Проектното предложение представлява инвестиционно намерение за изграждане на комплекс с ресторант,развлекателен център,зона за отдих и курортно-рекреационни дейности. Комплексът е нов обект от туристическата инфраструктура на общ.Берковица,проектиран като обект за обществено хранене,базиран на традициите на кулинарното наследство в региона. Комплексът същевременно ще предлага и допълнителни туристически услуги-организиране на обучения,семинари,конференции,презентации, кулинарни събития,провеждане на анимационни и тематични занимания за деца.В допълнение „Ла Фабрика“ ЕООД ще има възможност и планира да предлага мобилни услуги-индивидуален кетъринг за събития извън обекта и населеното място. Предвижда се организиране и провеждане на демонстрационни кулинарни събития съвместно с местни самодейни състави, за представяне на кулинарните традиции от региона в автентичната атмосфера на пресъздадени местни обичаи. Предмет на настоящата инвестиция са строително монтажни работи за строеж на сграда с обществено-обслужваща дейност,закупуване на необходимото за дейността оборудване, както и облагородяване на прилежащия имот.Обектът е проектиран многофункционално, като в сградата ще бъде обособена зала, която съчетава възможности, както за хранене и провеждане на тематични демонстрации, така и възможност за провеждане на конференции, чрез наличието на мултимедиен екран и техника за аудио визуални презентации. Планирани са вътрешен и външен оборудван детски кът,както и паркови пространства в дворното пространство.Комплексът е проектиран да е лесно достъпен както за деца,така и за възрастни хора и уязвими групи от населението.Реализацията на проекта е възможност за преодоляване на необходимостта от инвестиционна подкрепа за обособяване на нов туристически обект и разнообразяване на дейността на "Ла Фабрика" ЕООД, свързано с повишаване на възможностите за устойчив напредък и повишаване конкурентоспособността. The project proposal is an investment plan for the construction of a complex with restaurant, entertainment center, recreation area and resort and recreation activities. The complex is a new site of the tourist infrastructure of Berkovitsa municipality, designed as a catering site based on the traditions of culinary heritage in the region. The complex will also offer additional tourist services — organisation of trainings, seminars, conferences, presentations, culinary events, animation and thematic activities for children. In addition, “La Factory” Ltd. will have the opportunity and plans to offer mobile services-individual catering for events off-site and settlement. It is planned to organise and conduct demonstration culinary events together with local amateur groups to present the culinary traditions of the region in the authentic atmosphere of recreated local customs. The subject of this investment are construction works for the construction of a building with public service activity, purchase of equipment necessary for the activity, as well as improvement of the adjacent property. The project is designed multifunctional, and in the building will be a hall that combines opportunities for both dining and carrying out thematic demonstrations, as well as the possibility of holding conferences, through the presence of a multimedia screen and audio visual presentation equipment. The complex is designed to be easily accessible for children, as well as for elderly people and vulnerable groups of the population. The implementation of the project is an opportunity to overcome the need for investment support for the establishment of a new tourist site and diversification of the activity of “La Fabrika” Ltd., related to increasing the opportunities for sustainable progress and increasing competitiveness. La proposition de projet est un plan d’investissement pour la construction d’un complexe avec restaurant, centre de divertissement, aire de loisirs et activités de villégiature et de loisirs. Le complexe est un nouveau site de l’infrastructure touristique de la municipalité de Berkovitsa, conçu comme un site de restauration basé sur les traditions du patrimoine culinaire de la région. Der Projektvorschlag ist ein Investitionsplan für den Bau eines Komplexes mit Restaurant, Unterhaltungszentrum, Erholungsgebiet und Erholungsaktivitäten. Der Komplex ist ein neuer Ort der touristischen Infrastruktur der Gemeinde Berkovitsa, die als Gaststätte auf der Grundlage der Traditionen des kulinarischen Erbes in der Region entworfen wurde. Der Komplex wird auch zusätzliche touristische Dienstleistungen anbieten – Organisation von Schulungen, Seminaren, Konferenzen, Präsentationen, kulinarischen Veranstaltungen, Animationen und thematischen Aktivitäten für Kinder. Darüber hinaus wird „La Factory“ Ltd. die Möglichkeit haben und plant, mobile Dienstleistungen anzubieten – individuelle Verpflegung für Veranstaltungen außerhalb des Geländes und der Siedlung. Es ist geplant, gemeinsam mit lokalen Amateurgruppen Demonstrationsveranstaltungen zu organisieren und durchzuführen, um die kulinarischen Traditionen der Region in der authentischen Atmosphäre der nachgebildeten lokalen Bräuche zu präsentieren. Gegenstand dieser Investition sind Bauarbeiten für den Bau eines Gebäudes mit öffentlich-rechtlicher Tätigkeit, der Kauf der für die Tätigkeit erforderlichen Ausrüstung sowie die Verbesserung des angrenzenden Grundstücks. Der Komplex soll sowohl für Kinder als auch für ältere Menschen und schutzbedürftige Bevölkerungsgruppen leicht zugänglich sein. Die Umsetzung des Projekts ist eine Gelegenheit, die Notwendigkeit einer Investitionsförderung für die Einrichtung eines neuen touristischen Standorts und die Diversifizierung der Tätigkeit der „La Fabrika“ Ltd. zu überwinden, die mit der Steigerung der Chancen für nachhaltige Fortschritte und der Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit verbunden ist. Het complex biedt ook extra toeristische diensten — organisatie van opleidingen, seminars, conferenties, presentaties, culinaire evenementen, animatie en thematische activiteiten voor kinderen. Daarnaast zal „La Factory” Ltd. de mogelijkheid en plannen hebben om mobiele diensten aan te bieden-individuele catering voor evenementen buiten het terrein en de nederzetting. Het is de bedoeling om samen met lokale amateurgroepen demonstratie-culinaire evenementen te organiseren en uit te voeren om de culinaire tradities van de regio te presenteren in de authentieke sfeer van gerecreateerde lokale gebruiken.
