Проектното предложение на Агропакт ЕООД включва инвестиции в технологично оборудване за подобряване на производствения капацитет в действащо предприятие за преработка на плодове и зеленчуци, както следва:1. Обемно пълначна машина, тип 6;2. Дозатор за замразени плодове и зеленчуци за потребителски опаковки, с възможност за дозиране на точно тегло;3. Опаковъчна машина за PP ламинирани фолиа;4. Платформа за монтаж и обслужване на дозатор;5.Елеватор с вибро бункер за захранване на елеватора, който подава замразени плодове и зеленчуци към автоматичния дозатор;6.Принтер, работещ в линия за вариращите данни върху опаковките / дата на производство или партиден номер, както и срок на годност;7.Метал детектор за финална инспекция на пакетираните замразени плодове и зеленчуци в потребителски опаковки.Планираните инвестиции са част от дългосрочната стратегия на преработвателното предприятие за обновяване на производствените мощности, повишаване на производителността на труда, оптимизиране на производствените процеси и разходи в предприятието.Инвестициите са в действащо предприятие за преработка на плодове и зеленчуци, намиращо на територията на МИГ Балчик-Генерал Тошево - село Сенокос, община Балчик. Предприятието произвежда продукция с марката Granny’s taste. Предприятието за преработка на плодове и зеленчуци е вписано в публичния регистър на БАБХ с удостоверение за регистрация № 101/21774 от 27.08.2015 година, допълнено с удостоверение № 101/32683 от 31.10.2019г (Bulgarian)

The project proposal of Agropact Ltd. includes investments in technological equipment to improve the production capacity in a going concern for processing of fruits and vegetables as follows:1. Volume filling machine, type 6;2. Dispenser for frozen fruit and vegetables for unit packets, with the possibility of accurately weighing;3. Packaging machine for PP laminated foils;4. Platform for installation and servicing of dispenser;5.Elevator with vibro hopper to power the elevator, which delivers frozen fruits and vegetables to the automatic dispenser;6.Printer working in line for variable data on packaging/production date or batch number, as well as expiration date;7.Metal detector for final inspection of packaged frozen fruits and vegetables in consumer packaging.The planned investments are part of the long-term strategy of the processing plant for renewal of production facilities, increasing labor productivity, optimisation of production processes and costs in the establishment.The investments are in active plant for processing fruit and vegetables — Balchi — General Municipality. The company produces production under the brand Granny’s taste. The fruit and vegetable processing plant was registered in the BFSA’s public register with certificate No 101/21774 of 27 August 2015, supplemented by certificate No 101/32683 of 31 October 2019. Machine de remplissage de volume, type 6; 2. Distributeur de fruits et légumes congelés pour les unités de conditionnement, avec possibilité de pesée avec précision;3. Machine d’emballage pour feuilles stratifiées PP; 4. Plate-forme pour l’installation et l’entretien du distributeur;5.Ascenseur avec trémie de vibro pour alimenter l’ascenseur, qui livre des fruits et légumes congelés au distributeur automatique;6.Printer travail en ligne pour des données variables sur la date d’emballage/de production ou le numéro de lot, ainsi que la date d’expiration;7.Détecteur de métaux pour l’inspection finale des fruits et légumes congelés emballés dans les emballages de consommation.Les investissements prévus s’inscrivent dans la stratégie à long terme de l’usine de transformation pour le renouvellement des installations de production, l’augmentation de la productivité de la main-d’œuvre, l’optimisation des processus de production et les coûts dans l’établissement.Les investissements sont dans l’usine active de transformation des fruits et légumes — Balchi — Municipalité Générale. Plattform für die Installation und Wartung des Spenders;5.Aufzug mit Vibro-Trichter, um den Aufzug zu versorgen, der gefrorenes Obst und Gemüse an den automatischen Spender liefert;6.Drucker, der für variable Daten über Verpackungen/Produktionsdatum oder Chargennummer arbeitet, sowie Ablaufdatum;7.Metalldetektor für die Endkontrolle von verpacktem gefrorenem Obst und Gemüse in Verbraucherverpackungen.Die geplanten Investitionen sind Teil der langfristigen Strategie der Verarbeitungsanlage zur Erneuerung der Produktionsanlagen, zur Steigerung der Arbeitsproduktivität, zur Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse und der Kosten im Betrieb.Die Investitionen sind in aktive Anlagen zur Verarbeitung von Obst und Gemüse – Balchi – Allgemeine Gemeinde.
