С изпълнението на настоящия проект, кандидатът ще извърши модернизация и разширение на ферма за култивиране на черни миди( Mutilus Galloprovincialis Lam.) със специално разработена подходяща инсталация, биотехника и пълна биотехнология в района на гр. Каварна. Инвестицията ще бъде изпълнена в хармония с всички европейски изисквания и стандарти. С изпълнението на настоящия проект, кандидатът ще извърши инвестиция в оборудване и съоръжения за изграждане на 50 нови дълги линии за култивиране на черни черноморски миди с годишен капацитет 250 тона, а именно: 1. Буйове необходими за дългите линии; 2. Въжета устойчиви на УВ радиация и резки температурни колебания, съгласно технологично описание; 3. Стоманобетонни котви с повишена задържаща сила; 4. Въже за култивиране на миди; 5. Памук за предене на мидени чорапи.Чрез реализацията на планираната инвестиция ще се постигне откриването на нови 7 работни места, както й ще се запазят съществуащите 5 работни места.Настоящото проектно предложение е в пълно съответствие с принципите на хоризонталните политики на ЕС:- равнопоставеност и недопускане на дискриминация - насърчаване на равните възможности за всички, включително възможностите за достъп за хора с увреждания чрез интегрирането на принципа на недискриминация.- устойчиво развитие – подкрепа за проекти, които допринасят за опазване на околната среда, повишаване на ресурсната ефективност и смекчаване на последиците от изменение на климата и приспособяване към тях, насърчават социалното приобщаване и намаляването на бедността, създаване на работни места и поощряване на иновациите на местно равнище (за постигане на целите на стратегията „Европа 2020“). With the implementation of this project, the applicant will carry out modernisation and extension of a black mussel cultivation farm (Mutilus Galloprovincialis Lam.) with a specially designed suitable installation, biotechnology and complete biotechnology in the region of Kavarna. The investment will be carried out in harmony with all European requirements and standards. With the implementation of this project, the applicant will make an investment in equipment and facilities for the construction of 50 new long lines for the cultivation of black sea mussels with an annual capacity of 250 tonnes, namely: 1. Buoys needed for long lines; 2. Cables resistant to UV radiation and sharp temperature fluctuations, according to the technological description; 3. Reinforced concrete anchors with increased restraining force; 4. Mussel cultivating rope; 5. Cotton for spinning of mussel stockings. Through the implementation of the planned investment, the creation of 7 new jobs will be achieved, and the existing 5 jobs will be maintained.This project proposal is fully in line with the principles of EU horizontal policies:- equality and non-discrimination — promoting equal opportunities for all, including accessibility opportunities for people with disabilities through mainstreaming the principle of non-discrimination.- Sustainable development — support projects that contribute to environmental protection, increase resource efficiency and climate change mitigation and adaptation to them, promote social inclusion and poverty reduction, create jobs and foster innovation at local level (Europe 2020 goals). Avec la mise en oeuvre de ce projet, le demandeur réalisera la modernisation et l’agrandissement d’une exploitation de moules noires (Mutilus Galloprovincialis Lam.) avec une installation adaptée spécialement conçue, la biotechnologie et la biotechnologie complète dans la région de Kavarna. L’investissement sera réalisé en harmonie avec toutes les exigences et normes européennes. Avec la mise en œuvre de ce projet, le demandeur investira dans des équipements et des installations pour la construction de 50 nouvelles palangres pour la culture de moules de mer noire d’une capacité annuelle de 250 tonnes, à savoir: 1. Bouées nécessaires pour les longues lignes; 2. Câbles résistants aux rayonnements UV et aux fortes fluctuations de température, selon la description technologique; 3. Les ancrages en béton armé avec une force de retenue accrue; 4. Cordes de culture de moules; 5. Cette proposition de projet est pleinement conforme aux principes des politiques horizontales de l’UE:- égalité et non-discrimination — promouvoir l’égalité des chances pour tous, y compris les possibilités d’accessibilité pour les personnes handicapées par l’intégration du principe de non-discrimination.- Développement durable — soutenir des projets qui contribuent à la protection de l’environnement, à l’amélioration de l’efficacité des ressources et à l’atténuation du changement climatique et à l’adaptation à celles-ci, favorisent l’inclusion sociale et la réduction de la pauvreté, créent des emplois et favorisent l’innovation au niveau local (objectifs d’Europe 2020). Mit der Umsetzung dieses Projektes wird der Antragsteller die Modernisierung und Erweiterung eines Schwarzmuschelzuchtbetriebs (Mutilus Galloprovincialis Lam.) mit einer speziell entwickelten geeigneten Installation, Biotechnologie und kompletter Biotechnologie in der Region Kavarna durchführen. Die Investition erfolgt im Einklang mit allen europäischen Anforderungen und Standards. Mit der Durchführung dieses Projekts wird der Antragsteller Investitionen in Ausrüstung und Anlagen für den Bau von 50 neuen Langstrecken für den Anbau von Schwarzmeermuscheln mit einer jährlichen Kapazität von 250 Tonnen tätigen, und zwar: 1. Bojen, die für lange Linien benötigt werden; 2. Kabel beständig gegen UV-Strahlung und scharfe Temperaturschwankungen, entsprechend der technischen Beschreibung; 3. Verankerungen aus Stahlbeton mit erhöhter Rückhaltekraft; 4. Muschelzuchtseil; 5. Baumwolle für die Spinnerei von Muschelstrümpfen. Durch die Umsetzung der geplanten Investitionen wird die Schaffung von 7 neuen Arbeitsplätzen erreicht und die bestehenden 5 Arbeitsplätze erhalten.Dieser Projektvorschlag steht in vollem Einklang mit den Grundsätzen der horizontalen EU-Politik: – Gleichstellung und Nichtdiskriminierung – Förderung der Chancengleichheit für alle, einschließlich der Zugänglichkeitsmöglichkeiten für Menschen mit Behinderungen durchgängige Berücksichtigung des Grundsatzes der Nichtdiskriminierung.- Nachhaltige Entwicklung – Unterstützung von Projekten, die zum Umweltschutz beitragen, die Ressourceneffizienz und die Eindämmung des Klimawandels und die Anpassung an sie verbessern, soziale Inklusion und Armutsbekämpfung fördern, Arbeitsplätze schaffen und Innovation auf lokaler Ebene fördern (Ziele Europa 2020). Met de uitvoering van dit project zal de aanvrager de modernisering en uitbreiding van een zwarte mosselteeltbedrijf (Mutilus Galloprovincialis Lam.) uitvoeren met een speciaal ontworpen installatie, biotechnologie en complete biotechnologie in de regio Kavarna. De investering zal worden uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met alle Europese eisen en normen. Met de uitvoering van dit project zal de aanvrager investeren in uitrusting en voorzieningen voor de aanleg van 50 nieuwe beuglijnen voor de teelt van zwarte zeemosselen met een jaarlijkse capaciteit van 250 ton, namelijk: 1. Boeien die nodig zijn voor beuglijnen; 2. Kabels die bestand zijn tegen UV-straling en scherpe temperatuurschommelingen, volgens de technologische beschrijving; 3. Ankers van gewapend beton met verhoogde fixatiekracht; 4. Mosselteelttouw; 5. Katoen voor het spinnen van mosselkousen. Door de uitvoering van de geplande investering zullen 7 nieuwe banen worden gecreëerd en zullen de bestaande 5 banen behouden blijven. Dit projectvoorstel is volledig in overeenstemming met de beginselen van het horizontale beleid van de EU:- gelijkheid en non-discriminatie — bevordering van gelijke kansen voor iedereen, met inbegrip van toegankelijkheidsmogelijkheden voor mensen met een handicap door mainstreaming van het beginsel van non-discriminatie.- Duurzame ontwikkeling — ondersteuning van projecten die bijdragen tot milieubescherming, een efficiënter gebruik van hulpbronnen en beperking van en aanpassing aan klimaatverandering, bevordering van sociale inclusie en armoedebestrijding, het scheppen van banen en het bevorderen van innovatie op lokaal niveau (Europa 2020-doelstellingen). Con l'attuazione di questo progetto, il richiedente effettuerà l'ammodernamento e l'ampliamento di un'azienda agricola di mitili neri (Mutilus Galloprovincialis Lam.) con un impianto adatto appositamente progettato, la biotecnologia e la biotecnologia completa nella regione di Kavarna. L'investimento sarà realizzato in armonia con tutti i requisiti e gli standard europei. Con l'attuazione di questo progetto, il richiedente effettuerà un investimento in attrezzature e impianti per la costruzione di 50 nuovi palangari per la coltivazione di mitili del Mar Nero con una capacità annua di 250 tonnellate, vale a dire: 1. Boe necessarie per i palangari; 2. Cavi resistenti alle radiazioni UV e forti fluttuazioni di temperatura, secondo la descrizione tecnologica; 3. Ancoraggi in cemento armato con maggiore forza di ritenuta; 4. Fune per la coltivazione delle cozze; 5. Cotone per la filatura di calze di mitili. Attraverso l'attuazione degli investimenti pianificati, si conseguiranno 7 nuovi posti di lavoro e saranno mantenuti i 5 posti di lavoro esistenti.Questa proposta di progetto è pienamente in linea con i principi delle politiche orizzontali dell'UE:- uguaglianza e non discriminazione — promozione delle pari opportunità per tutti, comprese le opportunità di accessibilità per le persone con disabilità attraverso l'integrazione del principio di non discriminazione.- Sviluppo sostenibile — sostenere progetti che contribuiscono alla protezione dell'ambiente, aumentare l'efficienza delle risorse e la mitigazione dei cambiamenti climatici e l'adattamento ad essi, promuovere l'inclusione sociale e la riduzione della povertà, creare posti di lavoro e promuovere l'innovazione a livello locale (obiettivi Europa 2020). Con la ejecución de este proyecto, el solicitante llevará a cabo la modernización y ampliación de una granja de mejillones negro (Mutilus Galloprovincialis Lam.) con una instalación adecuada especialmente diseñada, biotecnología y biotecnología completa en la región de Kavarna. La inversión se llevará a cabo en armonía con todos los requisitos y normas europeos. Con la ejecución de este proyecto, el solicitante invertirá en equipos e instalaciones para la construcción de 50 nuevos palangreros para el cultivo de mejillones de mar negro con una capacidad anual de 250 toneladas, a saber: 1. Boyas necesarias para líneas largas; 2. Cables resistentes a la radiación UV y a fuertes fluctuaciones de temperatura, de acuerdo con la descripción tecnológica; 3. Anclajes de hormigón armado con mayor fuerza de retención; 4. Cuerda de cultivo de mejillones; 5.
