Дигитализирането в медицината е навлязло като стандарт преди повече от 15 г. в развитите страни и набира скорост в последните години в България. При лечебните и рехабилитационни интервенции в денталната медицина все повече се налага използването на софтуерно планиране и провеждане на лечебните процедури. От 22.01.2015 г. в Наредба 1 на МЗ е обявена нова специалност в сферата на денталната медицина-дентална имплантология. В медицинския стандарт на тази специалност влиза планирането, операцията по имплантиране, натоварването на имплантатите, чрез което се привеждат във функция, и имплантатния съпорт в който се включват терапията на ранните и късните усложнения и поддръжката на интегрираните имплантати. Това определя имплантологията като интегрална специалност обединяваща в себе си оралната и лицево-челюстна хирургия, пародонтологията и протетичната дентална медицина. Основната терапевтична същност на денталната имплантология е възстановяването на дъвкателния апарат като основен орган на храносмилателната система. "Веридент" е център специализиран в превенцията и промоцията, диагностиката, профилактиката и лечението на оралните заболявания и тези в лицево-челюстната област и шията. С настоящият проект е планирано закупуването на следното оборудване и софтуер за дигитализация на дейностите по дентална имплантология:1.Интраорален скенер – 1 бр.2.Преносим компютър (лаптоп) съвместим за работа с интраоралния скенер – 1 бр.3.Лабораторен скенер с вграден софтуер за работа – 1 бр.4.Моделажен софтуер (стандартен пакет с разширение имплант) – 1 бр.5.3D принтер (стоматологичен апарат) - 1бр.Проектът е на стойност 176175.12 лв. С неговата реализация ще се осигурят три нови висококвалифицирани работни места в селски район и ще се предложи нова услуга със значителен благоприятен ефект, както за клиниката като бизнес структура, така и за пациента, ползвател на сътветната здравна услуга. Digitising in medicine has entered as a standard more than 15 years ago in developed countries and has gained momentum in recent years in Bulgaria. Treatment and rehabilitation interventions in dentistry increasingly require the use of software planning and carrying out treatment procedures. From 22.01.2015, Ordinance 1 of the Ministry of Health announced a new specialty in the field of dental medicine — dental implantology. The medical standard of this specialty includes the planning, implantation operation, the load of implants, through which they are brought into function, and the implant support, which includes the therapy of early and late complications and the maintenance of integrated implants. This defines implantology as an integral specialty uniting oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontology and prosthetic dentistry. The main therapeutic essence of dental implantology is the restoration of the chewing apparatus as the main organ of the digestive system. Verdent is a center specialised in prevention and promotion, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of oral diseases and those in the maxillofacial region and neck. With this project it is planned to purchase the following equipment and software for digitisation of dental implantology activities:1.Intraoral scanner — 1 pcs.2.Portable computer (laptop) compatible for use with the intraoral scanner — 1 pcs.3.Laboratory scanner with built-in software for work — 1 pcs.4. Model software (standard package with extension implant) — 1 pcs. The project is worth BGN 176175.12 The project will provide three new highly qualified jobs in a rural area and will offer a new service with significant beneficial effect to the user, both for the business and the clinic. La numérisation de la médecine est entrée comme norme il y a plus de 15 ans dans les pays développés et a pris de l’ampleur ces dernières années en Bulgarie. Les interventions de traitement et de réadaptation en dentisterie nécessitent de plus en plus l’utilisation de logiciels de planification et d’exécution des procédures de traitement. À partir du 22.01.2015, l’ordonnance 1 du ministère de la Santé a annoncé une nouvelle spécialité dans le domaine de la médecine dentaire — l’implantologie dentaire. La norme médicale de cette spécialité comprend la planification, l’opération d’implantation, la charge des implants, à travers lesquels ils sont mis en fonction, et le soutien de l’implant, qui comprend le traitement des complications précoces et tardives et le maintien d’implants intégrés. Cela définit l’implantologie comme une spécialité intégrale qui unit la chirurgie buccale et maxillofaciale, la parodontologie et la dentisterie prothétique. La principale essence thérapeutique de l’implantologie dentaire est la restauration de l’appareil à mâcher en tant qu’organe principal du système digestif. Verdent est un centre spécialisé dans la prévention et la promotion, le diagnostic, la prévention et le traitement des maladies buccodentaires et celles de la région maxillo-faciale et du cou. Avec ce projet, il est prévu d’acheter l’équipement et le logiciel suivants pour la numérisation de l’implantologie dentaire activities:1.Intraoral scanner — 1 PC.2. Ordinateur portable (ordinateur portable) compatible avec le scanner intraoral — 1 pcs.3.Scanner de laboratoire avec logiciel intégré pour le travail — 1 pcs.4. Logiciel modèle (paquet standard avec extension implant) — 1 pcs. Le projet vaut BGN 176175.12 Le projet fournira trois nouveaux emplois hautement qualifiés dans une zone rurale et offrira un nouveau service avec un effet bénéfique significatif pour l’utilisateur, tant pour l’entreprise que pour la clinique. Die Digitalisierung in der Medizin hat sich vor mehr als 15 Jahren in den entwickelten Ländern bewährt und hat in den letzten Jahren in Bulgarien an Dynamik gewonnen. Behandlungs- und Rehabilitationsmaßnahmen in der Zahnmedizin erfordern zunehmend den Einsatz von Softwareplanung und Behandlungsverfahren. Ab 22.01.2015 kündigte die Verordnung 1 des Gesundheitsministeriums eine neue Spezialität auf dem Gebiet der Zahnmedizin – Zahnimplantologie an. Der medizinische Standard dieser Spezialität umfasst die Planung, Implantation, die Belastung von Implantaten, durch die sie in Funktion gebracht werden, und die Implantatunterstützung, die die Therapie von frühen und späten Komplikationen und die Pflege integrierter Implantate umfasst. Dies definiert die Implantologie als integrale Spezialität, die Mund- und Kieferhautchirurgie, Parodontologie und prothetische Zahnmedizin vereint. Die wichtigste therapeutische Essenz der Zahnimplantologie ist die Wiederherstellung des Kauapparates als Hauptorgan des Verdauungssystems. Verdent ist ein Zentrum, das sich auf Prävention und Förderung, Diagnose, Prävention und Behandlung von Munderkrankungen und solchen in der Maxillofaziale Region und des Halses spezialisiert hat. Mit diesem Projekt ist geplant, die folgenden Geräte und Software für die Digitalisierung der Zahnimplantologie activities:1.Intraoral Scanner – 1 Stück.2.Portable Computer (Laptop) kompatibel für den Einsatz mit dem Intraoral-Scanner – 1 Stk..3. Laborscanner mit eingebauter Software für die Arbeit – 1 Stk.4. Modellsoftware (Standardpaket mit Erweiterungsimplantat) – 1 Stk. Das Projekt ist wert BGN 176175.12 Das Projekt wird drei neue hochqualifizierte Arbeitsplätze in einem ländlichen Raum bieten und einen neuen Service bieten, der sowohl für Unternehmen als auch für die Klinik einen neuen, vorteilhaften Service bietet. De digitalisering van de geneeskunde is meer dan 15 jaar geleden in ontwikkelde landen als norm ingevoerd en heeft de afgelopen jaren in Bulgarije een impuls gekregen. Behandelings- en revalidatieinterventies in de tandheelkunde vereisen in toenemende mate het gebruik van softwareplanning en het uitvoeren van behandelingsprocedures. Vanaf 22.01.2015, Ordonnantie 1 van het ministerie van Volksgezondheid kondigde een nieuwe specialiteit aan op het gebied van tandheelkundige geneeskunde — tandheelkundige implantologie. De medische standaard van deze specialiteit omvat de planning, implantatie operatie, de belasting van implantaten, waardoor ze in werking worden gebracht, en de implantaat ondersteuning, waaronder de behandeling van vroege en late complicaties en het onderhoud van geïntegreerde implantaten. Dit definieert implantologie als een integrale specialiteit die orale en maxillofaciale chirurgie, parodontologie en prothetische tandheelkunde verenigt. De belangrijkste therapeutische essentie van tandheelkundige implantologie is het herstel van het kauwapparaat als het belangrijkste orgaan van het spijsverteringsstelsel. Verdent is een centrum gespecialiseerd in preventie en promotie, diagnose, preventie en behandeling van mondziekten en die in de maxillofaciale regio en nek. Met dit project is het de bedoeling om de volgende apparatuur en software te kopen voor de digitalisering van tandheelkundige implantologie activities:1.Intraoral scanner — 1 pcs.2.Draagbare computer (laptop) compatibel voor gebruik met de intraorale scanner — 1 pcs.3.Laboratory scanner met ingebouwde software voor het werk — 1 pcs.4. Model software (standaard pakket met uitbreiding implantaat) — 1 pcs. Het project is de moeite waard BGN 176175.12 Het project zal drie nieuwe hooggekwalificeerde banen in een plattelandsgebied bieden en zal een nieuwe dienst bieden met een significant gunstig effect voor de gebruiker, zowel voor het bedrijfsleven als voor de kliniek. La digitalizzazione in medicina è entrata come standard più di 15 anni fa nei paesi sviluppati e ha guadagnato slancio negli ultimi anni in Bulgaria. Gli interventi terapeutici e riabilitativi in odontoiatria richiedono sempre più l'uso di software di pianificazione ed esecuzione delle procedure di trattamento. Dal 22.01.2015, l'Ordinanza 1 del Ministero della Salute ha annunciato una nuova specializzazione nel campo della medicina dentale — implantologia dentale. Lo standard medico di questa specialità comprende la pianificazione, il funzionamento dell'impianto, il carico degli impianti, attraverso il quale vengono messi in funzione, e il supporto per l'impianto, che comprende la terapia delle complicazioni precoci e tardive e il mantenimento di impianti integrati. Questo definisce l'implantologia come una specialità integrale che unisce chirurgia orale e maxillofacciale, parodontologia e odontoiatria protesica. La principale essenza terapeutica dell'implantologia dentale è il ripristino dell'apparato da masticare come organo principale dell'apparato digerente. Verdent è un centro specializzato nella prevenzione e promozione, diagnosi, prevenzione e cura delle malattie orali e di quelle della regione maxillo-facciale e del collo. Con questo progetto è previsto l'acquisto delle seguenti attrezzature e software per la digitalizzazione dell'implantologia dentale activities:1.Intraoral scanner — 1 pcs.2.computer portatile (laptop) compatibile per l'uso con lo scanner intraorale — 1 pz.3.Scanner di laboratorio con software integrato per il lavoro — 1 pz.4. Software modello (pacchetto standard con impianto di estensione) — 1 pz. Il progetto vale BGN 176175.12 Il progetto fornirà tre nuovi lavori altamente qualificati in un'area rurale e offrirà un nuovo servizio con un significativo effetto benefico per l'utente, sia per l'azienda che per la clinica. La digitalización de la medicina ha entrado como norma hace más de 15 años en los países desarrollados y ha cobrado impulso en los últimos años en Bulgaria. Las intervenciones de tratamiento y rehabilitación en odontología requieren cada vez más el uso de la planificación de software y la realización de procedimientos de tratamiento. A partir del 22.01.2015, la Ordenanza 1 del Ministerio de Salud anunció una nueva especialidad en el campo de la medicina dental — implantología dental. El estándar médico de esta especialidad incluye la planificación, operación de implantación, la carga de implantes, a través del cual se ponen en funcionamiento, y el soporte del implante, que incluye la terapia de complicaciones tempranas y tardías y el mantenimiento de implantes integrados. Esto define la implantología como una especialidad integral que une cirugía oral y maxilofacial, periodontología y prótesis dentales. La principal esencia terapéutica de la implantología dental es la restauración del aparato masticador como órgano principal del sistema digestivo. Verdent es un centro especializado en prevención y promoción, diagnóstico, prevención y tratamiento de enfermedades orales y en la región maxilofacial y cuello. Con este proyecto está previsto adquirir el siguiente equipo y software para la digitalización de implantes dentales activities:1.Intraoral escáner — 1 pcs.2. Ordenador portátil (ordenador portátil) compatible para su uso con el escáner intraoral — 1 pcs.3.Escáner de laboratorio con software incorporado para el trabajo — 1 pcs.4. Software modelo (paquete estándar con implante de extensión) — 1 pcs. El proyecto vale la pena BGN 176175.12 El proyecto proporcionará tres nuevos puestos de trabajo altamente cualificados en una zona rural y ofrecerá un nuevo servicio con un efecto beneficioso significativo para el usuario, tanto para la empresa como para la clínica.
