Настоящият проект предвижда изграждане на спортен комплекс за фитнес и боди билдинг в гр. Сапарева баня, а именно извършване на СМР и доставка на необходимото оборудване за обект: СГРАДА ЗА ОБЩЕСТВЕНО ОБСЛУЖВАНЕ С ПРЕДНАЗНАЧЕНИЕ „СПОРТЕН КОМПЛЕКС ЗА ФИТНЕС И БОДИ БИЛДИНГ ” (същият находящ се в урегулиран поземлен имот, представляващ парцел XLIII1295-за обществено обслужване, квартал 3 по регулационния план на гр.Сапарева баня, с нов идентификатор №65365.602.625 по Кадастралната карта на гр.Сапарева баня , Община Сапарева баня, с РЗП 570,67 м2). При изграждането на горепосочения обект е предвидено внедряването на иновативна технология водеща до намаляване на емисиите* (пелетен котел, ECOHEAT BOILER, модел: 25kW - полезен модел от 2017 г.) Предвидено е спортния комплекс да разкрие 10 нови работни места (Управител, спортни дейности /НКПД - 14313016/ - 1бр.; Фитнес инструктор /НКПД - 3423 3004/ - 5 бр.; Технически секретар /НКПД 41202006/ - 2 бр., Чистач /91120004/ - 2 бр.).
