Фирма „СЕРЕНА“ ЕООД притежава предприятие за производство на широка гама сушени и деликатесни плодове и зеленчуци, находящо се в ПИ: 035032, местност „Питаков хан“, с. Слокощица, общ. Кюстендил. С финансовата подкрепа, предоставяна по подмярка 4.2 „Инвестиции в преработка/маркетинг на селскостопански продукти“ от Програмата за развитие на селските райони (ПРСР) 2014-2020 г., фирмата възнамерява да подобри производителността и конкурентоспособността си чрез извършване на следните инвестиции: -Изграждане на складово хале и двуетажна офис сграда:Блок „А” представлява еднопространствено складово хале, което ще се изгради от СТБ конструкция и покрив от предварителнонапрегнати оребрени панели. Фасадните стени ще са от стенни термопанели с изолация полиуретан. Покривната хидро и топлоизолация ще се осигури от покривни термопанели с изолация полиуретан. В халето ще се разположи система складови стелажи на релсов път за съхраняване на готова продукция от действащ обект „Сушилня за плодове”, разположен в съседен имот. Блок „Б” представлява двуетажна офис сграда, която ще се изпълни с традиционна монолитна СТБ конструкция, с плосък неизползваем покрив. The company “Serena” Ltd. owns an enterprise for the production of a wide range of dried and delicate fruits and vegetables, located in the PI: 035032, Petakov Han area, Slokoshtitsa village, municipality. It’s Kyustendil. With the financial support provided under sub-measure 4.2 “Investments in processing/marketing of agricultural products” of the Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2014-2020, the company intends to improve its productivity and competitiveness by making the following investments: —Building a warehouse hall and a two-storey office building: Block “A” is a single-spatial storage hall, which will be built by STB construction and roof of pre-tensioned ribbed panels. The facade walls will be made of wall thermopanels with polyurethane insulation. Roof water and thermal insulation will be provided by roof thermal panels with polyurethane insulation. A system of storage racks will be located in the hall on a track for storage of finished products from an operating site “Fruit dryer”, located in a neighboring property. Block “B” is a two-storey office building, which will be filled with a traditional monolithic STB structure, with a flat unusable roof. C’est Kyustendil. Grâce au soutien financier fourni au titre de la sous-mesure 4.2 «Investissements dans la transformation/commercialisation des produits agricoles» du programme de développement rural (PDR) 2014-2020, l’entreprise entend améliorer sa productivité et sa compétitivité en réalisant les investissements suivants: —Construire un entrepôt et un bâtiment de bureaux de deux étages: le bloc «A» est un hall de stockage unique, qui sera construit par la construction STB et le toit de panneaux côtelés pré-tensionnés. L’eau de toit et l’isolation thermique seront fournies par des panneaux thermiques de toit avec isolation en polyuréthane. Le bloc «B» est un immeuble de bureaux de deux étages, qui sera rempli d’une structure STB monolithique traditionnelle, avec un toit plat inutilisable. Es ist Kyustendil. Mit der finanziellen Unterstützung im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 4.2 „Investitionen in die Verarbeitung/Vermarktung landwirtschaftlicher Erzeugnisse“ des Programms zur Entwicklung des ländlichen Raums 2014-2020 beabsichtigt das Unternehmen, seine Produktivität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit durch folgende Investitionen zu verbessern: —Bau einer Lagerhalle und eines zweistöckigen Bürogebäudes: Block „A“ ist eine einräumige Lagerhalle, die durch den STB-Bau und das Dach von vorspannten Rippplatten gebaut wird. Die Fassadenwände werden aus Wand-Thermopanels mit Polyurethan-Isolierung hergestellt. Dachwasser und Wärmedämmung werden durch Dachwärmeplatten mit Polyurethanisolierung bereitgestellt. Block „B“ ist ein zweistöckiges Bürogebäude, das mit einer traditionellen monolithischen STB-Struktur gefüllt wird, mit einem flachen unbrauchbaren Dach.
