werkstatt wurde auch nach den genehmigten technischen Projekten konstruktiv gebaut, und die Investition umfasste die Lieferung und Installation von Wand-, Dachthermiepaneelen und Sektionstüren. Unter dem vertikalen Planungsteil Violeta-54 EOOD für die Verlegung der Asphaltflächen der bereits gebauten vertikalen Planung mit Standortnetzen und die Landschaftsgestaltung und Grasung der Räume rund um die Garage beantragt. Derzeit arbeitet Violeta-54 EOOD unter dem Code 32.99 „Andere verschiedene Industriezweige, die nicht anderweitig klassifiziert sind“, und die Durchführung des Projekts sieht den Beginn einer neuen Tätigkeit vor, in der die Klägerin plant, leichte und schwere Nutzfahrzeuge, ein zukünftiger Kunde der Garage, zu reparieren und technisch zu bedienen. Das Projekt steht in direktem Zusammenhang mit den Zielen der Teilmaßnahme, nämlich durch die Förderung von Beschäftigung und die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen und durch die Förderung der Entwicklung nichtlandwirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten mit ländlichen Gebieten. De investeringen in het kader van dit project omvatten de afwerking van de bouw- en installatiewerkzaamheden van een autoreparatiebedrijf voor lichte vrachtwagens en vrachtwagens, asfalt van de gebouwde verticale planning en de aankoop van gespecialiseerde apparatuur. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in het eigen eigendom van het bedrijf UPI 1720 in 180, gelegen in de stad Zlatitsa, waarvoor het bedrijf bouwvergunning nr. 19/12.07.2010 heeft afgegeven door de hoofdarchitect van Zlatitsa. De reparatiewerkplaats werd ook constructief gebouwd volgens de goedgekeurde technische projecten, en de investering omvatte de levering en installatie van wanden, thermische dakpanelen en sectiedeuren. Onder de verticale planningsdeel Violeta-54 EOOD toegepast voor het leggen van de asfaltoppervlakken van de reeds gebouwde verticale planning met site netwerken en de landschapsarchitectuur en begrazing van de ruimtes rond de garage. Momenteel is Violeta-54 EOOD actief onder code 32.99 „Andere verschillende bedrijfstakken, niet elders ingedeeld”, en de uitvoering van het project voorziet in de start van een nieuwe activiteit waarbij de aanvrager van plan is lichte en zware vrachtwagens te repareren en technisch te bedienen, een toekomstige klant van de garage. Het project houdt rechtstreeks verband met de doelstellingen van de submaatregel, namelijk het bevorderen van werkgelegenheid en het scheppen van banen en het stimuleren van de ontwikkeling van niet-agrarische activiteiten met plattelandsgebieden. Gli investimenti nell'ambito di questo progetto comprendono la finitura dei lavori di costruzione e installazione di un'officina di riparazione di autocarri leggeri e di automezzi pesanti, l'asfalto della progettazione verticale costruita e l'acquisto di attrezzature specializzate. Il progetto sarà realizzato nella propria proprietà della società UPI 1720 in 180, situato nel comune di Zlatitsa, per il quale l'azienda ha rilasciato il permesso edilizio n. 19/12.07.2010 dal capo architetto di Zlatitsa. Il servizio auto fa parte di un complesso di servizi automobilistici con un autolavaggio e un edificio amministrativo-familiare con un'area commerciale, che sono già stati costruiti e per il quale non viene presentata alcuna domanda per il progetto. L'officina è stata costruita anche in modo costruttivo secondo i progetti tecnici approvati, e l'investimento comprendeva la fornitura e l'installazione di pareti, pannelli termici del tetto e porte a sezione. Sotto la parte di progettazione verticale Violeta-54 EOOD ha applicato per la posa delle superfici asfaltate della pianificazione verticale già costruita con reti di cantiere e il paesaggio e l'erbatura degli spazi intorno al garage. Attualmente, la Violeta-54 EOOD opera con il codice 32.99 "Altre varie industrie non classificate altrove" e l'attuazione del progetto prevede l'avvio di una nuova attività in cui la ricorrente intende riparare e prestare tecnicamente servizi di automezzi leggeri e pesanti, un futuro cliente del garage. Il progetto è direttamente collegato agli obiettivi della sottomisura, in particolare promuovendo l'occupazione e la creazione di posti di lavoro e incoraggiando lo sviluppo di attività non agricole con le zone rurali. Las inversiones en el marco de este proyecto incluyen el acabado de las obras de construcción e instalación de un taller de reparación de automóviles para camiones ligeros y vehículos pesados de transporte de mercancías, el asfalto de la planificación vertical construida y la compra de equipos especializados. El proyecto se implementará en propiedad propia de la empresa UPI 1720 en 180, situada en la localidad de Zlatitsa, para la que la empresa ha expedido el permiso de construcción n.º 19/12.07.2010 del arquitecto jefe de Zlatitsa. El servicio de coche forma parte de un complejo de servicio de automóviles con lavado de coches y un edificio administrativo-hogar con una zona comercial, que ya se han construido y para el que no se hace ninguna solicitud para el proyecto. El taller de reparación también fue construido constructivamente de acuerdo con los proyectos técnicos aprobados, y la inversión incluyó el suministro e instalación de paredes, paneles térmicos de techo y puertas de sección. Bajo la parte de planificación vertical Violeta-54 EOOD solicitó la colocación de las superficies asfálticas de la ya construida planificación vertical con redes de emplazamiento y el paisajismo y pasto de los espacios alrededor del garaje. Actualmente, Violeta-54 EOOD opera bajo el código 32.99 «Otras industrias diversas no clasificadas en otra parte», y la ejecución del proyecto prevé el inicio de una nueva actividad en la que la demandante tiene previsto reparar y prestar servicio técnico a vehículos ligeros y pesados, futuro cliente del garaje. El proyecto está directamente vinculado a los objetivos de la submedida, a saber, la promoción del empleo y la creación de empleo y el fomento del desarrollo de actividades no agrícolas en las zonas rurales.
