Фирма ВЕЛИНФИШ” ЕООД има собствена аквакултурна ферма, в която отглежда пъстърва. Целта на настоящия проект е да се организира предприятие за преработка на произведените в собственото рибно стопанство 150 тона годишно пъстърва, до 3т бракувани риби от маточните стада и още 150 тона пъстърва от други рибни стопанства. Производителността на предприятието може да достигне до Пъстърва, почистена от вътрешности и перки с глава замразена - от 280 т суровина – 224 т готов продукт; Топло пушена пъстърва с глава, без вътрешности и перки от 15 т суровина – 11 т готов продукт; Студено пушена пъстърва с глава, без вътрешности и перки от 8 т суровина – 6 т готов продукт.Цехът за преработка на риба ще се разположи в съществуващата масивна едноетажна сграда в УПИ II-2, кв. 1, местност „Гарата”, землище на гр. Белица, Община Белица с площ 332 кв. м. Преустройството на сградата се състои в обособяване на помещения с леки преградни стени със сухо строителство – панели и кнауф, монтаж на инсталации и хигиенизация на обекта. Предприятието ще се обслужва от 5 работника, за които да се организират поотделно санитарно-битови възли на принципа на санитарния филтър със санитарен пропуск и стая за почивка. Общият размер на разходите, необходими за реализиране на проекта са в размер на 1 095 229,49 лв без ДДС, като за подобряване на безопасността, хигиената , здравето и условията на труд са предвидени 12 520 лв , което представлява над 1% от инвестицията по проекта. The aim of this project is to organise a processing plant for 150 tonnes of trout produced in its own farm, up to 3 tonnes of cull fish from the parent herds and 150 tonnes of trout from other farms. The productivity of the enterprise can reach Trout, cleaned of insides and fins with head frozen — from 280 tons of raw material — 224 tons of finished product; Warm smoked trout with head, without viscera and fins of 15 t raw material — 11 t finished product; Cold smoked trout with head, without viscera and fins of 8 t raw material — 6 t finished product.The fish processing workshop will be located in the existing massive one-storey building in UPI II-2, sq. 1, Garata area, town of Belitsa, Municipality of Belitsa with an area of 332 sq. m. The reconstruction of the building consists of the establishment of premises with light partitions with drywalls — panels and knauf, installation of installations and hygienisation of the site. The company will be served by 5 workers, for whom separate sanitary junctions are organised on the basis of the sanitary filter with a sanitary pass and a rest room. The total costs necessary for the implementation of the project are BGN 1 095 229.49 excluding VAT, and 12 520 BGN are foreseen to improve safety, hygiene, health and working conditions, which represents more than 1 % of the project’s investment. La productivité de l’entreprise peut atteindre la truite, nettoyée de l’intérieur et des nageoires avec la tête congelée — de 280 tonnes de matière première — 224 tonnes de produit fini; Truite fumée chaude avec tête, sans viscères et nageoires de 15 t de matière première — 11 t de produit fini; Truite fumée à froid avec tête, sans viscères et nageoires de 8 t de matière première — 6 t de produit fini.L’atelier de transformation du poisson sera situé dans le bâtiment massif d’un étage existant à UPI II-2, sq. 1, zone Garata, ville de Belitsa, municipalité de Belitsa d’une superficie de 332 m² La reconstruction du bâtiment consiste en l’établissement de locaux avec cloisons légères avec cloisons sèches — panneaux et knauf, installation d’installations et hygiénisation du site. L’entreprise sera desservie par 5 travailleurs, pour lesquels des jonctions sanitaires séparées sont organisées sur la base du filtre sanitaire avec un laissez-passer sanitaire et une salle de repos. Die Produktivität des Unternehmens kann Trout erreichen, von Innen- und Flossen gereinigt mit Kopf gefroren – von 280 Tonnen Rohmaterial – 224 Tonnen fertiges Produkt; Warm geräucherte Forelle mit Kopf, ohne Viszera und Flossen aus 15 t Rohstoff – 11 t Fertigerzeugnis; Kalt geräucherte Forelle mit Kopf, ohne Viszera und Flossen von 8 t Rohmaterial – 6 t Fertigprodukt.Die Fischverarbeitungswerkstatt befindet sich im bestehenden massiven einstöckigen Gebäude in UPI II-2, sq. 1, Garata Bereich, Stadt Belitsa, Gemeinde Belitsa mit einer Fläche von 332 m². Der Umbau des Gebäudes besteht in der Einrichtung von Räumen mit hellen Trennwänden mit Trockenmauern – Platten und Knauf, Installation von Installationen und Hygienisierung des Geländes. Das Unternehmen wird von 5 Arbeitern bedient, für die getrennte Sanitärstellen auf der Grundlage des Sanitärfilters mit einem Sanitärpass und einem Ruheraum organisiert werden. Die Gesamtkosten für die Durchführung des Projekts betragen 1 095 229,49 BGN ohne MwSt. und 12 520 BGN sind zur Verbesserung der Sicherheit, der Hygiene, des Gesundheitsschutzes und der Arbeitsbedingungen vorgesehen, was mehr als 1 % der Investitionen des Projekts entspricht. La produttività dell'impresa può raggiungere Trout, pulito da interni e pinne con testa congelata — da 280 tonnellate di materia prima — 224 tonnellate di prodotto finito; Trote affumicate a caldo con testa, senza visceri e pinne di 15 t di materia prima — 11 t di prodotto finito; Trota affumicata a freddo con testa, senza visceri e pinne di 8 t materia prima — 6 t prodotto finito. L'officina di lavorazione del pesce sarà situata nell'edificio di un piano esistente in UPI II-2, mq. 1, zona Garata, città di Belitsa, Comune di Belitsa con una superficie di 332 mq. La ricostruzione dell'edificio consiste nella creazione di locali con pareti divisorie luminose con cartongesso — pannelli e knauf, installazione di installazioni e igienizzazioni del sito. L'azienda sarà servita da 5 lavoratori, per i quali le giunzioni sanitarie separate sono organizzate sulla base del filtro sanitario con un passaggio sanitario e una sala di riposo. La productividad de la empresa puede alcanzar trucha, limpiado de interiores y aletas con la cabeza congelada — de 280 toneladas de materia prima — 224 toneladas de producto terminado; Trucha ahumada caliente con cabeza, sin vísceras y aletas de 15 t de materia prima — 11 t de producto acabado; Trucha ahumada fría con cabeza, sin vísceras y aletas de 8 t de materia prima — 6 t producto terminado. El taller de procesamiento de pescado se ubicará en el edificio masivo existente de una planta en UPI II-2, sq. 1, zona de Garata, ciudad de Belitsa, municipio de Belitsa con una superficie de 332 metros cuadrados. La reconstrucción del edificio consiste en el establecimiento de locales con tabiques ligeros con paneles y knauf, instalación de instalaciones e higienización del sitio. La empresa será atendida por 5 trabajadores, para quienes se organizan las conexiones sanitarias separadas sobre la base del filtro sanitario con el pase sanitario y la sala de descanso. Los costes totales necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto ascienden a 1.095.229,49 BGN sin IVA, y 12 520 BGN están previstos para mejorar la seguridad, la higiene, la salud y las condiciones de trabajo, lo que representa más del 1 % de la inversión del proyecto.
