Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към въвеждането на нови продукти, процеси и технологии, подобряване енергийната ефективност на предприятието, подобряването на възможностите за производство на биологични продукти чрез преработка на първични земеделски биологични суровини. Заложените цели ще бъдат изпълнени чрез изпълнението на следните дейности: Строително – монтажни дейности по надстройка и реконструкция на производствената сграда, Доставка и монтаж на Система за смилане на билки – криогенна мелница, заедно с технологично оборудване за инсталация за втечнен азот, доставка и монтаж на оборудване във връзка с цялостното изпълнение на планираните строително-монтажни дейности, както и окомплектовка на оборудване за технологични нужди, съгласно приложена техническа спецификация.Реализацията на настоящия проект е в изпълнение на изготвени инвестиционни проекти и енергийно обследване на промишлената система на Биопрограма ЕАД.Резултатите, които ще бъдат постигнати с изпълнението на настоящото проектно предложение са следните: производство на биологични продукти; повишаване енергийната ефективност; подобряване на сътрудничеството между земеделските производители, преработватели и търговци; повишаване на конкурентоспособността; създаване на устойчива заетост на територията на селски район. Изпълнението на проекта ще окаже положителен ефект на общото секторно развитие за етерично-маслените култури на страната. Биопрограма ЕАД ще подобри своите пазарни позиции в този сектор и ще допринесе за цялостната търговия и конкурентоспособност на българския пазар. (Bulgarian)

This project proposal aims at introducing new products, processes and technologies, improving the energy efficiency of the enterprise, improving the production opportunities of organic products through the processing of primary agricultural organic raw materials. The objectives set will be achieved through the implementation of the following activities: Construction and installation works for upgrading and reconstruction of the production building, Supply and installation of a system for grinding herbs — cryogenic mill, together with technological equipment for the installation of liquefied nitrogen, supply and installation of equipment in connection with the overall implementation of the planned construction and installation activities, as well as equipment for technological needs, according to the attached technical specification.The implementation of this project is in implementation of completed investment projects and energy audit of the industrial system of Bioprogram EAD. The results that will be achieved with the implementation of this project proposal are as follows: production of organic products; increasing energy efficiency; improving cooperation between farmers, processors and traders; enhancing competitiveness; creating sustainable employment in a rural area. The implementation of the project will have a positive effect on the general sectoral development for the country’s essential oil crops. Bioprogram EAD will improve its market position in this sector and will contribute to the overall trade and competitiveness of the Bulgarian market. (English)

Cette proposition de projet vise à introduire de nouveaux produits, procédés et technologies, à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique de l’entreprise, à améliorer les possibilités de production de produits biologiques grâce à la transformation des matières premières agricoles primaires biologiques. Les objectifs fixés seront atteints par la mise en œuvre des activités suivantes: Travaux de construction et d’installation pour la mise à niveau et la reconstruction du bâtiment de production, Fourniture et installation d’un système de broyage d’herbes — moulin cryogénique, équipement technologique pour l’installation d’azote liquéfié, fourniture et installation d’équipements dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre globale des activités de construction et d’installation prévues, ainsi que des équipements pour les besoins technologiques, selon les spécifications techniques ci-jointes.La réalisation de ce projet est en cours de réalisation de projets d’investissement achevés et d’audit énergétique du système industriel du bioprogramme EAD. Les résultats qui seront obtenus avec la mise en œuvre de la présente proposition de projet sont les suivants: la production de produits biologiques; accroître l’efficacité énergétique; améliorer la coopération entre les agriculteurs, les transformateurs et les négociants; renforcer la compétitivité; créer des emplois durables dans une zone rurale. La mise en œuvre du projet aura un effet positif sur le développement sectoriel général des cultures oléagineuses essentielles du pays. Bioprogramme EAD améliorera sa position sur le marché dans ce secteur et contribuera au commerce global et à la compétitivité du marché bulgare. (French)

Dieser Projektvorschlag zielt darauf ab, neue Produkte, Verfahren und Technologien einzuführen, die Energieeffizienz des Unternehmens zu verbessern, die Produktionsmöglichkeiten von ökologischen/biologischen Erzeugnissen durch die Verarbeitung landwirtschaftlicher Rohstoffe zu verbessern. Die gesetzten Ziele werden durch die Durchführung folgender Maßnahmen erreicht: Bau- und Installationsarbeiten zur Modernisierung und Rekonstruktion des Produktionsgebäudes, Lieferung und Installation eines Systems zum Mahlen von Kräutern – kryogene Mühle, zusammen mit technologischer Ausrüstung für den Einbau von Flüssigstickstoff, Lieferung und Installation von Anlagen im Zusammenhang mit der Gesamtdurchführung der geplanten Bau- und Installationstätigkeiten sowie Ausrüstung für den technologischen Bedarf, entsprechend der beigefügten technischen Spezifikation.Die Durchführung dieses Projekts ist in der Durchführung abgeschlossener Investitionsprojekte und Energieaudits des industriellen Systems des Bioprogramms EAD. Die Ergebnisse, die mit der Umsetzung dieses Projektvorschlags erzielt werden, sind wie folgt: Erzeugung ökologischer/biologischer Erzeugnisse; Steigerung der Energieeffizienz; Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Landwirten, Verarbeitern und Händlern; Verbesserung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit; Schaffung nachhaltiger Arbeitsplätze in einem ländlichen Raum. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird sich positiv auf die allgemeine sektorale Entwicklung der ätherischen Ölpflanzen des Landes auswirken. Das Bioprogramm EAD wird seine Marktposition in diesem Sektor verbessern und zur allgemeinen Handels- und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des bulgarischen Marktes beitragen. (German)

Dit projectvoorstel is gericht op de invoering van nieuwe producten, processen en technologieën, het verbeteren van de energie-efficiëntie van het bedrijf, het verbeteren van de productiemogelijkheden van biologische producten door de verwerking van primaire agrarische biologische grondstoffen. De doelstellingen zullen worden verwezenlijkt door de uitvoering van de volgende activiteiten: Bouw- en installatiewerkzaamheden voor de modernisering en wederopbouw van het productiegebouw, levering en installatie van een systeem voor het malen van kruiden — cryogene molens, samen met technologische uitrusting voor de installatie van vloeibaar stikstof, levering en installatie van apparatuur in verband met de algemene uitvoering van de geplande bouw- en installatieactiviteiten, evenals apparatuur voor technologische behoeften, volgens de bijgevoegde technische specificatie.De uitvoering van dit project is in uitvoering van voltooide investeringsprojecten en energieaudits van het industriële systeem van bioprogramma EAD. De resultaten die met de uitvoering van dit projectvoorstel zullen worden bereikt, zijn als volgt: productie van biologische producten; verhoging van de energie-efficiëntie; verbetering van de samenwerking tussen landbouwers, verwerkers en handelaren; versterking van het concurrentievermogen; het creëren van duurzame werkgelegenheid in een plattelandsgebied. De uitvoering van het project zal een positief effect hebben op de algemene sectorale ontwikkeling van de etherische oliegewassen van het land. De EBD van het bioprogramma zal zijn marktpositie in deze sector verbeteren en zal bijdragen tot de algehele handel en het concurrentievermogen van de Bulgaarse markt. (Dutch)

Questa proposta di progetto mira a introdurre nuovi prodotti, processi e tecnologie, a migliorare l'efficienza energetica dell'impresa, a migliorare le opportunità di produzione dei prodotti biologici attraverso la trasformazione di materie prime biologiche agricole primarie. Gli obiettivi fissati saranno raggiunti attraverso l'attuazione delle seguenti attività: Lavori di costruzione e installazione per l'ammodernamento e la ricostruzione dell'edificio produttivo, fornitura e installazione di un sistema di macinazione erbe — mulino criogenico, insieme ad attrezzature tecnologiche per l'installazione di azoto liquefatto, fornitura e installazione di attrezzature in relazione alla realizzazione complessiva delle attività di costruzione e installazione pianificate, nonché attrezzature per esigenze tecnologiche, secondo le specifiche tecniche allegate. L'attuazione di questo progetto è in attuazione di progetti di investimento completati e audit energetico del sistema industriale di bioprogramma EAD. I risultati che saranno raggiunti con l'attuazione della presente proposta di progetto sono i seguenti: produzione di prodotti biologici; aumentare l'efficienza energetica; migliorare la cooperazione tra agricoltori, trasformatori e commercianti; rafforzare la competitività; creare occupazione sostenibile in una zona rurale. L'attuazione del progetto avrà un effetto positivo sullo sviluppo settoriale generale delle colture oleaginose essenziali del paese. Bioprogramma EAD migliorerà la sua posizione di mercato in questo settore e contribuirà al commercio globale e alla competitività del mercato bulgaro. (Italian)

Esta propuesta de proyecto tiene por objeto introducir nuevos productos, procesos y tecnologías, mejorar la eficiencia energética de la empresa, mejorar las oportunidades de producción de los productos ecológicos a través de la transformación de materias primas orgánicas agrícolas primarias. Los objetivos fijados se alcanzarán mediante la realización de las siguientes actividades: Obras de construcción e instalación para la modernización y reconstrucción del edificio de producción, suministro e instalación de un sistema de molienda de hierbas — molino criogénico, junto con equipos tecnológicos para la instalación de nitrógeno licuado, suministro e instalación de equipos relacionados con la ejecución global de las actividades de construcción e instalación previstas, así como equipos para necesidades tecnológicas, de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas adjuntas.La ejecución de este proyecto se encuentra en ejecución de proyectos de inversión terminados y auditoría energética del sistema industrial de bioprograma EAD. Los resultados que se lograrán con la ejecución de esta propuesta de proyecto son los siguientes: producción de productos ecológicos; aumentar la eficiencia energética; mejorar la cooperación entre agricultores, transformadores y comerciantes; mejorar la competitividad; creación de empleo sostenible en una zona rural. La ejecución del proyecto tendrá un efecto positivo en el desarrollo sectorial general de los cultivos oleaginosos esenciales del país. El bioprograma EAD mejorará su posición en el mercado en este sector y contribuirá al comercio global y a la competitividad del mercado búlgaro. (Spanish)
