Проектното предложение е свързано с изграждане и оборудване на Амбулатория за индивидуална практика за специализирана медицинска помощ - дентална със самостоятелна медико - техническа лаборатория в УПИ X-1809, кв.13 по плана на гр. Якоруда, общ. Якоруда, собственост на кандидата.Проектът включва разходи за строително - монтажни работи, свързани с изграждане на сградата на амбулаторията, вертикална планировка с площадкови мрежи, озеленяване и ажурна ограда, като всички предвидени дейности са ново строителство по смисъла на ЗУТ.Включени са разходи за доставка и монтаж на котелна инсталация, асансьорна уредба и стоматологично оборудване, както и разходи за изработване на технически проект и за консултантски услуги.С изпълнението на проекта ще се повиши качеството и вида на предлаганите от кандидата стоматологични услуги, както и възможността те да бъдат предлагани на по-голям кръг от местното население и с по-лесно достъпна среда.Освен това кандидатът ще има възможността да разкрие 10 работни места, включително за стоматолог и зъботехник. La proposition de projet concerne la construction et l’équipement d’un ambulatoire pour la pratique individuelle pour les soins médicaux spécialisés — dentaire avec laboratoire technique médical indépendant à UPI X-1809, quart 13 selon le plan de la ville de Yakoruda, municipalité. Der Projektvorschlag bezieht sich auf den Bau und die Ausstattung eines Ambulatoriums für individuelle Praxis für spezialisierte medizinische Versorgung – Dental mit unabhängigem medizinischem – technischem Labor in UPI X-1809, Viertel 13 nach dem Plan der Stadt Yakoruda, Gemeinde. Yakoruda, im Besitz der Klägerin.Das Projekt umfasst Kosten für Bau- und Installationsarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Bau des Gebäudes der ambulativen, vertikalen Planung mit Standortnetzen, Landschaftsbau und offenem Bauzaun, alle geplanten Tätigkeiten sind Neubau im Sinne des ZUT. Die Kosten für die Lieferung und Installation von Kesselinstallation, Aufzugssystem und Zahnausrüstung sind enthalten. Das Projekt wird die Qualität und Art der zahnärztlichen Dienstleistungen des Antragstellers erhöhen, sowie die Möglichkeit, sie einem größeren Kreis der lokalen Bevölkerung und mit einer leichter zugänglichen Umgebung anzubieten. Darüber hinaus wird der Antragsteller die Möglichkeit haben, 10 Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen, darunter für einen Zahnarzt und Zahntechniker. (German)

Het projectvoorstel heeft betrekking op de bouw en uitrusting van een ambulant voor de individuele praktijk voor gespecialiseerde medische zorg — tandheelkundige met onafhankelijke medische — technisch laboratorium in UPI X-1809, kwartaal 13 volgens het plan van de stad Yakoruda, gemeente. Yakoruda, eigendom van verzoekster.Het project omvat kosten voor de bouw en installatie van de bouw van het ambulante gebouw, verticale planning met sitenetwerken, landschapsarchitectuur en opengewerkte omheining, alle geplande activiteiten zijn nieuwbouw in de zin van de ZUT.De kosten van levering en installatie van ketelinstallatie, liftsysteem en tandheelkundige apparatuur zijn inbegrepen. La proposta di progetto riguarda la costruzione e l'attrezzatura di un ambulatorio per lo studio individuale per l'assistenza medica specializzata — dentale con medico indipendente — laboratorio tecnico in UPI X-1809, quarto 13 secondo il piano della città di Yakoruda, comune. Yakoruda, di proprietà della ricorrente.Il progetto comprende i costi per i lavori di costruzione e installazione relativi alla costruzione dell'ambulatorio, la pianificazione verticale con reti di cantieri, l'architettura del paesaggio e la recinzione traforata, tutte le attività previste sono nuove costruzioni ai sensi della ZUT. Sono inclusi i costi di fornitura e installazione di caldaie, impianti di ascensore e attrezzature odontoiatriche.
