Настоящото проектно предложение представя инвестиционните намерения на "ХОЛИДЕЙ БИО" ООД, да развие основна търговска дейност, а именно производство на люспест лед за потребление в риболовната промишленост - за съхранение на сурова риба и охлаждане при транспортиране и излагане за продажба. Този продукт намира широко приложение като подпомагащ продукт в добива на дълбоководна риба и търговията с нея. Бизнес планът представя финансово и икономически обоснована инвестиция в създаване на цех за производство. Основната цел на настоящата инвестиция е създаване на устойчиво и иновативно производство, което да обезпечи създаване на дългосрочни работни места. Основните дейности по реализацията на проекта предвиждат изграждане на производствено помещение, доставка на обзавеждане и оборудване за осигуряване на производството, както и изготвяне на проучване на пазара и план за пазарна реализация на продукцията. Предвижда се разгъната застроена площ (РЗП) на цеха от 80 кв. м., а стойността на инвестиционните разходи (без разходите за услуги) е изчислена на 175969.44 лв. След реализация на инвестицията дружеството ще стартира изцяло нова дейност, за да се задоволи нарастващото търсене. Освен това ще се създадат условия за назначаване на допълнителен персонал. Като резултат от реализацията на проекта се очаква устойчиво повишаване на заетостта в селския район, подобряване на качеството и количеството на предоставяните от дружеството услуги, диверсификация на местната икономика към тематично обвързани с риболова и рибната промишленост сектори, както и намаляване на вредното влияние върху околната среда и подобряване устойчивостта на натиска върху нея. This project proposal presents the investment intentions of HOLIDAY BIO Ltd. to develop a major commercial activity, namely production of scaly ice for consumption in the fishing industry — storage of raw fish and cooling during transport and display for sale. This product is widely used as a supporting product in deep-sea fish extraction and trade. The business plan presents a financially and economically sound investment in setting up a production plant. The main objective of this investment is to create sustainable and innovative production to ensure long-term job creation. The main activities of the project include the construction of a production facility, the supply of furniture and equipment to ensure the production, as well as the preparation of a market study and a plan for the marketing of the production. The total built-up area of the workshop of 80 sq. m. is planned and the value of the investment costs (excluding service costs) is estimated at BGN 175969.44. After the realisation of the investment, the company will start a whole new activity in order to satisfy the growing demand. In addition, conditions will be created for the recruitment of additional staff. As a result of the project implementation is expected a sustainable increase in employment in the rural area, improvement of the quality and quantity of the services provided by the company, diversification of the local economy to thematically linked sectors to fishing and the fishing industry, as well as reducing the harmful impact on the environment and improving the sustainability of pressures on it. Cette proposition de projet présente les intentions d’investissement de HOLIDAY BIO Ltd. pour développer une activité commerciale majeure, à savoir la production de glace écailleuse destinée à la consommation dans l’industrie de la pêche — stockage du poisson cru et refroidissement pendant le transport et l’exposition pour la vente. Ce produit est largement utilisé comme produit de soutien dans l’extraction et le commerce de poissons d’eau profonde. Le plan d’entreprise présente un investissement financièrement et économiquement sain dans la mise en place d’une usine de production. L’objectif principal de cet investissement est de créer une production durable et innovante afin d’assurer la création d’emplois à long terme. Les principales activités du projet comprennent la construction d’une installation de production, la fourniture de mobilier et d’équipement pour assurer la production, ainsi que la préparation d’une étude de marché et d’un plan de commercialisation de la production. La superficie totale bâtie de l’atelier de 80 m² est prévue et la valeur des coûts d’investissement (hors frais de service) est estimée à 175969,44 BGN. Après la réalisation de l’investissement, l’entreprise commencera une toute nouvelle activité afin de satisfaire la demande croissante. En outre, des conditions seront créées pour le recrutement de personnel supplémentaire. À la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet, on s’attend à une augmentation durable de l’emploi dans les zones rurales, à l’amélioration de la qualité et de la quantité des services fournis par l’entreprise, à la diversification de l’économie locale vers des secteurs thématiques liés à la pêche et à l’industrie de la pêche, ainsi qu’à la réduction des effets néfastes sur l’environnement et à l’amélioration de la durabilité des pressions exercées sur celle-ci. Dieser Projektvorschlag stellt die Investitionsabsichten von HOLIDAY BIO Ltd. dar, um eine wichtige Geschäftstätigkeit zu entwickeln, nämlich die Herstellung von Schlackeis für den Verbrauch in der Fischereiindustrie – Lagerung von Rohfisch und Kühlung während des Transports und Verkaufsausstellung. Dieses Produkt wird weithin als unterstützendes Produkt in der Tiefseefischextraktion und im Handel verwendet. Der Geschäftsplan stellt eine finanziell und wirtschaftlich solide Investition in die Errichtung einer Produktionsanlage dar. Hauptziel dieser Investition ist die Schaffung einer nachhaltigen und innovativen Produktion, um die langfristige Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen zu gewährleisten. Zu den Hauptaktivitäten des Projekts gehören der Bau einer Produktionsstätte, die Lieferung von Möbeln und Ausrüstungen zur Sicherstellung der Produktion sowie die Erstellung einer Marktstudie und ein Plan für die Vermarktung der Produktion. Die Gesamtfläche der Werkstatt von 80 m² ist geplant und der Wert der Investitionskosten (ohne Servicekosten) wird auf 175969,44 BGN geschätzt. Nach der Realisierung der Investition wird das Unternehmen eine ganz neue Tätigkeit aufnehmen, um die wachsende Nachfrage zu decken. Darüber hinaus werden Bedingungen für die Einstellung von zusätzlichem Personal geschaffen. Als Ergebnis der Projektdurchführung wird eine nachhaltige Zunahme der Beschäftigung im ländlichen Raum, eine Verbesserung der Qualität und Quantität der vom Unternehmen erbrachten Dienstleistungen, die Diversifizierung der lokalen Wirtschaft in thematisch mit der Fischerei und der Fischerei verbundenen Sektoren sowie die Verringerung der schädlichen Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt und die Verbesserung der Nachhaltigkeit des Drucks darauf erwartet. Dit product wordt veel gebruikt als ondersteunend product bij diepzeeviswinning en -handel. Het bedrijfsplan bevat een financieel en economisch verantwoorde investering in de oprichting van een productie-installatie. De belangrijkste doelstelling van deze investering is het creëren van duurzame en innovatieve productie met het oog op het scheppen van werkgelegenheid op lange termijn. De belangrijkste activiteiten van het project zijn de bouw van een productiefaciliteit, de levering van meubilair en apparatuur om de productie te waarborgen, alsmede de voorbereiding van een marktstudie en een plan voor de afzet van de productie. De totale bebouwde oppervlakte van de werkplaats van 80 m² is gepland en de waarde van de investeringskosten (exclusief servicekosten) wordt geraamd op 175969,44 BGN. Na de realisatie van de investering start het bedrijf een geheel nieuwe activiteit om aan de groeiende vraag te voldoen. Daarnaast zullen voorwaarden worden gecreëerd voor de aanwerving van extra personeel. Als gevolg van de projectuitvoering wordt een duurzame toename van de werkgelegenheid in het plattelandsgebied verwacht, een verbetering van de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van de door het bedrijf verleende diensten, diversificatie van de lokale economie naar thematisch verbonden sectoren met de visserij en de visserijsector, alsook vermindering van de schadelijke gevolgen voor het milieu en verbetering van de duurzaamheid van de druk op het milieu. La presente proposta di progetto presenta le intenzioni di investimento di HOLIDAY BIO Ltd. di sviluppare un'importante attività commerciale, vale a dire la produzione di ghiaccio squamoso per il consumo nell'industria della pesca — stoccaggio del pesce crudo e raffreddamento durante il trasporto e l'esposizione per la vendita. Questo prodotto è ampiamente usato come prodotto di supporto nell'estrazione e nel commercio di pesci di acque profonde. Il piano aziendale presenta un investimento economicamente ed economicamente solido per la creazione di un impianto di produzione. L'obiettivo principale di questi investimenti è creare una produzione sostenibile e innovativa per garantire la creazione di posti di lavoro a lungo termine. Le attività principali del progetto comprendono la costruzione di un impianto di produzione, la fornitura di mobili e attrezzature per garantire la produzione, nonché la preparazione di uno studio di mercato e un piano per la commercializzazione della produzione. La superficie totale edificata dell'officina di 80 mq è prevista e il valore dei costi di investimento (esclusi i costi di servizio) è stimato a 175969,44 BGN. Dopo la realizzazione dell'investimento, l'azienda avvierà un'intera nuova attività al fine di soddisfare la crescente domanda. Saranno inoltre create le condizioni per l'assunzione di personale supplementare. A seguito dell'attuazione del progetto si prevede un aumento sostenibile dell'occupazione nelle zone rurali, un miglioramento della qualità e della quantità dei servizi forniti dall'azienda, la diversificazione dell'economia locale verso settori tematici legati alla pesca e all'industria della pesca, nonché la riduzione dell'impatto dannoso sull'ambiente e il miglioramento della sostenibilità delle pressioni su di esso. Esta propuesta de proyecto presenta las intenciones de inversión de HOLIDAY BIO Ltd. para desarrollar una importante actividad comercial, a saber, la producción de hielo escamoso para el consumo en la industria pesquera — almacenamiento de pescado crudo y refrigeración durante el transporte y la exhibición para la venta. Este producto es ampliamente utilizado como producto de apoyo en la extracción y el comercio de peces de aguas profundas. El plan de negocio presenta una inversión financiera y económicamente sólida en la creación de una planta de producción. El objetivo principal de esta inversión es crear una producción sostenible e innovadora para garantizar la creación de empleo a largo plazo. Las principales actividades del proyecto incluyen la construcción de una instalación de producción, el suministro de mobiliario y equipo para garantizar la producción, así como la preparación de un estudio de mercado y un plan para la comercialización de la producción. La superficie total construida del taller de 80 metros cuadrados está prevista y el valor de los costes de inversión (excluidos los costes de servicio) se estima en 175969,44 BGN. Después de la realización de la inversión, la empresa iniciará una actividad completamente nueva con el fin de satisfacer la creciente demanda. Además, se crearán condiciones para la contratación de personal adicional. Como resultado de la ejecución del proyecto se espera un aumento sostenible del empleo en el área rural, la mejora de la calidad y cantidad de los servicios prestados por la empresa, la diversificación de la economía local a sectores vinculados temáticamente a la pesca y la industria pesquera, así como la reducción del impacto perjudicial en el medio ambiente y la mejora de la sostenibilidad de las presiones sobre el mismo.
