Настоящата разработка има за цел изготвяне на проект, чрез който да се кандидатства за финансиране по Процедура чрез подбор № BG06RDNP001-6.004 “Производство на продукти, които не са включени в приложение I от договора за функционирането на Eвропейския съюз” по подмярка 6.4.1. „Инвестиции в подкрепа на неземеделски дейности“ от ПРСР 2014 – 2020 г. Предмет на настоящата разработка е развиване на производствен участък за механично смесване и пакетиране на козметични продукти. Производствената сграда, предназначена за развиване на дейността е достъпна с автомобилен транспорт, отделена от прилежащата територия с ограда. Помещенията са сухи, с подходящо осветление, ел. обезопасено, осигуряващо безопасни условия на труд. Технологичното оборудване е с технически, конструктивни и експлоатационни възможности, които осигуряват протичането на производствения процес по начин, който не води до замърсяване и повреждане на козметичните продукти. Планираните инвестиционни разходи, за които се кандидатства за финансиране възлизат на 742 142,68 лв. без ДДС, а очакваната субсидия по проекта е в размер на 50% от общите допустими инвестиционни разходи. The purpose of this development is to prepare a project by which to apply for funding under Selection Procedure No BG06RDNP001-6.004 ‘Manufacture of products not covered by Annex I of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union’ under sub-measure 6.4.1. “Investments in support of non-agricultural activities” of RDP 2014-2020. The subject of this development is the development of a production site for mechanical mixing and packaging of cosmetic products. The production building for the development of the activity is accessible by road transport, separated from the adjacent territory by a fence. The premises shall be dry, with appropriate lighting, electrically secured, ensuring safe working conditions. Technological equipment has technical, design and operational capabilities that ensure that the production process is carried out in a way that does not lead to contamination and damage to cosmetic products. The planned investment costs, for which funding is applied for, amount to BGN 742 142.68 excluding VAT and the expected subsidy for the project amounts to 50 % of the total eligible investment costs. L’objectif de ce développement est de préparer un projet pour demander un financement au titre de la procédure de sélection no BG06RDNP001-6.004 «Fabrication de produits non couverts par l’annexe I du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne» au titre de la sous-mesure 6.4.1. «Investissements en faveur des activités non agricoles» du PDR 2014-2020. L’objet de ce développement est le développement d’un site de production pour le mélange mécanique et l’emballage des produits cosmétiques. Le bâtiment de production pour le développement de l’activité est accessible par le transport routier, séparé du territoire adjacent par une clôture. Les locaux doivent être secs, avec un éclairage approprié, fixé électriquement, assurant des conditions de travail sûres. Les équipements technologiques disposent de capacités techniques, de conception et d’exploitation qui garantissent que le processus de production est effectué d’une manière qui n’entraîne pas de contamination et d’endommagement des produits cosmétiques. Les coûts d’investissement prévus, pour lesquels un financement est demandé, s’élèvent à 742 142,68 BGN hors TVA et la subvention prévue pour le projet s’élève à 50 % du total des coûts d’investissement éligibles. Ziel dieser Entwicklung ist die Vorbereitung eines Projekts zur Beantragung einer Förderung im Rahmen des Auswahlverfahrens Nr. BG06RDNP001-6.004 „Herstellung von Erzeugnissen, die nicht unter Anhang I des Vertrags über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union fallen“ im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 6.4.1. „Investitionen zur Unterstützung nichtlandwirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten“ des EPLR 2014-2020. Gegenstand dieser Entwicklung ist die Entwicklung einer Produktionsstätte für mechanisches Mischen und Verpacken kosmetischer Mittel. Das Produktionsgebäude für die Entwicklung der Tätigkeit ist durch den Straßentransport zugänglich, der durch einen Zaun vom angrenzenden Gebiet getrennt ist. Die Räumlichkeiten müssen trocken und mit entsprechender Beleuchtung elektrisch gesichert sein und sichere Arbeitsbedingungen gewährleisten. Technologische Ausrüstung verfügt über technische, gestalterische und operative Fähigkeiten, die gewährleisten, dass der Produktionsprozess in einer Weise durchgeführt wird, die nicht zu Verunreinigungen und Beschädigungen kosmetischer Mittel führt. Die geplanten Investitionskosten, für die eine Finanzierung beantragt wird, belaufen sich auf 742 142.68 BGN ohne Mehrwertsteuer, und der erwartete Zuschuss für das Projekt beläuft sich auf 50 % der gesamten förderfähigen Investitionskosten. Het doel van deze ontwikkeling is de voorbereiding van een project waarbij financiering kan worden aangevraagd in het kader van selectieprocedure nr. BG06RDNP001-6.004 „Vervaardiging van producten die niet onder bijlage I bij het Verdrag betreffende de werking van de Europese Unie vallen” in het kader van submaatregel 6.4.1. „Investeringen ter ondersteuning van niet-landbouwactiviteiten” van POP 2014-2020. Het onderwerp van deze ontwikkeling is de ontwikkeling van een productielocatie voor het mechanisch mengen en verpakken van cosmetische producten. Het productiegebouw voor de ontwikkeling van de activiteit is toegankelijk via het wegvervoer, gescheiden van het aangrenzende grondgebied door een omheining. De ruimten moeten droog zijn, met passende verlichting, elektrisch bevestigd, zodat de arbeidsomstandigheden veilig zijn. Technologische apparatuur beschikt over technische, ontwerp- en operationele capaciteiten die ervoor zorgen dat het productieproces wordt uitgevoerd op een manier die niet leidt tot verontreiniging en beschadiging van cosmetische producten. De geplande investeringskosten, waarvoor financiering wordt aangevraagd, bedragen 742 142,68 BGN exclusief BTW en de verwachte subsidie voor het project bedraagt 50 % van de totale subsidiabele investeringskosten. Lo scopo di tale sviluppo è quello di preparare un progetto con il quale presentare domanda di finanziamento nell'ambito della procedura di selezione n. BG06RDNP001-6.004 "Fabbricazione di prodotti non contemplati dall'allegato I del trattato sul funzionamento dell'Unione europea" nell'ambito della sottomisura 6.4.1. "Investimenti a sostegno di attività non agricole" del PSR 2014-2020. L'oggetto di tale sviluppo è lo sviluppo di un sito di produzione per la miscelazione meccanica e il confezionamento di prodotti cosmetici. L'edificio produttivo per lo sviluppo dell'attività è accessibile tramite trasporto su strada, separato dal territorio adiacente da una recinzione. I locali devono essere asciutti, muniti di un'adeguata illuminazione, fissati elettricamente, garantendo condizioni di lavoro sicure. Le attrezzature tecnologiche dispongono di capacità tecniche, progettuali e operative che garantiscono che il processo di produzione sia effettuato in modo tale da non provocare contaminazione e danni ai prodotti cosmetici. I costi d'investimento previsti, per i quali è richiesto il finanziamento, ammontano a 742 142,68 BGN al netto dell'IVA e la sovvenzione prevista per il progetto ammonta al 50 % del totale dei costi di investimento ammissibili. El objetivo de este desarrollo es preparar un proyecto mediante el cual solicitar financiación con arreglo al procedimiento de selección n.º BG06RDNP001-6.004 «Fabricación de productos no cubiertos por el anexo I del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea» en el marco de la submedida 6.4.1. «Inversiones en apoyo de actividades no agrícolas» del PDR 2014-2020. El objeto de este desarrollo es el desarrollo de un centro de producción de mezcla mecánica y envasado de productos cosméticos. El edificio de producción para el desarrollo de la actividad es accesible mediante transporte por carretera, separado del territorio adyacente por una valla. Los locales deberán estar secos, con una iluminación adecuada, asegurados eléctricamente, garantizando unas condiciones de trabajo seguras. El equipo tecnológico cuenta con capacidades técnicas, de diseño y operativas que aseguran que el proceso de producción se lleva a cabo de manera que no provoque contaminación ni daños a los productos cosméticos. Los costes de inversión previstos, para los que se solicita financiación, ascienden a 7442 142,68 BGN, excluido el IVA, y la subvención prevista para el proyecto asciende al 50 % del total de los costes de inversión subvencionables.
